Description

Package storage case
The present invention relates to a case that accommodates a package and can easily take out articles such as tablets sealed in the package one by one from the package.
Tablets such as troches are conventionally sealed and accommodated in a package formed of a moisture-proof multilayer film made of aluminum and plastic such as PTP (press-through pack). Such a PTP is provided with a pocket that is slightly larger than the tablet to accommodate the tablets one by one, and the user can break the film covering the pocket by crushing the pocket and take out the tablet. Can do.
Such PTP requires a careful handling because the edge of the film is thin and sharp. In addition, since the film covering the pocket is relatively thin, the tablet is torn when contacted unexpectedly and the tablet is exposed to the outside air. In addition, the appearance of PTP gives an image of drugs and diseases. Tablets contained in PTP need to be taken regularly, and there is a need to carry PTP. Under such circumstances, a suitable carrying case that accommodates the PTP is desired.
The following Patent Document 1 discloses a case for storing a PTP package in which a plurality of storage dome portions each storing a solid agent made of a sublimable substance are provided on the surface of a base sheet. The case includes a first sandwiching plate that sandwiches the base sheet of the PTP package from the back surface side and a second sandwiching plate that sandwiches the substrate sheet from the front surface side. In a state where the storage dome portion on the surface of the second sandwiching plate is inserted into the through hole formed in the second sandwiching plate, the PTP package is sandwiched by both sandwiching plates, and the protruding storage dome portion is pressed to form a base material A part of the sheet can be broken, and the solid agent in the storage dome can be dropped into the solid agent storage space through the through-hole formed in the first clamping plate. This case is suitable for carrying around, and can be used without a sense of incongruity even in places where there are eyes.
The following Patent Document 2 discloses a tablet dispenser having a rotatable substantially circular one-way knob having a periodic display. The tablet dispenser is enclosed by a skirt having a plurality of notches and is rotatable about a central axis means, a substantially flat support having a single tablet dispensing opening, and an engagement with the notched skirt And a tablet package 19 having a tablet pocket that can be crushed and accommodated between the cover and the base. The dosing date corresponding to the number of tablet pockets is printed on the top surface of the knob so that it is aligned with both the tablet placed in the tablet pocket and the ratchet position. The tablet is dispensed from the package by rotating the knob to collapse the pocket aligned with the opening, thereby forcing the tablet through the opening.

However, in the case of Patent Document 1, it is necessary to arrange two clamping plates inside the case, and it is not easy to take out the solid agent. Moreover, the dispenser of patent document 2 rotates the tablet packaging by rotating the knob supported by the center axis | shaft means, requires a complicated mechanism, and the whole dispenser is also bulky. Therefore, there is a demand for a compact and thin case that is more portable and fits the times. Also, not only tablets but also foods such as candy and gum are convenient to carry and it is convenient to have a storage container that can be taken out one by one.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and provide an accommodation case for a thin, compact package that can easily take out an article from a package accommodated in the case, and is excellent in portability. .
According to the present invention, there is provided a housing case for housing a package, which has a center of rotation and is accommodated in pockets arranged at a predetermined pitch around the center of rotation and sealed with a breakable film. The finger presses a predetermined pocket of the package housed in the housing case, the upper case and the lower case housing the package, the connection portion connecting the upper case and the lower case so as to be openable and closable A pressing port formed in the upper case, a discharge port formed in the lower case corresponding to the pressing port for discharging from the storage case what has been pushed out from the predetermined pocket, and a finger touching the pocket In order to rotate the package, a storage case is provided which is formed in the upper case and has an opening larger than the discharge port.
The opening angle in the circumferential direction of the opening of the housing case may be at least an opening angle corresponding to the predetermined pitch, and the opening angle θ in the circumferential direction of the opening is expressed by the following formula: 2α−β ≦ θ ≦ 2α
(Where α is an opening angle corresponding to the pitch, and β / 2 is an opening angle corresponding to the radius of the pocket). When the opening satisfies the opening angle θ of the above formula, the side portion that defines the opening acts as a rotation restricting portion. Thereby, when the user's finger comes into contact with the side portion defining the opening and the rotation is finished, the next entering pocket can be positioned at a position corresponding to the discharge port.
The upper case or the lower case may be provided with a positioning member for contacting the pocket of the housing case and positioning the recording pocket at a predetermined position corresponding to the discharge port. The pocket may be formed of an elastically deformable material, and the positioning member is mounted on the upper case or the lower case so as to urge the pocket until the pocket reaches the predetermined position when the package is rotated. It may be positioned. The pocket can be positioned at a predetermined position with respect to the positioning member by utilizing the elastic force of the pocket.
The positioning member may be a circular member provided at the center of the inner surface of the upper case and having a plurality of notches formed in the circumferential direction. Alternatively, the positioning member may be a raised portion provided on the inner surface of the upper case so as to protrude toward the center of the upper case. Alternatively, the positioning member is an elastically deformable thin plate member extending from the outer periphery of the upper case toward the center, and the tip of the thin plate member urges the pocket when the package is rotated. Also good. Alternatively, the positioning member is a protrusion provided on the bottom surface of the lower case, and a notch or hole is formed in the package, and the protrusion is configured to engage with the notch or hole of the package. May be.
In the housing case, the opening may have a fan shape, and the radius portion of the fan shape may define a stop position when the package is rotated.
In the housing case, the opening may be common with the pressing opening, the package may be rotated through the opening, and a pocket located at the center in the circumferential direction of the opening may be pressed and taken out from the discharge opening. This makes the user's take-out operation easier and easier to understand. This feature also allows the construction of a universal design for the case.
When the opening and the pressing port of the housing case are provided separately, the center of the opening and the center of the pressing port can be formed at an integer multiple of the pitch in the circumferential direction. Further, since the inner surface of the lower case that defines the discharge port of the lower case protrudes in a cylindrical shape toward the upper case, it is easy to apply a pressing force when crushing the pocket.
According to a specific example of the present invention, in the housing case, six pockets are arranged circumferentially at an angle of 60 °, a pressing port is present at the center of the opening, and an opening angle of the opening is 90 ° to The angle can be in the range of 120 °. The article contained in the pocket may be a pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food or chemical product.
(1) When taking out an article from a package, the case of the present invention can be easily taken out through a pressing port and a discharge port without opening the case. Therefore, there is no risk of inadvertently touching the package and damaging the package, which is suitable for protecting and carrying the package. This is a case suitable for carrying, storing, and supplying articles such as pharmaceuticals such as tablets, cosmetics, foods, and chemicals that are taken out once and used.
(2) After taking out the article for one use, the user can easily access the next article-containing pocket by rotating the package through the opening of the upper case with a finger. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide a special rotation mechanism, and a thin and compact structure suitable for carrying is realized.
(3) By restricting the end position of the rotation operation of the finger by setting the circumferential length of the opening to a predetermined range, the next pocket containing articles can be positioned at a position facing the discharge port. Therefore, immediately after the rotating operation of the package, the operation of pressing the pocket and discharging the article can be performed.
(4) The pocket is positioned by using the elastic force of the pocket without using a complicated structure or accessory member, and the tablet pocket corresponds to the pressing port and the discharge port when the package is rotated or replaced. Can be positioned automatically at the location.

<First Embodiment>
The “article” stored in the pocket of the storage case of the present invention means any item that can be stored in the pocket of the package and that is suitable for taking out and using each pocket at the time of use. Foods and chemicals are preferred. Examples of the pharmaceutical include not only tablets but also powders, granules, pills, chewables, troches, liquids, capsules, semi-solids (jellys) and the like in any dosage form. The food also includes solids such as candy and chocolate, semi-solids such as jam, and liquids such as coffee and juice concentrates. In the case of cosmetics, it includes any form such as an ointment, cream, gel, liquid, powder, tablet, capsule and the like. The chemical product is preferably a chemical product that is taken out once and used, and includes resin products such as cleaning agents and contact lenses, and the form thereof is arbitrary. An example of a case containing a package according to the present invention is illustrated by an embodiment of a case having a package containing a tablet, but the article is not limited to a tablet. First, a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the housing case 10 includes a disc-shaped case body 1 including an upper case 2 and a lower case 4, and a circular package (also referred to as PTP) 6 housed in the case body 1. The upper case 2 and the lower case 4 of the case body 1 are connected to each other by a hinge 8 provided on the outer peripheral portion thereof so as to be openable. The package 6 is provided with a pocket 60 containing a tablet as an article, and a part of the pocket is exposed from the opening 12 of the upper case 2.
2 to 4, the upper case 2 has a circular lid portion 22 that is rotationally symmetric with respect to the central axis X1 in a plan view, and a peripheral wall 24 that stands upright in the axial direction from the outer periphery of the lid portion 22. The outer surface 22a of the lid part 22 is formed with a smooth curved surface having a curvature, and is curved so that the center swells outward. The lid portion 22 is formed with a fan-shaped opening 12 that opens at a predetermined angle in the circumferential direction, in this example, an opening angle of 100 degrees. The opening 12 functions as a window for the user to touch and rotate the package 6 (pocket), and also functions as a pressing port for crushing a predetermined pocket with a finger. As shown in FIG. 4, an engaging portion 27 having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the peripheral wall 24 is formed at the upper end of the peripheral wall 24 of the upper case 2. The engaging portion 27 engages with the inside of the side wall 44 of the lower case 4 to maintain the closed state of the case 10. A hinge 8 is coupled to the peripheral wall 24 of the upper case 2 at a position rotated by 90 ° around the central axis X1 of the upper case 2 from the center of the opening 12, and the peripheral wall 22 facing the hinge 8 with respect to the central axis X1. An upper collar 26 is attached to the portion to facilitate opening of the case.
The inner surface 22b of the lid portion 22 of the upper case 2 is smoothly curved similarly to the outer surface 22a, and a petal-shaped circular member 28 extends in the axial direction at the center so that the petal-shaped circular member 28 stands upright from the inner surface 22b. Yes. The circular member 28 is formed with five notches 28a at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. This notch functions together with the outer peripheral portion of the circular member 28 to position the package 6. The width of the notch 28a can be set to, for example, 1.0 to 2 mm. One notch 28 a is positioned in the circumferential direction so as to coincide with the circumferential center of the opening 12. The positioning function of the circular member 28 will be described later. A part of the circular member 28 is cut so as to coincide with the outer shape of the opening 12 (see FIG. 5).
3 and 4, the lower case 4 includes a circular bottom portion 42 that is rotationally symmetric with respect to the central axis X2 in a plan view and a peripheral wall 44 that extends in the axial direction from the outer periphery of the bottom portion 42. Similar to the outer surface 22a of the lid portion 22, the outer surface 42a of the bottom portion 42 is formed with a smooth curved surface having a curvature, and is curved so as to swell outward as a whole. The center of the outer surface 42a of the bottom 42 forms a recess 42c that is smoothly recessed toward the inside of the case. A hinge 8 connected to the peripheral wall 24 of the upper case 2 is connected to the peripheral wall 44, and a portion of the peripheral wall 42 facing the hinge 8 cooperates with the upper collar 26 of the upper case 2. A lower rod 46 is attached to facilitate opening.
The center of the inner surface 42b of the lower case 4 forms a smoothly projecting convex portion 42d corresponding to the shape of the concave portion 42c of the outer surface 42a. The top portion 42e of the convex portion 42d is flat because it contacts the center of the back surface of the package 6. On the inner surface 42b of the lower case 4, a discharge port 14 for discharging the tablet is formed at a position rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise around the center X2 from the position where the hinge 8 is attached. The center of the discharge port 14 coincides with the center of the opening 12 of the upper case 2 in the circumferential direction in a state where the upper case 2 and the lower case 4 are combined and the case 10 is closed. The discharge port 14 is smaller than the opening 12, and the circumferential width of the discharge port 14 is shorter than the circumferential width of the opening 12. The outlet 14 can be a circle or ellipse that is larger than the pocket 60. In this embodiment, the discharge port 14 has an elliptical shape with the long axis in the circumferential direction of the center X2. The edge portion defining the discharge port 14 is raised at a predetermined height in the axial direction to form a raised portion 42f. The upper surface 42 g of the raised portion 42 f is flattened so as to come into contact with the back surface of the package 6.
The package 6 accommodated in the case body 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 (A) and 6 (B). In the package 6, the circular substrate 62 and the six columnar pockets 60 are arranged on the rotational substrate in a rotationally symmetric position, that is, at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction. Each pocket 60 accommodates, for example, a disc-shaped tablet having a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the pocket, for example, a troche with the flat surface down.
Suppose that the circumferential distance (pitch) between the centers O ′ of adjacent pockets on this circumference is P, and the radius of the pocket 60 is D, the circumferential distance of the adjacent pockets 60 is approximately represented by P−2D. Further, the opening angle α between the centers of the adjacent pockets 60 is α = 60 °. In this example, the diameter of the package 6 is slightly smaller than the inner periphery of the lower case 4. The dimensions of the package 6 are arbitrary. For example, the outer diameter is 75 mm, the diameter of the pocket 60 (2D) is 17 mm, the diameter of the troche is 16 mm, and the center of the pocket is a radius of 25 mm from the center O of the package 6. It can be located on the circumference. With the above dimensions, the opening angle β of one pocket is β = 40 °.
The substrate 62 of the package 6 is formed of a laminated structure composed of three layers of plastic / aluminum / plastic. The pocket can be molded by sucking a predetermined position of the laminated structure by a known method. The lower surface 62b of the package 6 is also formed of a laminated structure of three layers of plastic / aluminum / plastic, and the upper surface 62a is sealed so that the opening of the pocket 60 is sealed after the troche 100 is received in each pocket 60. And the laminated structure respectively constituting the lower surface 62b are bonded together by heat welding or the like. Thus, by forming both the upper surface 62a and the lower surface 62b of the package 6 with a laminated structure containing aluminum, the airtightness and moisture resistance in the pocket can be maintained. As the plastic material constituting the laminated structure, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or nylon is used as a material constituting the outer surface of the package 6, and vinyl chloride or the like is used as a material constituting the outer surface of the package 6. Further, an annular groove (concave portion) 60 b concentric with the center O ′ is formed on the upper surface 60 a of the pocket 60 so that the pressing force is intensively transmitted to the surface of the troche 100 when the user presses the upper surface 60 a with a finger. Yes.
Since the pocket 6 has a three-layer structure including plastic as described above, it is flexible and elastically deformable. Since the upper portion 60a of the pocket has a larger area than the side surface 60c, it is easily crushed by the pressing force of the user's finger. Since the side surface 60c is a curved surface and has a small area, it has higher strength than the upper surface 60a with respect to the pressing force (biasing force) from the direction orthogonal to the surface, and deforms due to its elasticity against the pressing force. When the pressing force disappears, the original shape is restored.
In order to accommodate the package 6 in the case body 1, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, first, the package 6 is arranged upward on the inner surface of the lower case 4. At this time, an alignment mark W is attached to the peripheral wall 44 of the lower case 4 corresponding to the center of the discharge port 14 of the lower case 4 (see FIG. 3), and the center of the pocket of the package 6 coincides with this mark W. Thus, the package 6 can be arranged in the lower case 4. Alternatively, the substrate upper surface 62a of the package 6 may be fitted using a positioning mechanism for the circular member 28 of the upper case 2.
Here, the positioning mechanism of the circular member 28 will be described with reference to FIG. The outer diameter L1 of the circular member 28 is equal to or slightly larger than the distance L2 between the pockets 60 facing each other across the center O of the package 6. Therefore, by placing the package 6 on the circular member 28 and slightly rotating left and right, the center O ′ of the pocket 60 is positioned on the extension of the cutout 28a of the circular member 28 as shown in FIG. 6 easily fits into the circular member 28. As described above, since the pocket 60 is formed of a material that can be elastically deformed, when the package 6 is pressed against the circular member 28, the center O ′ of the pocket 60 is an extension of the notch 28 a of the circular member 28. Even if not, the pocket 60 is elastically deformed and the package 6 is fitted into the circular member 28. In this state, the circular member 28 applies an urging force to the side surface of the pocket 60. However, when the center O ′ of the pocket 60 moves on the extension of the notch 28a of the circular member 28, the urging force is reduced, so that the user It can be seen that the pocket 60 is positioned relative to the circular member 28.
After the package 6 is placed in the upper case 2 or the lower case 4, the upper case 2 and the lower case 4 are combined via the hinge 8. At this time, the engaging portion 27 of the upper case 2 is engaged with the inner periphery of the side wall 44 of the lower case 4. Thus, the upper case 2 and the lower case 4 overlap as shown in FIG. In the state where the upper case 2 and the lower case 4 overlap each other, as shown in FIG. 9, the circumferential center positions of the opening 12 of the upper case 2 and the discharge port 14 of the lower case 4 coincide with each other. 14 is completely contained within the opening 12. Further, the central axis X1 of the upper case 2 and the central axis X2 of the lower case 2 overlap with each other and become the rotation axis X of the housing case. The rotation axis X substantially coincides with the center O of the package 6 accommodated.
Thus, the package 6 is accommodated in the case body 1 of the accommodation case 10. Here, since the package 6 is aligned with the upper case 2 or the lower case 4 as described above, the center of the pocket 60 is positioned at the center (circumferential center) of the opening 12 as shown in FIG. ing. In this embodiment, since the opening angle of the opening 12 is 100 ° as described above, a part of the pockets located on both sides of the pocket 60 are exposed through the opening 12 together with the pocket 60 located in the center of the opening 12. When the length LL in which the circumference C drawn by the centers O ′ of the six pockets 60 is divided by the openings 12 is the circumferential length of the openings 12, the circumferential length LL of the openings 12 is more than twice the pitch P. Also slightly shorter.
The operation for taking out tablets one by one from the package 6 in the housing case 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 9 will be described below. As shown in FIG. 9, the entire pocket 60 appears at the center in the circumferential direction of the opening 12 of the upper case 2, and only a part of the pockets 60 on both sides are exposed through the opening 12. As described above, the discharge port 14 of the lower case 4 indicated by the phantom line in FIG. 9 is also located at the center in the circumferential direction of the opening 1 so as to overlap the opening 12. First, for example, the user holds the case 10 between, for example, the thumb and index finger of one hand. Next, when the thumb of the other hand is applied to the upper surface 60a of the pocket 60 located at the center of the opening 12 and pushed into the pocket 60, the film covering the opening of the pocket 60 (the lower surface 62b of the package 6) is torn. The lozenge is pushed out through the outlet 14. In this way, the troche accommodated in the pocket 60 is taken out from the case 10. As a result, an empty pocket 60 remains in the opening 12.
Next, when the user takes out the troche from the case 10, the pocket 60 located next to the empty pocket 60 is moved to the opening 12. An example of the rotational movement operation of the pocket 60 will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 (A) and 10 (B). As shown in FIG. 10A, the user touches the side surface (rear end in the rotation direction) of the empty pocket 60e with a finger, and then touches the empty pocket 60e in the rotation direction as shown in FIG. 10B. Shift here (counterclockwise). At this time, an empty pocket 60e is formed until the finger hits the side portion 12a (in FIG. 10A, the left side, that is, the side portion on the front side in the rotation direction) extending in the radial direction that defines the fan-shaped opening 12. Rotate. With this rotation operation, the empty pocket 60e rotates together with the package 6 by approximately 60 degrees, so that the pocket 60f with a troche located next to the empty pocket 60e is now positioned at the circumferential center of the opening 12. Then, the troche can be taken out from the pocket 60f in the same manner as the operation performed in the pocket 60e.
In the rotational operation as described above, the package 6 needs to be rotated at an angle corresponding to one pitch of the pocket 60 in order to replace the empty pocket 60e with the next troche-containing pocket 60f. From this point of view, the opening angle and the circumferential length of the opening 12 will be examined. As shown in FIG. 10A, when the rotation of the pocket 60e is started, the user's finger is in a position (on the line M1) that touches the side surface (rear end in the rotation direction) of the pocket 60e. If the side portion 12a of the opening 12 is present at one pitch P from this position, that is, the position M2 rotated by 60 degrees in this example, the side portion 12a restricts the rotation of the finger by one pitch (or guide). ) Acts as a regulating part. The position of M2 is a position whose circumferential length is separated from the radius line M0 passing through the center of the pocket 60e before rotation by (PD). Here, D is the radius of the pocket. Therefore, the side portion 12a of the opening 12 is considered to be located at a distance of at least (PD) in the counterclockwise direction from the line M0. By the way, depending on the user, the pocket 60e may be rotated in the clockwise direction. Therefore, unless the rotation direction is specifically specified, the circumferential length of (PD) in the clockwise direction from the line M0 is similarly determined. There should be an opening. From this point of view, it is considered that the circumferential length of the opening 12 is preferably 2 (PD).
When the applicant made a prototype of a housing case having openings 12 of various circumferential lengths and tested it by a plurality of testers, the following was found. Depending on the tester, the belly of the finger comes into contact with the side surface of the pocket 60e obliquely from above, so that at the end of the rotation, before the side surface of the pocket 60e reaches the side portion 12a, It turned out to be 12a. In such a case, it is desirable that the circumferential length of the opening 12 be slightly longer than 2 (P−D), for example, about a pocket radius or radius / 2. From this point of view, it is desirable that the circumferential length LL of the opening 12 satisfies the following expression (1), particularly (2).
2 (PD) ≦ LL ≦ 2P (1)
2 (PD) ≦ LL ≦ 2PD (2)
If the circumferential length LL of the opening 12 exceeds 2 (PD), it can be determined whether the pockets of the pockets 60d and 60f adjacent to the pocket 60e are crushed through the opening 12, so the user selects the rotation direction. It is convenient when replacing with a new package 6. As described above, when one pocket 60 is located at the center in the circumferential direction of the opening 12, an opening is made so that a part of adjacent pockets, preferably a part having a length equal to or less than the radius of the pocket, is exposed from the opening 12. It is desirable to set the size of 12. When the circumferential length LL of the opening 12 exceeds 2P, it is difficult to give the side portion 12a an action of regulating the rotation end position of the package 6.
In the above formulas (1) and (2), the pitch P and the radius D of the pocket are expressed as α and β / 2 as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is preferable that the opening angle θ of the opening 12 satisfies the following formula (3), particularly (4).
2α−β ≦ θ ≦ 2α (3)
2α−β ≦ θ ≦ 2α−β / 2 (4)
In this embodiment, α = 60 ° and β = 40 °. Therefore, the opening angle θ satisfying the expressions (3) and (4) is 80 ° ≦ θ ≦ 120 °, in particular, 80 ° ≦ θ ≦ 110 °. In this embodiment, since the opening angle θ of the opening 12 is set to 100 °, the opening angle (θ = 100 °) of the opening 12 is related to any one of the above (3) and (4). It can be seen that
By the way, in this embodiment, the circular member 28 for positioning the package 6 is provided in the upper case 2. In this circular member 28, notches 28a are formed in the circumferential direction in the same six locations as the number of pockets. As described with reference to FIG. 8, one notch 28 a coincides with the circumferential position of the center of the opening 12. Therefore, if the pitch is within the range of 1 pitch P before and after the notch 28a in the circumferential direction, the side wall of the pocket 60 is urged against the circular member 28 while the pocket is rotationally moved, but the urging force is reduced. It must exist. Therefore, when the package 6 is rotating, the pocket 60 tends to settle at a position corresponding to the notch 28a. Due to such an action, even if the rotation length of the user is slightly smaller or smaller than 1 pitch P, the pocket 60 is surrounded by the periphery of the opening 12 corresponding to the notch 28a by the urging force relative to the side wall of the pocket 60 of the circular member 28. Try to be positioned at the center of the direction. That is, in this embodiment, when the user rotates the package 6, the side portion 12a of the rotation opening 12 and the circular member 28 work together to guide the pocket 60f to the rotation end position.
In this embodiment, the circular member 28 is provided in the upper case 2, but the circular member 28 may be omitted. In this case, the rotation end position of the user can be restricted only by the side part 12a of the opening 12, and thereby the pocket 60 can be placed at a desired position. Alternatively, without setting the dimension of the opening 12 from the viewpoint of positioning as described above, the rotation end position of the user may be restricted only by the circular member 28, and thereby the pocket 60 may be placed at a desired position.
Second Embodiment
The package housing case 20 of the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 14, but the description of the same configuration and operation as those of the housing case 1 of the first embodiment will be omitted.
In the first embodiment, the outer peripheral shape of the upper case 2 is circular, but the upper case 2 of the second embodiment has a shape lacking a part of the outer peripheral edge thereof. That is, the opening 212 formed in the upper case 2 reaches the outer periphery of the upper case 2, and the upper case 2 does not have an outer peripheral frame that defines the radially outer side of the opening 212. Therefore, the user's finger can access the opening 212 from the outside in the radial direction of the case 21 and touch the side wall of the pocket 60, particularly the side wall portion of the pocket 60 facing the outer periphery of the package. From this point of view, if the rotation direction is restricted to either clockwise or counterclockwise (for example, described in the case specification or indicated on the outer surface of the case), the housing of this embodiment The opening angle of the opening 212 of the case 20 can be operated even with an opening angle (60 °) corresponding to one pitch (an opening between the extension line M1 and the extension line M2 in FIG. 10A). In addition, the actual opening angle of the opening 212 of this embodiment is 105 °, which is an opening angle in a range satisfying the above-described formula (3) or (4). As shown in FIG. 14, the pocket 60 located at the center in the circumferential direction of the opening 212 and a part of the pockets 60 on both sides thereof are exposed through the opening 212.
As shown in FIG. 13, the lid portion 222 of the upper case 2 and the bottom portion 242 of the lower case 4 are both plate-like unlike the first embodiment. Therefore, the outer surface 222a and the inner surface 222b of the upper case 2 and the outer surface 242a and the inner surface 242b of the lower case 4 are all flat. On the inner surface 242b of the lower case 4, an annular convex portion 242c coaxial with the center X2 is formed. The top portion 242d of the convex portion 242c is flat because it comes into contact with the back surface of the package 6, and the top portion 242d supports the back surface of the package 6 in a rotatable manner together with the upper surface 42g of the raised portion 42f that defines the discharge port 14.
The storage case 20 of this embodiment can also take out the troche from the pocket 60 of the package 6 according to the same operation as that of the storage case 10 of the first embodiment, and can rotate the package 6 to insert the empty pocket 60 into the troche. Can be replaced with a pocket. At this time, the side portion 212a of the opening 212 and the circular member 28 can assist the rotation operation of the package 6 by the user to position the pocket in which the troche is accommodated at the circumferential center position of the opening 212.
Note that since the inner surface 242b of the lower case 4 is flat, the back surface of the package 6 may be rotatably supported by the entire inner surface 242b of the lower case 4 without providing the annular convex portion 242c and the raised portion 42e.
<Third Embodiment>
The package housing case 30 of the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 15 to 19, but the description of the same configuration and operation as those of the housing case 1 of the first embodiment will be omitted.
In the first embodiment, the shape of the storage case 10 is a disc shape. However, as shown in FIG. 15, the storage case 30 of the third embodiment is formed with a through hole 340 that penetrates the center of the case in the axial direction. Having a donut shape. Therefore, the package 306 also has an opening 308 coaxial with the outer shape of the package 306 at the center, as shown in FIG.
In order to form the through hole 340, as shown in FIGS. 16 to 18, an opening 324 is formed at the center of the lid portion 322 of the upper case 2, and the outer surface 322a of the lid portion 322 is smoothly curved and opened. 324 is connected to the portion defining 324. The opening 324 passes through the central portion of the circular member 28 provided on the inner surface 322b. The portion defining the opening 344 stands upright to form an annular ridge 324c. An opening 344 is also formed at the center of the bottom portion 342 of the lower case 4, and the outer surface 342 a and the inner surface 342 b of the bottom portion 342 are also smoothly curved and connected to a portion that defines the opening 324. The portion defining the opening 344 stands upright to form an annular ridge 342c. The outer diameter of the annular ridge 342 c is slightly smaller than the opening 308 of the package 306. The user can unite the upper case 2 with the lower case 4 after accommodating the package 306 in the lower case 4 so that the annular raised portion 342 c is inserted into the opening 308 of the package 306. By this combination, the annular ridge portion 342c and the annular ridge portion 324c are connected to define the through hole 340 of the housing case 30.
The storage case 30 of this embodiment can also take out the troche from the pocket 60 of the package 306 according to the same operation as that of the storage case 10 of the first embodiment. The stored pocket 60 can be replaced. At this time, the side portion 312a of the opening 312 and the circular member 28 can assist the rotation operation of the package 306 by the user to position the pocket in which the troche is accommodated at the circumferential center position of the opening 312. The user can hold the storage case 30 through a finger or a strap in the through hole 306 of the storage 30 case of this embodiment.
<Fourth embodiment>
The housing case 40 of the package of the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 20, but the description of the same configuration and operation as the housing case 1 of the first embodiment will be omitted. In the first to third embodiments, the opening 12 (212) of the upper case 2 serves as an opening (window) for rotating the package 6 and a pressing port for pressing the pocket. As shown in FIG. 20, the housing case of this embodiment is provided with an opening 412 for rotating the package 6 and a pressing port 410 for pressing the pocket. A circular pressing port 410 having a diameter slightly larger than the pocket is formed in the lid portion 422 of the upper case 2 at a position overlapping the discharge port 14 of the lower case 4. The circumferential center of the opening 412 is positioned at a position rotated by an integral multiple of the pocket pitch (in this example, two pitches in the clockwise direction) with respect to the pressing port 410 about the rotation center X of the housing case. An opening 412 is formed. When the pressing port 410 and the opening 412 are in such a positional relationship, when the center of the pocket 60 is positioned at the center of the pressing port 410, another pocket 60 is positioned at the circumferential center of the opening 412. Become.
The user can take out the troches pushed out from the discharge port 14 by crushing the pocket 60 by pressing the pocket 60 appearing in the pressing port 410 with a finger through the pressing port 410. When the pocket 60 appearing in the pressing port 410 becomes empty, the user rotates the pocket 60 by one pitch through the opening 412. By this operation, the empty pocket appearing in the pressing port 410 is replaced with the adjacent pocket 60. About the circumferential direction length of the opening 412, it is desirable to satisfy the formulas (1) and (3) or the formulas (2) and (4) as shown in the first embodiment.
Also in the housing case 40 of this embodiment, the side portion 412a of the opening 412 and the circular member (not shown) assist the user in rotating the package 6 to center the opening 412 in the circumferential direction and the center of the pressing port 410. Each pocket 60 can be positioned.
In FIG. 20, the opening 412 is located at a position moved by two pitches (120 °) in the clockwise direction around the rotation center X of the storage case with respect to the pressing port 410. °) or 4 pitches (240 °) in the circumferential direction.
<Fifth Embodiment>
The housing case 50 of the package of the fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 21, but the description of the same configuration and operation as the housing case 1 of the first embodiment will be omitted.
In the first embodiment, the circular member 28 for positioning the package 6 is arranged at the center of the inner surface 22b of the lid portion 22 of the upper case 2, but in this embodiment, the lid of the upper case 2 is used instead of the circular member. A peripheral wall 528 for positioning is provided along the outer peripheral portion of the inner surface 522b of the portion 522. FIG. 21A is a perspective view of the inside of the upper case 2, and shows the relationship between the pocket 60 of the package 6 and the outer periphery of the lid portion 522, and the inner diameter ID of the peripheral wall 528 is six of the package 6. It is slightly smaller than the diameter OD of the circumference drawn by the pocket 60. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 21B, the peripheral wall 528 stands upright in the axial direction from the inner surface 522b of the lid 522.
In the peripheral wall 528, five notches 528a are formed at uniform intervals in the circumferential direction except for the outer peripheral portion of the opening 512. The notches 528a are formed at an integral multiple of the pitch in the circumferential direction from the center of the opening 512, that is, at 60 ° intervals. Therefore, while the pocket is rotating, the side wall 60c of the pocket 60 is urged against the peripheral wall 528, but the urging force is reduced or eliminated at the position of the notch 528a. Therefore, when the package 6 is rotating, the pocket 60 tends to settle at a position corresponding to the notch 528a. As a result, even if the rotation length of the user is increased or decreased from about 1 pitch, the pocket 60 is likely to be positioned at the center in the circumferential direction of the opening 512 by the biasing force relative to the side wall of the pocket 60 of the peripheral wall 528. To do. That is, also in this embodiment, when the user rotates the package 6, the side part 512 a of the opening 512 and the peripheral wall 528 cooperate to guide the pocket 60 to the rotation end position.
The peripheral wall 528 can be formed by integral molding with the upper case 2. In this embodiment, the position of the side portion 512a of the opening 512 may be changed as appropriate, and the positioning of the pocket 60 during the rotation of the user's package 6 may be performed only by the peripheral wall 528.
<Sixth Embodiment>
The housing case 65 of the package according to the sixth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 22A and 22B. The housing case 65 is a modification of the housing case 50 according to the fifth embodiment. The description of the same configuration and operation as those of the housing case 1 of the fifth embodiment will be omitted. In FIG. 22A, for convenience of explanation, the position before the pocket 60 starts rotating is indicated by a solid line, and the position during rotation of the pocket 60 is indicated by a broken line.
In the fifth embodiment, the positioning peripheral wall 528 is provided along the outer peripheral portion of the inner surface 522b of the lid portion 522 of the upper case 2. However, when the peripheral wall 528 is a rigid body harder than the pocket 60, the pocket 60 is When pressed against the peripheral wall 528 during rotation, the pocket 60 is elastically deformed. In this embodiment, a cantilever 628 that can be deformed by itself is used instead of the peripheral wall 528. The cantilever 628 is provided corresponding to the three pockets 60 that are not exposed from the opening 12. As shown in FIG. 22B, the base 628 a of the cantilever 628 is provided as a fixed end on the outer peripheral edge of the lid 622, and the tip 628 b is a free end and contacts the side surface of the pocket 60. The cantilever 618 is formed of a thin plate such as a flexible plastic, and can be elastically deformed in the thickness direction.
When the package is rotated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 22A and the pocket 60 tries to move to the position indicated by the phantom line, the cantilever 628 bends and acts to push the pocket 60 back by its elastic force. The length of the cantilever 618 is set so that the free end 618 b of the cantilever 618 is repelled from the pocket 60 when the pocket is rotated by one pitch. Therefore, when the package is rotated in the rotation direction of the arrow, the biasing force applied to the pocket by the cantilever 618 acts so that the pocket is positioned at a predetermined position, that is, at the circumferential center of the opening 12.
In this embodiment, since the cantilever 628 is deformed flexibly, the pocket 60 is urged but hardly deformed. Even if the rotation length of the user is increased or decreased from about 1 pitch by the action of the cantilever 628, the pocket 60 tends to be positioned at the center in the circumferential direction of the opening 12 by the urging force of the cantilever 628 against the side wall of the pocket 60. That is, also in this embodiment, when the user rotates the package 6, the side portion 612 a of the opening 612 and the cantilever 628 work together to guide the pocket 60 to the rotation end position.
In this embodiment, the position of the side portion 12a of the opening 12 may be changed as appropriate, and the positioning of the pocket 60 during the rotation operation of the user's package 6 may be performed only by the cantilever 628.
<Seventh embodiment>
The package housing case 70 of the seventh embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 23 and 24, but the description of the same configuration and operation as those of the housing case 1 of the first embodiment will be omitted.
In the housing case 70 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 23, a pin 728 is provided on the lower case 4 for the user to house the package 706 while positioning the case 70 first. The pins 728 are provided at three locations on the outer periphery of the inner surface 722 of the lower case 4 at a uniform interval (120 °). Correspondingly, a semicircular cutout 708 is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the package 706 at a central circumferential position between the pockets 60. As shown in FIG. 24, the pin 728 stands upright in the axial direction from the inner surface 742 b of the lower case 4, and its height is substantially the same as or slightly higher than the substrate 762 of the package 706 in the case 70. The height of the pin 728 is set such that the substrate 762 of the package 706 can overcome the pin 728 with a slight resistance when the package 706 is rotated.
When the user accommodates the package 706 in the lower case 2, the package 706 is aligned with the lower case 2 by arranging the package 706 so that the notch 708 of the package 706 matches the pin 728. The pin 728 initially functions as an alignment when the package 706 is accommodated in the lower case 4, but also acts as an alignment when the package 706 is rotated within the accommodation case 70. Therefore, in this embodiment, the circular member 28 of the upper case may be omitted. Further, in the housing case 70 of this embodiment, the alignment mark W of the lower case 4 used in the first embodiment can be omitted due to the presence of the pin 728.
<Eighth Embodiment>
The package used in the above embodiment was provided with six pockets. For example, there are cases where the number of doses per day is preferably 6 times as in the case of a troche, and since the troche for just one day can be accommodated in the accommodation case of the present invention, it is convenient for carrying. However, some tablets may take more than that. According to such a case, the number of pockets is not limited to six, and an arbitrary number of pockets may be provided. From the viewpoint of taking out tablets by rotational movement of the pockets, the number of pockets is preferably 6 or more. As an example, FIG. 25 shows a package 806 in which eight pockets 860 are formed. The pockets 860 are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction, and the opening angle between the pockets corresponding to one pitch is 45 °. It is preferable that the opening of the upper case that accommodates such a package 806 is formed according to the above-described formulas (1) and (3) or formulas (2) and (4). The cutout of the circular member can also be changed according to the number of pockets.
In the above embodiment, an example is shown in which the pockets are arranged on the circumference of a constant radius, but the pockets may be arranged on a plurality of circumferences at different radial positions. As an example thereof, as shown in FIG. 26, the package 816 has two rows of annular pocket groups, and eight first pockets 870 are arranged at a predetermined angle on the inner circumference, and the outer side of the first pocket 870 is arranged outside. Eight second pockets 860 are arranged at the same predetermined angle as the first pocket 870 on the circumference. The first pocket 870 is smaller in diameter than the second pocket 860 and can accommodate a tablet smaller than the tablet entering the second pocket 860. For example, such a package 816 can be used when the user must take different types of tablets simultaneously. Alternatively, when taking two of the same tablets at the same time, the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860 may have the same diameter.
FIG. 27 shows a schematic structure of a housing case 80 for housing such a package 816 having two rows of pockets. The housing case 80 has substantially the same structure as the housing case 10 of the first embodiment, except that the dimensions of the opening 812, the discharge port 14, and the circular member are different from those of the housing case 10 of the first embodiment. In the housing case 80, the radial dimension is determined so that the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860 are simultaneously exposed from the opening 812 of the package 816. The length of the opening 812 in the circumferential direction is such that when the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860 are respectively located at the center in the circumferential direction of the opening 812, a pair of positions located on both sides of the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860. It is desirable to define the circumferential length of the opening 812 so that a part of the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860 emerge from the opening 812. In particular, the above formulas (1) and (3) or formulas (2) and (4) are satisfied with reference to the circumference drawn by the center of one or both of the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860. It is desirable.
Further, since the lower case outlet 814 needs to discharge the tablets in the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860, respectively, when the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860 are located at the center in the circumferential direction of the opening 812, In addition, the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860 have a radial dimension and a circumferential dimension so as to cover the projected area. In this case, if the bridge 814a that bisects the discharge port 814 in the radial direction is provided, the user can easily apply a pressing force to collapse the first pocket 870 and the second pocket 860, respectively. The circular member 828 has an outer shape so as to contact the first pocket 870 and is designed to have eight notches.
<Other variations>
In the above embodiment, the outer shape of the package is circular, but it is sufficient that the package has a center of rotation and the pockets are provided at rotationally symmetric positions, that is, arranged at a predetermined pitch around the center of rotation. The outer shape may be any shape. For example, the outer shape of the package may be a polygon. For example, a dodecagonal package 906 as shown in FIG. 28 may be used. As long as it does not impair the characteristics of the present invention that the package is rotated by the operation of the user's finger in the housing case, it is a hexagon or more polygon, and its top portion may be rounded to reduce contact resistance. Good. For example, a package 926 having an irregular polygonal shape as shown in FIG. 29 may be used. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 30, a substantially circular package 946 having a notch and an orientation flat 950 in a part of the outer periphery may be used. The shape of the pocket provided in the package is not limited to a circle (cylinder), but may be a triangle, a quadrangle, or a high angle. The side surface (side wall) of the pocket is not only perpendicular to the surface of the package, but may be inclined at an acute angle (the cross section is trapezoidal).
In the above embodiment, tablets have been described as an example as an article. However, the present invention is not limited to tablets, and as described above, pharmaceuticals other than tablets, foods such as candy and gum (including health foods), cosmetics, and detergents. Such chemicals may be used. The form of these articles is not limited to a solid such as a tablet, but may be a semi-solid or liquid such as a jelly. When a solid such as a contact lens is accommodated, the pocket may be filled with a liquid together with the solid.
In the above embodiment, the opening 12 has a fan shape, but may have an arbitrary shape such as an elliptical shape extending in the circumferential direction. In particular, the side portion 12a (512a, 812a, etc.) in the radial direction may be not only a straight line parallel to the radial direction but also a straight line extending in a direction inclined with respect to the radial direction. Moreover, a curve may be sufficient. In any case, the circumferential length and the opening angle θ are the length and angle at which the circle (circumference) drawn at the center O ′ of the pockets arranged in the circumferential direction is divided by the opening 12.
The outer shapes of the upper case 2 and the lower case 4 were circular in plan view. However, if the package can be rotated inside the upper case 2 and the lower case 4, the outer shapes of the upper case 2 and the lower case 4 are square. Any shape such as an ellipse can be used. On the other hand, the internal space of the upper case 2 and the lower case 4, that is, the cross section that cuts the central axis of the space surrounded by the peripheral walls 24 and 44 is circular in order to rotate the package and make the case itself compact. It is desirable. For example, as shown in FIG. 31, a case 90 in which the outer shape of the case main body 101 is a square shape and the internal space 970 is a circular shape may be used.
The upper case 2 and the lower case 4 may be partially or entirely formed of a transparent material in order to visually check whether the pockets of the accommodated packages are not crushed, that is, whether the pockets are empty.
The storage case of the present invention has been specifically described by the above embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to them. One or more features appearing in the above embodiments may be combined as appropriate. For example, the package exemplified in the eighth embodiment can be housed in the housing cases of the second to seventh embodiments. In this case, the size of the opening of the upper case and the circular member may be appropriately changed. Moreover, what is necessary is just to provide a through-hole in the center of a package, when applying the package illustrated in 8th Embodiment to the storage case of 3rd Embodiment. Further, the positioning members shown in the fifth to seventh embodiments can be applied to the housing case of the fourth embodiment.
In each embodiment, the pocket of the article (tablet) package is positioned during rotation of the article (tablet) package by the circumferential length of the side part of the opening and the positioning member such as a circular member. Only one of the circumferential length and the positioning member such as a circular member can be used to position the pocket when the article (tablet) package is rotated.
The case accommodated in the present invention is suitable for taking out articles such as tablets contained in a package every minute of use, and is convenient for carrying. Occasionally, the article can be stored in such a manner that it can be safely and easily taken out, and it is convenient to carry a medicine such as a tablet, and a package that has been inconvenient to handle and carry. Therefore, the user can be encouraged to take the tablets regularly, thereby contributing to the maintenance of national health.
