针对相关技术中无法对屏幕的显示区域进行灵活划分和布局、 以及无 法实现来自多个信号源的信号同时显示播放的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的 解决方案。 发明内容
针对相关技术中无法对屏幕的显示区域进行灵活划分和布局、 以及无 法实现跨平台信号源的同时显示播放的问题, 本发明提出一种播放控制系 统和方法, 能够在电器设备上灵活设置不同的显示布局, 并且即使需要显 示的信号来自不同的信号源, 也能够将需要显示的多路信号提供给电器设 备从而完成多路信号的同时播放。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种播放控制系统, 用于对电器设备 的播放进行管理。
该系统包括: 显示控制模块, 用于对所述电器设备的显示屏幕进行划 分, 其中, 所述显示控制模块能将所述显示屏幕划分为若干显示区域布局; 接收模块, 用于接收来自信号源的一个或多个视频信号; 控制模块, 用于 根据指示确定当前显示区域布局, 并确定当前显示区域布局中的每个显示 区域需要显示的画面所对应的视频信号; 处理模块, 用于根据控制模块的 确定结果, 对需要显示的每个视频信号, 根据需要显示该视频信号的显示 区域的显示要求对该视频信号进行处理, 并将处理后满足相应显示区域的 显示要求的视频信号提供给电器设备。
该系统可以进一步包括: 配置模块, 用于在需要由显示屏幕显示播放 控制系统中安装的应用的界面时, 配置相应显示区域中该界面的显示状态, 并且用于在该界面的显示区域发生改变的情况下, 配置在新的显示区域中 该界面的显示状态; 并且, 处理模块进一步用于将配置模块配置后的对应 于当前显示区域的界面的信号提供给电器设备。

处理模块 14 , 连接至控制模块 13和接收模块 12 , 用于根据控制模块 13的确定结果, 对需要显示的每个视频信号, 根据需要显示该视频信号的 显示区域的显示要求对该视频信号进行处理, 并将处理后满足相应显示区 域的显示要求的视频信号提供给电器设备。
借助于上述系统, 通过对电器设备的显示屏幕进行灵活划分, 并且对 划分后的每个显示区域需要显示的信号分别进行处理, 从而能够灵活设置 显示屏幕的显示布局, 并且能够实现多路信号的同时展示, 避免相关技术 中不能够同时显示来自多个信号源的信号的问题, 实现多个设备 (例如, 包括电视机、 计算机、 个人数字助理 (PDA ) 等) 的一体化播放。
下面将结合图 1和图 2 , 详细描述本发明的系统中的功能框架。
分屏处理模块可以根据电器设备的屏幕总大小灵活进行屏幕划分。 具 体地, 可以将屏幕分成多个不同的窗口和画面, 基于 WPF基础上通过软件 算法给每一个窗口分派一个 "容器" , 这个容器定义了多个不同的属性, 如窗口的尺寸、 渲染方式、 内容选择等; 每一个容器的属性通过软件定义 和算法能进行修改, 从而在电视界面上实现不同窗口画面的尺寸、 位置的 变换。 以电视机的显示屏幕为例, 本发明的系统可以对电视机上 21 : 9的 超宽屏进行划分。 目前, 具有 21 : 9的电视资源几乎不存在完全能够匹配 该屏幕大小的电影及应用程序, 而普通的电视信号基本都是基于 4: 3电视 屏幕尺寸的, 只有少数 16: 9的高清数字电视, 因此, 即使用户都看高清 电视, 也会有大约 5: 9的屏幕无法显示任何信息 (被浪费) 。 本申请可以 借助诸如 WPF的分屏技术将 21 : 9的屏幕分为 16: 9和 5 : 9两部分, 用 户可以在 16: 9的部分收看电视, 同时在 5 : 9的部分显示其他信息, 例如, 浏览网页、 看电子杂志、 新闻、 天气、 进行视频聊天、 玩小游戏等。
此外, 除了可以将电视屏幕划分为 16: 9和 5: 9两部分之外, 还可以 将电视机的屏幕划分为三个、 四个甚至更多显示区域, 用户可以选择具体 的划分策略。 具体地, 分屏处理模块可以基于可扩展应用程序标记语言 ( XAML )技术进行显示屏幕的划分。
在实际应用中, 需要由电器设备的显示屏幕显示的信号可以包括播放 控制系统从外界接收的信号、 播放控制系统本身生成的信号、 以及由电器 设备接收并传输给播放控制系统进行处理的信号。
例如, 播放控制系统可以是诸如计算机的设备, 此时, 播放控制系统 上可以安装各种应用, 为了保证播放控制系统上的应用能够动态加载并且 能够正确地在电器设备的显示屏幕上显示, 上述系统可以进一步包括配置 模块(未示出) , 可以连接至处理模块 14 , 且该模块可用于在需要由显示 屏幕显示播放控制系统中安装的应用的界面时, 配置相应显示区域中该界 面的显示状态, 并且用于在该界面的显示区域发生改变的情况下, 配置在 新的显示区域中该界面的显示状态; 并且, 处理模块 14进一步用于将配置 模块配置后的对应于当前显示区域的界面的信号提供给电器设备。
其中, 多数应用都具有各自的界面, 但是, 应用各自的界面并不能够 与不同尺寸比例和 /或大小的显示区域相匹配, 例如, 较小的显示区域在显 示应用界面时可能会导致界面中细微的信息不能够被用户看清, 而与应用 界面的尺寸不匹配的显示区域则很可能不能够完全显示应用界面的全部内 容, 而通过对应用在不同显示区域中展现的界面进行配置 (例如, 可以配 置一个应用在大屏幕浏览时的状态以及在小屏幕浏览时的状态) , 就能够 保证在每种显示区域中显示应用的界面时, 都不会丟失界面中的信息, 并 且保证界面内的信息 (包括字体、 图标等) 能够被用户看清, 具体的配置 方式可以包括调整界面的大小、 调整界面的横竖比例、 去除界面边界的多 余部分 (未包含信息的部分) 、 调整界面内字体、 图标等信息的尺寸、 删 除界面中多余的信息、 调整应用界面显示的分辨率等、 或其组合, 从而完 成应用在多种不同状态之间的切换和特效的配置, 并且可以进一步定义应 用在不同状态下的运行方式和效果。
在实际应用中, 为了统一管理所有数据, 可以将所有的应用都封装为 一个 DLL, 并且增加一个配置文件, 记录应用的类型、 目录等信息, 根据 配置文件及 DLL信息, 可以将应用加载到应用程序列表和 HOME菜单中, 这样就可以借助自定义的 HOME菜单和副屏窗口实现应用的动态加载, 并 且可以借助 WPF数据加载技术来执行加载过程。
优选地, 为了保证应用的菜单显示更加美观, 该系统还可以进一步包 括:
画面效果处理模块, 用于对电器设备的显示屏幕中显示的菜单进行立 体化处理。 具体地, 画面效果处理模块可以通过 WPF3D 技术 #文一些应用 列表切换以及应用状态切换效果, 通过 3D特效可以增加用户的体验效果, 美化视觉效果。
传统的电视受制于硬件平台性能及操作系统水平, 很难从真正意义上 实现电视菜单的 3D图形效果, 并且如果希望改进菜单的显示, 需要花费较 长的开发时间长, 工作效率低, 且电视机本身并不具备升级性, 必须更换 产才能够完成更新; 通过借助本发明的播放控制系统, 能够借助系统的处 理性能, 对需要显示的菜单进行立体化处理, 从而提供全新的多媒体交换 用户图形界面, 可以将应用程序、 图形、 视频、 音频和文档等有机的结合 起来, 能实现真正的 3D图形菜单效果, 并且能快速高效的实现, 同时, 如 果需要升级, 可以借助于软件的更新完成菜单的升级和更新。 这种立体化 处理可以借助于 WPF3D技术来实现。
为了保证用户能够合理地对每个显示区域进行操作, 上述系统还可以 包括焦点控制模块, 该模块可以用于在当前釆用的显示区域布局中, 根据 指示将当前进行操作的一个或多个显示区域设置为焦点, 这样, 如果此时 接收到针对一个显示区域进行操作的指令(例如, 调整一显示区域的频道、 关闭一显示区域、 将一显示区域的信号切换为其他信号) , 播放控制系统 会认为这些指令均针对被设置为焦点的显示区域, 进而会对该显示区域执 行操作。 由于很多操作主要通过遥控器完成, 通过焦点设置功能, 能够多 个显示区域 (例如, 主屏和副屏)之间切换焦点, 并且还可以增加应用或 确认对话框后, 根据用户的指示让焦点回到默认的显示区域。
此外, 在图 2所示的功能框架中, 本申请所提出的系统还可以进行操 作系统 (例如, 可以是 Windows操作系统) 非标准及标准键值处理。 具体 地, 以 Windows 操作系统为例, 在 Windows 操作系统中, 非标键值. Net 没有定义, 所以不能用标准键值的方式来处理非标准键值, 因此需要通过 非标准键值处理方式将非标键值获取到, 然后对获取到得键值进行处理, 之后做出相应的动作。 其次, 标准键值虽然 .Net有自己的处理方式, 但是 为了避免在不同的应用中的键值会和系统产生冲突, 可以将获取到的标准 键值重新编码, 然后再发送给应用程序, 应用程序根据收到的新的编码做 出相应的动作。
通过定义非标准的键值, 就能够基于播放控制系统 (例如, 可以是安 装有 Windows操作系统的计算机 ) , 通过播放控制系统原本没有定义的键 值对所连接的电器设备进行遥控。
根据本发明的系统还可以具有基本的电视机的功能, 即, 保证传统的 电视功能可以在本发明系统的功能框架上实现, 具体可以包括视频釆集技 术和串口通信技术。
其中, 视频釆集技术是指: 通过视频釆集技术将电视端信号 (电视节 目、 DVD、 VGA等信号) 釆集到播放控制系统的芯片 (例如, 可以是 x86 芯片) , 该芯片通过显卡和软件对釆集到的信号进行处理, 然后将处理后 的数据显示到屏幕指定的区域。 串口通信技术是指: 电视搜索频道、 更换频道及电视芯片的设置都需 要对电视芯片进行才操作, 然而外接输入设备(遥控器、 鼠标、 键盘等设 备) 的输入信息只能由 x86芯片接收, 因此对电视芯片的操作需要 x86通 过串口通信向电视芯片发送指令, 从而实现对电视芯片的操作。
此外, 上述的控制模块可以进一步用于根据指示确定需要由至少一个 显示区域显示的画面所对应的多个待显示的视频信号, 以及确定多个待显 示的视频信号中需要首先显示的视频信号, 并且用于根据指示将其他待显 示的视频信号替换当前显示的视频信号; 并且, 处理模块进一步用于对播 放设备同时提供需要由一个或多个显示区域进行显示的多个视频信号。
也就是说, 对于当前显示布局下的一个或多个显示区域, 都可以提供 多路信号, 对于提供了多路信号的显示区域, 用户可以自行选择将哪路信 号的显示画面置为顶层展示, 并且用户可以根据需要, 随时将其他提供到 该显示区域的信号置为顶层显示, 从而完成显示画面的变换, 并且由于多 路信号已经提供至播放画面的电器设备, 因此, 即使用户执行变换画面的 操作, 也不会产生处理的延时。
通常, 在播放控制系统中可以配置主处理模块 (例如, 可以是 X86模 块),并将该主处理模块设为唯一的最终输出芯片,电视功能及 DVD、 VGA 等传统通过电视接入的信号都是主处理模块通过视频釆集将信号从电视芯 片釆集到 x86芯片, 经过 x86芯片的处理后输出到显示设备上。
并且, 本发明的方案有助于提供统一的编程模型、 语言和框架, 将电 视画面与各种互联网内容同时部署在一个框架中, 实现同时处理、 同时显 示。 另外, 也实现了界面设计人员与开发人员工作的分离, 提升开发效率。
如图 3所示, 在本发明的系统启动时, 可以首先完成功能框架的启动; 之后, 加载应用配置文件; 然后, 启动应用用户控制, 主要包括应用在不 同状态下的记录、 应用的多种显示状态 (各态图片、 动画等) 以及应用文 件的保存路径, 并且, 在该步骤中, 可以引用基础用户控制, 包括应用的 启动方式、 退出方式、 状态切换方式, 保证应用在各个状态下均能够正常 启动和退出, 并且能够完成各个状态之间的切换。
可以看出, 本发明的系统能够将电视画面、 应用程序、 图形、 视频、 音频和文档等有机的结合起来, 并同时显示在同一个框架中, 并通过 3D 图形菜单展现, 美化界面的显示, 提高用户体验; 此外, 该系统能够提供 统一的编程模型、 语言和框架, 实现了界面设计人员与开发人员工作的分 离, 并且能快速高效的实现, 同时, 如果需要升级, 可以快速的完成新菜 单的升级和更新; 此外, 播放控制系统可以运行各种大型应用并通过电器 设备进行展示, 给用户带来超大屏幕的感受。
根据本发明的实施例, 还提供了一种播放控制方法, 用于对电器设备 的播放进行控制。

此外, 在确定电器设备的显示屏幕的当前显示区域布局中的每个显示 区域需要显示的画面所对应的视频信号时, 可以根据指示确定需要由至少 一个显示区域显示的画面所对应的多个待显示的视频信号, 以及确定多个 待显示的视频信号中需要首先显示的视频信号, 并且根据指示将其他待显 示的视频信号替换当前显示的视频信号; 对播放设备同时提供需要由一个 或多个显示区域进行显示的多个视频信号。
并且, 该方法可以进一步包括: 在电器设备的显示屏幕中需要显示菜 单时, 对需要显示的菜单进行立体化处理。
此外, 该方法还可以包括: 在当前釆用的显示区域布局中, 根据指示 将当前进行操作的一个或多个显示区域设置为焦点。

根据确定结果, 对于需要显示的每个视频信号, 根据需要显示该视频 信号的显示区域的显示要求对该视频信号进行处理, 并将处理后满足相应 显示区域的显示要求的视频信号提供给所述电器设备。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的播放控制方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 在需要由所述显示屏幕显示所述播放控制系统中安装的应用的界面 时, 配置相应显示区域中该界面的显示状态, 并且用于在该界面的显示区 域发生改变的情况下, 配置在新的显示区域中该界面的显示状态;
将配置后的对应于当前显示区域的界面的信号提供给所述电器设备。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的播放控制方法, 其特征在于, 确定所述电器 设备的显示屏幕的当前显示区域布局中的每个显示区域需要显示的画面所 对应的视频信号包括:
根据指示确定需要由至少一个显示区域显示的画面所对应的多个待显 示的视频信号, 以及确定多个待显示的视频信号中需要首先显示的视频信 号, 并且根据指示将其他待显示的视频信号替换当前显示的视频信号; 对所述播放设备同时提供需要由一个或多个显示区域进行显示的多个 视频信号。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的播放控制方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 在所述电器设备的显示屏幕中需要显示菜单时, 对需要显示的菜单进 行立体 处理。
10. 根据权利要求 6所述的播放控制方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 在当前釆用的显示区域布局中, 根据指示将当前进行操作的一个或多 个显示区域设置为作为操作对象的焦点。
