Abstract

A sauna unit (1) is disclosed containing a housing (2) having a floor (5), an upstanding wall (6, 7, 8) extending around the floor and upwardly therefrom to a top wall (10,11,12), the floor, upstanding wall and top wall defining a primary hollow interior region (15), a heating means (26) located in the primary hollow interior region to produce a sauna environment, the floor defining an opening (27) to provide access to a trampoline (28), so that a person in the primary hollow interior region can exercise on the trampoline. The flour containing the trampoline can also have the springs (35) attached to each of the corners on the top and bottom sides. The interior wall of the sauna unit contains a heating element (25). A rail is extending between the side walls of the sauna unit for the user to provide grip. The rail (30) may also have sensors built in to be used as a measurement device for measuring the pulse rate, calories lost, movement monitor, heart rate and temperature of the body of the user.
