The invention relates to a device (1) comprising an image acquisition and processing system for an interactive front panel (10) such as an automatic dispenser of commodities, an interactive window or board. Such a device is arranged in such a way that the image acquisition and processing system filters any shadow cast by a pointer (P) in proximity to the interactive front panel.
