Abstract

This invention refers to a prevention, monitoring, protection and control system for goods and/or people through radio communications networks, used to protect individuals, families and their goods against the risks due to high level of crimes, due to possible accidents and other possible risks. The system, according to the invention is composed from an independent station (2) for reception, storage, process and transmission of data and information, inter¬ connected with a multitude of devices for alarming, identification and tracking goods and/or individuals (3), always connected in standby, and/or with a mobile phone (4) that send an alarm signal to the station (2); the signal is specific to each device (3) and is sent through radio communications networks (5) and/or Internet (6) and/or through Wi-Fi networks (9). The information is sent forward simultaneously by the station (2) through the internet (6) and through radio communication networks (5), indirectly to a call-centre (7) that monitors the triggered actions and sends the alarming through public services 1 12 or 911, to police, fire department, ambulance, and/or directly to safety and protection factors (8), that include bodyguards companies (8.2), security and protection (8.3), professional associations (8.4) of physicians, lawyers, insurers, and families or friends (8.5) as factors or designated intervention systems. The whole system guarantees the user the possibility of self configuring the functions for prevention, monitoring, protection and control for goods and/or persons through an intelligent online platform. The functional management for the entire system and for each server is carried by dedicated software that is controlled by all factors involved in the system, according to user's configurations and system's initiated settings under the law.

Description

PREVENTION, MONITORING, PROTECTION AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR GOODS AND/OR PEOPLE THROUGH RADIO COMMUNICATIONS
NETWORKS
This invention refers to a prevention, monitoring, protection and control system for goods and/or people through radio communications networks, used to protect individuals, families and their goods against the risks due to an increasing level of crime, due to possible accidents and other possible risks.
There is already a system and a device for personal security (WO 2009/150268) that sends an alarm signal to a reception centre along with the geographical position. This device is based on a microprocessor associated with GSM/GPRS communication module; the device is equipped with a button to send the alarm signal, a few buttons to dial two predefined phone numbers, a button for fire alarm and button for choosing the desired transmission standard for the alarm signal via GSM, via SMS or via GPRS.
This system and this device have the disadvantage that ensure the sending of the alarm signal by the push of a button as long as the user is still capable of pushing the button, considering that these operations require time and lucidity to press other buttons to call phone numbers and other buttons to recall the other functions of the device. These actions are hard to control in emergency and panic situations or are even impossible to be activated in the event of an accident for the user that can't handle the device anymore.

By applying this invention are given these advantages:
- Increase of security level of the individuals;
- Simplicity and ease of making the emergency call;
- Decrease of waiting time because it makes the emergency call to the effective required intervention service;
- Increase of protection level for persons and their goods by users' large amount of connected alarming devices in the system;
- The user can configure prevention, monitoring, protection and control functions by him/her self along with the processed information and access to them;
- Users' ease of use to the system's services at low costs;
- Increases the efficiency of the existent services interventions - like 112 services, by reducing the number of false alarm calls.
Next, there is an exemplification for implementing the invention. Scheme no.1 and no.2 are related. They represent as follows: Scheme no.l - the diagram for the prevention, monitoring, control and protection system for/or goods and people;

Prevention, monitoring, protection and control system for goods and/or people, according to the invention, is formed by an ensemble of interconnected elements to serve some users 1, system made of a station for receiving, storage, processing and sending data and information 2, these being received from one or more devices for alarming, identification and localization of goods and persons 3, or from a mobile phone 4, through radio communications network 5 with maximum coverage in a designated area, information sent simultaneously by internet 6 and/or through radio communications networks 5, through Call-Centre 7 and/or directly to all involved factors, that is formed by a technical department 7.1 and Users' Relations Department 7.2, that manage and coordinate the actions initiated by the signal corresponding to a critical alarm situation to a safety and protection system 8, that is formed by the dialling system 8.1 with emergency call numbers like 112 or 911, bodyguards structures 8.2, security and protection companies 8.3, medical professional associations 8.4, lawyers, insurance companies, family and friends 8.5, as designated intervention factors or systems.
The station for receiving, storage, processing and sending data and information 2, is made of a GSM-Gateway 2.8 that receives and sends the alarm signal through an antivirus system Firewall 2.1, and then to a users dedicated server 2.2, a dedicated GSM/GPRS -Gateway server 2.3, a dedicated Call-Centre server 2.4, a dedicated server for security and protection 2.5, all these systems being interconnected with a dedicated server for management processes 2.6, all these being linked to a data base 2.7. The management for all these components is ensured by a software application that is dedicated to the whole system and to each server.
The alarming, identification and localization device for goods and/or people 3 has one SWITCH ON/ ALARM button 3.2, a storage battery 3.3 equipped with an alternative recharging socket 3.4 and a led 3.5 indicating active-inactive state and the charging level for the battery. The functions of the alarming, identification and localization device 3 for goods and/or people are powered by a microprocessor 3.6 to which is associated a sending-receiving GSM/GPRS/Wi-Fi module 3.7 that includes a high sensitivity GPS receiver that is designed with an antenna 3.8 that has a coverage of 360°.
There is a flash memory module 3.9 attached to microprocessor 3.6, memory that storages real time information and a connectivity GSM/GPRS 3.10 port.
Depending on the use and destination of the device for alarm, identifying and tracking goods and/or individuals it may have in composition also/or a smoke sensor 3.11 and/or a gas sensor 3.12, and/or a sensor for shock/impact 3.13, and/or a presence sensor 3.14.
System's operation according to the invention includes the following processes:
- Configuration processes

Configuration processes enable users 1 to access "the intelligent online platform" of the reception, storage, processing and transmitting data and information station 2 on the server 2.2 dedicated to communicate with users 1 to configure the functions of prevention, monitoring, protection and control information being stored in database 2.7.
For the safety of persons and goods, processes alarm systems, according to the invention, are initiated in four ways. This alarm can be generated by:
- pressing a button on the alarm, identifying and tracking goods and/or persons device
- User's mobile phone
- Online intelligent platform
- Auto-triggering - by pressing a button on the alarm device, identifying and tracking goods and / or persons device 3, where the signal reaches the station 2 for receiving, storing, processing and transmitting data and information by radio communication networks 5 and/or wireless networks 9 and the Internet 6, the information is retrieved from a server dedicated GSM / GPRS-Gateway 2.3 and stored in the database 2.7
- through personal mobile phone 4 by using a dedicated software application and/or sending an SMS to the station 2 for receiving, storing, processing and transmitting data and information, the message being received by the GSM/GPRS Gateway 2.8, processed by the dedicated server 2.3 and stored in the data base 2.7. Where possible, the connection to the receiver, storing, processing and transmitting data and information station 2 can be done via Wi-Fi networks and the Internet 6.
- through the "Intelligent Online Platform" which is on dedicated users' server 2.2, generating a control whereby the station for receiving, storing, processing and transmitting data and information requests sending the necessary information from the radio communications networks 5 or Wi-Fi networks 9 and Internet 6, the alarm device 3 and/or appropriate technology equipped mobile phones 4. The requested information arrive in the station 2 for receiving, storing, processing and transmitting data and information via radio communication networks 5, GSM / GPRS Gateway or through Wi-Fi networks and the Internet 6, then the information is taken by a GSM/GPRS-Gateway dedicated server 2.3 and stored in the database 2.7.

Management processes are such that information stored in the database 2.7 is processed by the management server 2.6, according to the settings made by users and system default settings according to the law, through "Intelligent Online Platform" which is on users' dedicated server 2.2. Coordination and control processes are such that depending on the type, category and destination of the devices for alarming, identifying and tracking chosen goods and/or people, and depending on user settings and defaults settings, in conformity with the legislation, made on to the "Intelligent Online Platform" located on users' dedicated server 2.2, as an integral part of station 2 for receiving, storage, processing and transmitting data and information, through dedicated server 2.6, to send to the call-centre 7 an action plan about the coordination and necessary steps for the control process. Call-centre service verifies by all necessary means if the steps of the received plan are as supposed to be, by filling the results for the action through dedicated call-centre server 2.4. The action's result is confirmed by the user 1, concluding the process; this confirmation is made both on the phone and online through the same proces between user 1, call-center 7 and designated intervention factors 8, through station 2 for receiving, storage, processing and transmitting data and information. The received data and information will be storaged in data base 2.7.
It continues to show in detail how the system works for prevention, monitoring, protection and control goods and / or individuals, depending on the accessed alarming method: - The system is activated via the power-alarm button 3.2 in panic situations:
Alarm, identifying and tracking goods and/or people device 3 is always in standby status, i.e., on and not enabled by a low energy. Once the power-alarm button 3.2 is pressed, LED alarm 3.5 lights; its colour will be green when the battery is charged and the device 3 is running or will be yellow if the battery is discharged, in which case it is necessary to couple the supplied charger 3.4 to the recharging outlet. Pushing the start-alarm button 3.2, enables the GPS tracking system as part of the transmission-reception GSM / GPRS / Wi-Fi module 3.7. Operations' management within the device 3 is controlled by the microprocessor 3.6.
Through the transmission-reception module GSM/GPRS/Wi-Fi 3.7 are transmitted information to the station 2 for reception, storage, processing and transmitting data and information about caller identity by an unique identification code assigned to each alarm, identification and tracking goods and/or individuals device 3. Its position is also transmitted by longitude and latitude coordinates received from incorporated GPS receiver from module 3.7.
Depending on the user's personal account settings in the "Intelligent Online Platform", actions are triggered by the station 2 for reception, storage, processing and transmitting data and information, according to the processes described above.

If the user purchases a device 3 without panic button, and the device is placed among accessories or personal effects, the alarm can be triggered from a cell phone with the appropriate software application installed. That application allows the user to send a GSM/GPRS/Wi-Fi signal to the station 2 for reception, storage, processing and transmitting data and information by dialling a code or by pushing the designated key for more than 3 seconds, or by sending a default SMS to the station 2 for reception, storage, processing and transmitting data and information. The station sends a signal to device 3 through radio communications networks 5 and GSM/GPRS/Wi-Fi 9, triggering the alarm on device 3 by built-in microprocessor 3.6. Then the process described above repeats itself. The system can also offer identical services, as the ones device 3 generates for users 1, from phones 4 that are properly equipped with GSM/GPRS/Wi-Fi/GPS 3.7 system. Tracking, identification and alarm processes are triggered the same way.
- The system is triggered by the "Intelligent Online Platform" as an integral part of the station 2 for reception, storage, processing and transmitting data and information:
Whatever type of alarm device 3 is chosen, based on destination or use, it can be triggered as follows: User 1 enters the Internet 6 on his/her personal account through the "Intelligent Online Platform", perched on dedicated server 2.2, as an integral part of station 2 for acquisition, storage, processing and transmitting data and information and gives an activation command to alarm device 3 for identification and tracking goods and/or individuals. Device 3 receives this signal via radio-communications systems (GSM/GPRS/Wi-Fi 5 and/or Internet 6) and resumes the process described above.
- The system can be self-triggered via sensors, if so programmed:
Depending on the chosen type, destination and use, device 3 can be self- triggered by smoke/gas/impact/presence sensors. Sensors are associated to microprocessor 3.6 which controls triggering the alarm. The device for alarm, identifying and tracking goods and / or people pass through and thus repeat the process described above. Device 3 for identification and tracking goods and/or individuals sends the signal and the process is resumed as described above.
The system, according to the invention, provides the functions of prevention, monitoring, control and protection of goods and people through radio communication networks, such as:
Prevention - set of measures designed to prevent an accident, disaster or any possible risk to property and/or individuals: Users 1 can benefit from prevention through a configuration made from home or anywhere they have Internet access on the "Intelligent Online Platform" perched on dedicated server 2.2, as an integral part of the station 2 for acquisition, storage, processing and transmitting data and information. Monitoring - set of measures meant to monitor progress on the taken action to protect the goods or persons in motion or at a fixed point through the system configured by the user: Users 1 can benefit from their own monitoring through authentication in the "Intelligent Online Platform" perched on the dedicated server 2.2 as part of station 2 for acquisition, storage, processing and transmitting data and information. This will benefit from access to information and data on location, settings and information available at that time for each alarm, identifying and locating assets or people device that are on his property. Persons or institutions 7 and 8, with rights for monitoring set up by the user, or by the system according to the legislation may have access to this information.
Protection - measures taken to ensure the overall integrity and safety of goods and/or individuals: Users 1 can benefit from rapid intervention to protect property and closed persons by personal requirements set on the "Intelligent Online Platform" perched on the dedicated server 2.2, as an integral part of station 2 for acquisition, storage, processing and transmitting data and information, in conformity with the management, triggering and control processes described above.
Control - set of measures meant to provide and ensure changes in the functioning of a system designed to provide services for prevention, monitoring and protection for goods and people up to the user: Users 1 can intervene and change it any time getting into the "Intelligent Online Platform" perched on the dedicated server 2.2 as part of station 2 for acquisition, storage, processing and transmitting data and information to decide whom, when, how, how long and what does according to the goal of protection and safety for the individual and his/her family. This way user 1 has full control over services provided by the system. User 1 can decide what message, data and information can be transmitted, who will receive these messages, data and information, how they organize data and information to be seen or transmitted and when will the data and information is allowed to be transmitted to whom and what type of priority with.
Configuring possibilities are chosen by the user desires associated with each service provided by the system, according to the legislation in force, but also with trade relations generated by partnerships with third party organizations. Thus the system can configure the following:
- Public services to be contacted and alarmed by the 112 or 911 - Fire, Police, Rescue,
- Private security and protection services
- Private services chosen by the user - family physicians and/or private clinics, insurance companies, law firms and others.
- Family contact persons or other designated person.
- Registration of the GPS location choice, yes or no, periodically, or only on system alarm.
- Future messages, messages that are sent to different destinations at a time when for a set number of days a user is not authenticated to the system and stops the process.
- GEO-Fence, an area delineated on a map, in which the alarm device 3 or mobile phone 4 can travel free without automatically triggering the alarm;
- Private diary with information and personal data that can be made accessible according to the settings on the recipient, time of transmission, its transmission category and priority on information sending after the system was alarmed.
- Also other services required by users and supported by the system and legislation.

Any of the devices 3 may be objects in sight, with a dial button, or may be without a dial button and placed/hidden in users' goods or accessories, depending on needs and circumstances.
No user can configure, monitor and control a device and/or phone, that there isn't in his/her ownership, even if it is owned by a major member of his family.

Claims

1. This invention claims a prevention, monitoring, protection and control system for gods and/or people through radio communication networks; this system is defined by being composed from an independent station (2) for reception, storage, processing and transmitting data and information; the station is interconnected with a multitude of devices for alarming, identifying and tracking goods and/or persons (3) and/or with a mobile phone (4), that the station (2) receives from an alarm signal that is specific to each device (3) or mobile phone (4), through radio communications networks (5) and/or through internet (6), through Wi-fi (9). The information are send simultaneously forward by the station (2) through internet (6) and through radio communication networks (5), indirectly to a call centre (7) that monitors the triggered actions and send the alarm through public services 112 or 911. This system (8.1) sends the alarm forward to police, fire department, ambulance, and/or directly to safety and protection factors (8) that are composed by bodyguards companies (8.2) protection and security companies (8.3), professional associations (8.4) of physicians, lawyers, insurance companies, families and friends (8.5) as designated intervention factors or systems; the station (2) is formed by a GSM-Gateway (2.8) that receives and distributes the alarm signal a Firewall (2.1) antivirus system) to a users' dedicated server (2.2), a dedicated GSM/GPRS-Gateway (2.3) server, a dedicated Call-Centre server (2.4), a dedicated server (2.5) for safety and protection systems, all these systems being interconnected with a dedicated server for management processes (2.6), connected to a database (2.7); the device (3) for alarming, identification and tracking goods and/or people is formed by a transmission-receiving module (3.7) with GSM / GPRS / GPS and WI-FI that makes possible transmitting alarm signals both through radio-communication networks (5) and through internet (6) and/or through WI-FI (9) to station (2), the devices (3) are in permanent stand-by, triggering the alarm signal is made through the button (3.2) by the user, or through auto-triggering by the smoke sensors (3.11), gas sensors (3.12), shock-impact sensors (3.13) and presence sensor (3.14). This whole system ensures the user the possibility to configure prevention, monitoring, protection and control functions to goods and/or people through an intelligent online platform, perched on users' dedicated server (2.2) linked to a database (2.7), part of the station (2). The management for the entire system's functioning and for each server is ensured by dedicated software that is controlled by all factors involved in the system, according to user's configuration and system's initiated settings, according to the law.
2. This a system for prevention, monitoring, protection and control for goods and/or people through radio communication networks according to claim no.l , system defined by the fact that the received data and information are processed by a station (2) and managed by users' dedicated servers (1) and other system's involved and accepted factors or accepted by law, according to their individual configurations made through the online intelligent platform, perched on dedicated server (2.2). The access is only granted for each user through his/her account, for setting the activation commands for the devices (3) for alarming, identification and tracking goods and/or people and to configure the precise decision about sending data and information to third systems (8).
3. This a system for prevention, monitoring, protection and control for goods and/or people through radio communication networks according to claim no.l , system defined by the fact that uses various mobile phones (4) to trigger the alarm signal and/or other identification and tracking services offered, an installed application on the mobile phone is dedicated to work with the station (2), or works without the software application by sending a SMS from the mobile phone or a automatically generated code by the station (2) through the intelligent online platform with the help of the dedicated software. All these offer security and maximum confidentiality for users.
4. This a system for prevention, monitoring, protection and control for goods and/or people through radio communication networks according to claim no.l , system defined by the fact that the user (1) can have simultaneous control over several devices (3), both for personal use - for panic and tracking in case of individuals, their children and pets, for homes and buildings - anti-theft, smoke, temperature, gas and for automobiles - anti-theft devices, for panic, impact/shock, for accidents, fleet monitoring, according to configuration, destination and/or use.

This a system for prevention, monitoring, protection and control for goods and/or people through radio communication networks according to claim no.l, system defined by the fact that the devices (3) can be alarmed with or without the triggering button (3.2), from the station (2), from the mobile phone (4) and/or through self- triggering based on specific emergency situations sensors, devices (3) are configured individually from any computer with internet access (6) or Wi-FI (9), by the user through the intelligent online platform, as an integral part of the dedicated station (2).
6. This a system for prevention, monitoring, protection and control for goods and/or people through radio communication networks according to claim no.l, system defined by the fact that users (1) can intervene and make changes any time on the
"online intelligent platform" on the dedicated server (2.2), as an integral part of the station (2) for receiving, storage, processing and sending data and information, to decode who, when, how, how long and what to do in order to protect and ensure safety for individual or his/her family, with total control over factors involved in the system and over the services generated, that way users (1) can decide what message, data and information to send, who will receive these messages, data and information, how they organize data and information to be seen or transmitted and when data and information can be transmitted, to whom and with what type of priority.
7. This a system for prevention, monitoring, protection and control for goods and/or people through radio communication networks according to claim no. l, system defined by the fact that users have default access to data and information, through the "online intelligent platform". These settings should make very visible the way interventional operations deployed, the effectiveness and efficiency of these actions and the results obtained after the alarm was triggered.
