Abstract

The invention relates to the field of solar power engineering and the protection of technical items and fragments thereof from the effect of ultraviolet light radiation and infrared radiation, as well as against thermal action during contact heat exchange. In the method, at least one layer of material is placed in the space between at least a part of the surface of the technical item and the body of a possible source of radiant energy, said material being formed by the methods applied to layers of paint and varnish materials, wherein not less than 30% of the volume of the layer of material in question consists of hollow microspheres set in the layer with the aid of a binding substance which makes up the remainder of the volume of the layer; additionally, more than 30% of the microspheres used in one and the same layer consists of a material that has a transparency different from zero at least in a limited region of the spectrum of radiant energy capable of arriving from the source of radiant energy. The technical result is the use of a supplementary amount of solar energy in the thermal balance of the materials enclosing the structures of buildings in order to reduce the amount of non-renewable energy resources spent in heating spaces in buildings and other structures.
