Abstract

The invention relates to a method for anchoring a flat hose or the like, wherein the pressure exerted by the liquid fed through the hose and the use of 2 specially-designed pieces, which are part of the invention, form a system that allows the fluid to flow continuously without leaking, consequently maintaining the pressure of the liquids that have been propelled through the inside using said connection. The aforementioned pieces, consisting of the first piece in the shape of a hollow truncated cone, such that it can be tightly inserted into the flat hose through the widest side, and the second piece, which is a ring having an inner diameter equivalent to the widest part of the truncated cone, both have the same angulation as the preceding piece. The method consists of inserting the flat hose between the two pieces, making manual adjustments so that the hose is gripped between the elements, the hose increasing in size when the liquid is introduced into the hose with the pressure with which it is propelled, anchoring the hose to the element and making the system leak tight.

A nivel mundial, el uso de mangueras planas para el riego agrícola, se ha masificado enormemente siendo utilizadas mayoritariamente en riego de hortalizas y cultivos de temporada, como un método de utilizar riego tecnificado, con las ventajas que esto acarrea de flexibilidad de uso, economía en su instalación, ahorro y eficiencia en la utilización del agua, etc . También se ha convertido en un gran usuario de este tipo de manguera la industria minera, ya que se le utiliza como tubería para conducción de agua y compuestos químicos para las pilas de lixiviación de diversos materiales, anteriormente dejados como desechos, y ahora con nuevas tecnologías y mercados, se hacen interesantes de explotar.
