Abstract
It is intended to reduce latching and/or oscillating moments of a segmented electric machine. An electric machine having a first and a second active part (1, 2), which are movable with respect to each other in one direction of movement (14), is therefore proposed, wherein the first active part (1) has a plurality of segments (4, 5), a plurality of teeth protrude from a yoke in each segment, an edge tooth (8, 9) of the plurality of teeth (7, 8, 9, 10, 33) located on a segment boundary (6) of the particular segment is designed to be thinner than an adjacent tooth (7, 10) of the plurality of teeth of the segment, and the edge tooth and the adjacent tooth are connected to each other at the tooth tips thereof by a connecting element of a first type. One pair of teeth of the plurality of teeth is connected by a connecting element of a second type, which has a different shape from the connecting element of the first type. At least two teeth of the segment (4, 5) that are not located on the segment boundary or on a different segment boundary (6) of the segment are connected to one another in a form-fitting manner at the tooth tips thereof by a further connecting element of the first type, wherein the two teeth and/or the further connecting element of the first type are configured in such a manner, or the connecting element is arranged on the two teeth in such a manner, that a latching moment or oscillating moment of the first active part in relation to the second active part is smaller than in the event of the further connecting element being of the second type.
