Description
本发明涉及一种眼镜的技术领域,尤其涉及一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆的眼镜,与不使用螺丝的组合结构有关。
现有技术中,眼镜的镜腿是直接通过铰链与镜框的两侧连接,鼻托则是通过焊接等方式直接固定在镜框的中梁上。这种眼镜存在下列不足之处:
一、铰链拆装不方便,造成镜框与镜腿组装拆卸很麻烦;
二、镜片完全靠挤压方式组装在镜框中,镜片与镜框拆装不方便;
三、采用焊接固定,造成鼻托与镜框组装麻烦;
四、眼镜拆装不方便,通常产品出厂时已组装完毕,使用性被局限;
五、体积较大,造成运输不便。
本发明人针对眼镜的上述不足,研究开发出一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆的眼镜,本案由此产生。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆的眼镜,使镜框与镜腿组装拆卸方便。
本发明的次要目的在于提供一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆的眼镜,使镜片与镜框拆装也方便。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆的眼镜,使鼻托与镜框组装拆卸方便。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆的眼镜,由镜框、鼻托、连接座和镜腿组成,连接座的后端和镜腿连接在一起,连接座的前端形成卡槽,镜框的两侧向后延伸形成卡钩,镜框借助卡钩与卡槽配合与连接座的前端连接在一起,鼻托组装在镜框在中梁处。
所述镜框分为上半框和下半框,上半框和下半框的两侧断开并分别向后延伸形成卡钩,镜框借助卡钩与卡槽配合与连接座的前端连接在一起。
所述上半框和下半框在中梁处也断开并分别形成卡杆,鼻托形成支座,支座上形成插槽,鼻托借助插槽与卡杆配合连接在镜框上。
所述连接座的后端通过铰链和镜腿连接在一起。
所述连接座的后端通过齿状角板和镜腿连接在一起,两个镜腿上对应安装有可相互吸附的磁铁,借助磁铁的吸附作用使收折的镜腿定位。
采用上述方案后,本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
一、增加连接座,先将连接座与镜腿连接,而镜框与连接座采用插卡连接,使镜框拆装十分方便;
二、将镜框分为上半框和下半框并在两侧断开,使镜片得以轻松组装在镜框中,镜片与镜框拆装更方便;
三、将镜框的上半框和下半框在中梁处也断开,鼻托借助插卡连接在镜框上,使鼻托与镜框组装更方便;
四、眼镜经上述拆分后,可以方便镜框、镜腿和镜片的组装、更换,提高了使用者自行搭配色彩的可能性,使得产品可以依使用者喜爱变换款式,也相对地提高了眼镜的乐趣,使用性更高;
五、眼镜经上述拆分后,可以方便地组装,使得产品出厂时可拆分得体积最小,而在销售时再予组装,方便运输;
六、眼镜经上述拆分,更可在整体结构上完全不使用任何螺丝进行固定,实现了环保的梦想。

如图1至图2所示,是本发明的较佳实施例一。
一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆眼镜,由镜框1、鼻托2、连接座3和镜腿4组成。
连接座3的后端和镜腿4通过铰链5连接在一起,连接座3的前端形成卡槽31。
镜框1的两侧向后延伸形成卡钩11,镜框1借助卡钩11与卡槽31配合与连接座3的前端连接在一起。
鼻托2组装在镜框1在中梁处。
此实施例因为增加连接座3,使镜框1通过连接座3与镜腿4连接,而镜框1与连接座3采用插卡连接,使镜框1拆装十分方便。
如图3至图4所示,是本发明的较佳实施例二。
一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆眼镜,由镜框1、鼻托2、连接座3和镜腿4组成。
连接座3的后端和镜腿4通过铰链5连接在一起,连接座3的前端形成卡槽31。
镜框1分为上半框12和下半框13,上半框12和下半框13的两侧断开并分别向后延伸形成卡钩11,这是此实施例与实施例一的区别。镜框1借助卡钩11与卡槽31配合与连接座3的前端连接在一起。
鼻托2组装在镜框1在中梁处。
此实施例与实施例一相比,因为将镜框1分为上半框12和下半框13并在两侧断开,使镜片得以轻松组装在镜框1中,镜片与镜框1拆装更方便。
如图5至图6所示,是本发明的较佳实施例三。
一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆眼镜,由镜框1、鼻托2、连接座3和镜腿4组成。
连接座3的后端和镜腿4通过铰链5连接在一起,连接座3的前端形成卡槽31。
镜框1分为上半框12和下半框13,上半框12和下半框13的两侧断开并分别向后延伸形成卡钩11,这是此实施例与实施例一的区别,与实施例二相同。上半框12和下半框13在中梁处也断开并分别形成卡杆14,这是此实施例与实施例一和二的区别。
鼻托2形成支座21,支座21上形成插槽22,鼻托2借助插槽22与卡杆14配合连接在镜框1上,这是此实施例与实施例一和二的区别。
此实施例与实施例一相比,因为将镜框1分为上半框12和下半框13并在两侧断开,使镜片得以轻松组装在镜框1中,镜片与镜框1拆装更方便。同时,此实施例与实施例一和二相比,因为将上半框12和下半框13在中梁处也断开,鼻托2借助插卡连接在镜框1上,使鼻托2与镜框1组装更方便。另外,此实施例经上述拆分后,可以方便地组装,使得产品出厂时可拆分得体积最小,而在销售时再予组装,方便运输。
如图7所示,是本发明的较佳实施例四。
此实施例与实施例一、二、三相比,最大的区别在于连接座3的后端通过齿状角板32和镜腿4连接在一起,避免使用螺丝,两个镜腿4上对应安装有可相互吸附的磁铁41,借助磁铁41的吸附作用可使收折的镜腿4定位。至于镜框1、鼻托2、连接座3和镜腿4的结构可为实施例一、二、三中的任意一种形态,本文不做赘述。此实施例的眼镜可在整体结构上完全不使用任何螺丝进行固定,实现了环保的梦想。
以上所述仅为本发明的一个实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1、一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆眼镜,其特征在于:由镜框、鼻托、连接座和镜腿组成,连接座的后端和镜腿连接在一起,连接座的前端形成卡槽,镜框的两侧向后延伸形成卡钩,镜框借助卡钩与卡槽配合与连接座的前端连接在一起,鼻托组装在镜框在中梁处。
2、如权利要求1所述一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜框分为上半框和下半框,上半框和下半框的两侧断开并分别向后延伸形成卡钩,镜框借助卡钩与卡槽配合与连接座的前端连接在一起。
3、如权利要求2所述一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆眼镜,其特征在于:所述上半框和下半框在中梁处也断开并分别形成卡杆,鼻托形成支座,支座上形成插槽,鼻托借助插槽与卡杆配合连接在镜框上。
4、如权利要求1所述一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆眼镜,其特征在于:所述连接座的后端通过铰链和镜腿连接在一起。
5、如权利要求1所述一种镜腿与镜框易装快拆眼镜,其特征在于:所述连接座的后端通过齿状角板和镜腿连接在一起,两个镜腿上对应安装有可相互吸附的磁铁。
