The vibration movement of the vibration motor 6 is transferred to the vibration platform 5 via the coupling frame 18. The coupling frame 18 is supported by the base frame 2 via dampers 19. The dampers 19 are configured and constructed to reduce or eliminate the transfer of vibrations to the base frame 2.
The reel 9 is connected to the base frame 2. This provides more freedom in the design of the vibration device 4 to achieve an optimized vibration movement of the vibration platform 5.
Due to the configuration of the training system 1 , the vibration motor 6 does not have to move the mass of the reel 9 when moving the vibration platform 5 in a vibrating manner. This means that the vibration motor 6 will be subjected to a lower load, which results in a lower wear of the vibration motor 6. This furthermore allows the use of a lighter type of vibration motor 6, which results in a cost saving.
Due to the configuration of the training system 1 , the reel 9 is substantially not moved in a vibrating manner by the vibration motor 6. This results an in a lower wear of the reel 9.
The figures 3 and 4 show an enlarged view of the pre-tensioning device of the training system of figure 1 . In figure 4, the vibration platform is removed to show the pre-tension device in further detail.
The pre-tensioning device 7 comprises a first coupling member guide 13A and a second coupling member guide 13B which are connected to the vibration platform 5 and in contact with the coupling member 10 to transfer the vibration of the vibration platform 5 to the coupling member 10. The first and second coupling member guide 13A-B are connected to the vibration platform 5 via the coupling frame 18.
The pre-tensioning device 7 further comprises a third coupling member guide 13C which is connected to the base frame 2 and in contact with the coupling member 10. The third coupling member guide 13C is in the direction of the coupling member located between the first and second coupling member guide 13A-B.
Each of the coupling member guides 13A-C comprises a roller 20 which is rotatable around a roller axis 21 . The reel 9 is located between the base frame 2 and the vibration platform 5. The vibration platform 5 is configured and constructed to cover the reel 9. The vibration platform 5 is configured and constructed to cover the coupling member guides 13. The vibration platform 5 is configured and constructed to block the access to the reel 9 for the user positioned on the vibration platform 5. The vibration platform 5 is configured and
constructed to block the access to the coupling member guides 13 for the user positioned on the vibration platform 5. The vibration platform 5 comprises an opening 22 through which the coupling member 10 extends.
The training system 1 comprises two pre-tensioning devices 7.
Figure 5 shows an exploded view of the reel of the training system according the invention. The reel 9 comprises a reel housing 23 which defines a space closed by a first housing lid 24 and a second housing lid 25. A reel body 26 on which a the coupling member 10 is reeled is located in the reel housing 23. Also a reel drive 1 1 is located in the reel housing 23. The reel drive 1 1 is configured and constructed to drive the reel 9, more specifically the reel body 26, such that the coupling member 10 is continuously tensioned for transferring the vibration generated by the vibration device 4 to the handling member 8. The reel drive 27 comprises two drive springs 27 and a drive handle 28 to adjust the tension of the drive springs 27 by manually rotating the drive handle 28.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made to the training system, pre-tensioning device, and use thereof according the invention without departing from the scope of the invention.
