Our invention relates to such an interactive three dimensional shopping system that it contains servers which provide active services 7/24 for 365 days as hardware of the system, and such contemporary software technologies as HTML, PHP (or ASP),.NET, SQL, Flash, Java, JavaScript, XML employed in its programming, and such advanced digital content creation and image editing softwares and technologies as 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Ulead Cool 3D employed in its interface development.

DESCRIPTION
INTERACTIVE THREE DIMENSIONAL SHOPPING AND SOCIAL LIFE SYSTEM The invention relates to an interactive three dimensional shopping system providing end users with continuous service by employing servers which will be active for the users 7/24 (continuously).
Consumption patterns of the people changes along with the changes in the social structure and developing technology. Many people prefer shopping through internet instead of actually going to the shopping centers, and they spend their leisure time by browsing sites dealing with games, hobbies and so on through internet, and again for food, instead of going actually to the restaurants or other facilities, they prefer ordering foods through internet and having them served , and another example is that they prefer internet journalism instead of buying newspaper.
In today's world there are too many different private foundations and corporations which perform retail sale and wholesale activities, and provide social network sharing, and deals with games and hobbies, and offer procurement and sales of food and beverages over internet. Each of them provides services only in their areas of interest.
The service intended by the Interactive Three Dimensional Shopping System is to offer all the services related to activities mentioned above to the users over one address (website) in the electronic media (internet) with a three-dimensional and specially developed interface.
Project of Interactive Three Dimensional System for Shopping and Social Life, being away from the line of the existing shopping and chat (social networking) websites in terms of the way it is applied, will provide an easy and convenient way for end users on such matters became basic needs as shopping, social networking and chatting, playing games, listening to music, acquiring food and beverages entertainingly and without worrying only served from one spot. Besides that a great deal of products regarding elite brands which have never ever been sold through internet until today will be offered to internet users.
The biggest difference of our invention compared to the systems available in the market is that the objects are three-dimensional and animated, and the services mentioned above are offered from only one spot. Explanation of the Invention:
Our invention relates to such an interactive three-dimensional shopping system that it employs servers as application hardware in the infrastructure, which will be active for users 7/24 (continuously) for 365 days, and it uses such contemporary software technologies as HTML, PHP (or ASP), .NET, SQL, Flash, Java, JavaScript, XML in programming, and such advanced graphical development softwares and technologies as 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Ulead Cool 3D in visual interface development. System provides end users with continuous services with the servers which is active 7/24 (continuously). Users will be able to have an access to the system with optional membership available in the system without being forced to subscribe, and if they want to make use of the services available with regard to shopping and other offerings, then they will be able to do such transactions after subscribing themselves to the database existing in the system.
In order for a user to subscribe to the system he/she has to specify a user name and a password.
There are elementarily separate sections belonging to different sectors and brands in the system. Every section (service or sales) has a distinct visual design and area in the system. User will be able to browse in these fields, do shopping, play games, or chat with the people available and active in the system at the very moment or spend time three-dimensionally with the aid of animations like in the actual life. In the normal actual life, when people visit and enter into a shopping center, they observe that there are a main hall and then stores and display windows in sections. People may look around, watch them and if they want, enter into them. Interface of our system will be just like the one described above and user will be able to wander around three-dimensionally and in the display windows there will be products that user can really buy. When user enter into a store (for example, a textile and clothing store) there will be a display window and dressed mannequins inside; there will be different color and pattern options for different products; user will be able to try the dress he/she defined by selecting the options, on the mannequin. There will be size options. In case the user decides to buy something there will be a "buy" button and "my basket" expression where the list of products user decides to buy is collected separately. In the end, user will safely effect the payments with his/her credit card in case the user bought products from one or more stores, and complete the shopping. Besides that, there will be also a "selling agent online" who provide help to user in virtual stores. At that moment, user will get instantaneous help by writing with or speaking to that selling person like in the real sales stores.
There will be a section which provides food and beverage services like the one which is known as "footcourt" and usually located at the top floors in shopping centers. In this section, there will be private sections and menus of many food and beverage suppliers with which an agreement is made and provide food service to business places. User will order meal from this section and benefit from the service which brings food and beverage he/she has already chosen to where the user is, soon.
There will be also section(s) expressed as "Cafe". At this place, people who are active and online at that moment in the system will be able to meet each other and chat. If user doesn't want to be bothered by the others in the meantime, user can ban everybody or people he/she wants to do so, from message or instant chat dialogue settings. Preferably user can report the situation and site (virtual shopping center) administrators will take necessary actions in such cases.
System security, softwares and hardwares employed are collected in one center. In addition, users report their problems with the system again to an administrator and administrator can any time interfere into the system.
Because the system is three-dimensional and animated, it provides better means of promotion for the brands of the products to be sold in the system as well as it is more practical and entertaining. Moreover it provides advantages from the cost point of view.
That is to say, business in such places as shops, restaurants and so on physically located in the shopping centers brings up such other costs as rental, personnel expenses, decoration, and so on. With the system of our invention, there is no expenditures mentioned above. Shops, restaurants, recreational places are placed before the user with three-dimensional appearance and animated system.
Three-dimensional appearance and animations help improve the product attractiveness and this also means an advantage at the point of sales and profit for the companies included in the system. In our invention, for the companies/persons who want to promote or sell their product, three- dimensional and animated fields suitable for the promotions or sales they want to carry out, can be made possible.

Claims

1- The invention relates to an interactive three dimensional shopping system providing end users with continuous service by employing servers which will be active for the users 7/24, and it is characterised in that; servers which will be active 7/24 for 365 days and which serve as application hardware in the infrastructure,
such contemporary software technologies as HTML, PHP (or ASP), NET, SQL, Flash, Java, JavaScript, XML in programming, and,
such advanced graphical development softwares and technologies as 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Ulead Cool 3D in interface development.
2- Servers mentioned in the claim 1 , and it is characterised in that: user will be able to stroll around in these fields, do shopping, play games, or chat with the people available and active in the system at the very moment or spend time three-dimensionally like in the actual life.
