Abstract

본 발명에서 제안하고 있는, 문장에 내재한 감정 분석을 위한 감정 분류 방법에 따르면, 문장을 구성하는 단어의 감정 특징을 추출하고 감정 분류기를 이용하여 문장에 내재된 감정을 분류함으로써, 온라인상에서 수집할 수 있는 감정이나 의견 등을 포함하는 문장의 자동 분석을 통해 오피니언 마이닝을 자동화할 수 있고, 이러한 오피니언 마이닝을 통한 마케팅 전략 수립이 신속하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하며, 기업, 브랜드, 제품, 서비스 등에 대한 평가를 자동 분석하고, 제품 평판 조사, 공공 의견 조사, 고객 성향 분석 등 다양한 영역에서 자동으로 감정 분석을 할 수 있다.
