Abstract

본 발명에 따른 고해상도 분광기를 구비한 광 단층촬영 시스템은, 광원과, 광 커플러와, 레퍼런스부와, 샘플부와, 분광기 및 영상처리부를 포함하고, 상기 분광기는 상기 미러의 이동 변위 및 이동 방향을 설정하여 이동하고, 이동된 미러의 위치에서 상기 합성된 광의 입사 및 반사에 의해 픽셀 강도 어레이 및 파장 어레이를 획득하여 각 픽셀 정보 및 각 픽셀에 대응하는 파장 정보를 획득하는 점에 그 특징이 있다.
