Abstract
Regler (1, 1'), insbesondere Ansaugregler für Kompressoren, der ein in einem Reglergehäuse (2) längsbewegbares, stangenförmiges Ventilelement (3) aufweist, welches in Offenstellung eine kommunizierende Verbindung mit einem Druckraum (5) beispielsweise des Kompressors herstellt. In Schließstellung wird dieser Druckraum (5) abgesperrt. Der Regler (1, 1') ist derart ausgelegt, dass das stangenförmige Ventilelement (3) an einem Ende einen mit einem Ventilsitz am Reglergehäuse (2) zusammenarbeitenden Ventilteller (4) hat und dass das stangenförmige Ventilelement (3) in Schließstellung derart mittels einer weichen Feder (6) vorbelastet ist, dass bei Stillstand des Kompressors und dessen Entlastung der Ventilteller (4) in leicht abgehobenem (offenem) Zustand verharrt. Ferner hat der Regler (1, 1') zugleich eine Rückschlagventilfunktion, welche dadurch gebildet wird, dass beim Abschalten des Kompressors der im Ansaugbereich (5) des Kompressors ansteigende Druck den Ventilteller (4) des stangenförmigen Ventilelements (3) als Schließdruck beaufschlagt. Ferner hat der Regler (1, 1') ein integriertes Entlastungsventil (8, 8'), welches derart beschaffen und ausgelegt ist, dass in Schließstellung des Ventilelements (3) des Reglers (1, 1') zur Druckentlastung des Innenraums des Reglers (1, 1') eine kommunizierende Verbindung über die Abflachung (9) und die Umfangsnut (12) mit einer im Reglergehäuse (2) ausgebildeten Entlastungsbohrung (13) hergestellt wird, die zur Außenumgebung führt.
