然而, 现有的 MP3、 MP4 等媒体播放器在使用携带的时候并不方便。 为 了解决携带的问题, 有的通过在 MP3、 MP4上安装夹子来解决, 例如: 中国实 用新型专利申请公告说明书中公告号 "CN201449748U" 名称为 "一种夹子" 公 开了一种夹子, 其包括第一夹板、 第二夹板、 枢轴以及弹性装置。 其中, 第一 夹板与第二夹板通过枢轴结合在一起, 并通过弹性装置令第一夹板与第二夹板 之间产生夹紧力。 第二夹板上成型有一与承载体连接的弯折部、 凸缘和安装孔。 然而, 这种由多个零件组成的夹子,在组装的时候,存在多零件的公差配合, 工 序复杂, 组合困难。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此, 须提供一种结构简单, 使用方便的媒体播放器用的夹子。
一种媒体播放器用的夹子, 包括: 媒体播放器外壳, 与所述外壳卡合的连 接部, 上夹片, 以及自由端与所述外壳弹性抵靠的下夹片。 其中, 所述连接部、 上夹片以及下夹片一体成型。 所述夹子通过过定位使下夹片变形回弹后与所述 上夹片咬合。
上述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其中: 所述外壳设置有定位凹槽, 所述连接 部上设置有与所述定位凹槽相配的凸槽; 采用定位凹槽的设计, 有利于固定夹 子, 防止夹子受到正常使用时所产生的力而发生位移和转动。
上述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其中: 所述定位凹槽的数量为 3 个, 分别位 于外壳的两侧和底面。
上述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其中: 所述夹子的变形量是以夹子的长度为 基准。
上述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其中: 所述夹子的变形数值范围为夹子长度 的 1/15 ~ 1/10。
上述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其中: 所述上夹片、 下夹片上分别设置有相 对的凸块; 采用凸块的结构, 有利于夹子夹持物体, 减小滑动。。

本发明的媒体播放器用的夹子, 通过连接部、 上夹片以及下夹片一体成型 的方式, 将多个零件合为一个零件, 同时, 利用过定位使下夹片变形回弹产生 夹紧力与上夹片达到咬合, 实现夹子的夹持功能, 结构筒单, 使用方便, 改善 了非平面类型媒体播放器夹子, 由多个零件组装存在多零件的公差配合, 组装 工序复杂的缺点隐患。

参阅图 1至图 4, 其中, 图 1为本发明媒体播放器用的夹子安装后的结构示 意图; 图 2为图 1 中媒体播放器外壳的结构示意图; 图 3为本发明媒体播放器 用的夹子的立体结构示意图; 图 4为图 3的左视图结构示意图。 该媒体播放器 用的夹子包括媒体播放器外壳 10, 连接部 20, 上夹片 30以及下夹片 40。 其中, 连接部 20与外壳 10卡合连接。 下夹片 40的自由端与外壳 10弹性抵靠, 且, 夹子通过过定位使下夹片 40变形回弹后与上夹片 30咬合。 本发明实施方式中, 连接部 20、 上夹片 30以及下夹片 40—体成型。
如图所示, 媒体播放器外壳 10用于给夹子提供支点, 由面壳和底壳组成。 本发明实施方式中, 面壳和底壳可以分离, 也可以一体成型。 又, 媒体播放器 外壳 10设置有定位凹槽 101 (参阅图 2 ), 而连接部 20上设置有与定位凹槽 101 相配的凸槽 201 (参阅图 3、 图 4 )。 具体实施方式中, 定位凹槽 101的数量为 3 个, 分别位于外壳 10的两侧和底面。 即, 位于面壳的相对两侧和底壳上。 采用 定位凹槽的设计, 有利于固定夹子, 防止夹子受到正常使用时所产生的力而发 生位移和转动。 本发明实施方式中, 底壳给夹子提供支撑, 使固定的夹子产生过 定位, 进而使下夹片 40发生变形回弹, 与上夹片 30咬合。
此外, 上夹片 30、 下夹片 40上分别设置有相对的凸块 401 (参阅图 3 ), 采 用凸块的结构, 有利于夹子夹持物体, 减小滑动。 本发明实施方式中, 上夹片 30、 下夹片 40和连接部 20的材质为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物( Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, ABS )和聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate, PC )合金。 而外壳 10的 材质为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物 (ABS )。 本发明实施方式中, ABS的比重 为 1.05克 /立方厘米, 成型收缩率为 0.4-0.7%, 成型温度为 200-24CTC , 千燥条 件为 80-90°C, 2小时。 而 PC是一种无色透明的无定性热塑性材料。 它具有耐 热, 抗冲击, 阻燃, 在普通使用温度内都有良好的机械性能。 同性能接近聚曱 基丙烯酸甲酯相比, 聚碳酸酯的耐冲击性能好, 折射率高, 加工性能好, 不需 要添加剂就具有 UL94 V-0级阻燃性能。 但是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相对聚碳酸酯价 格较低, 并可通过本体聚合的方法生产大型的器件。 随着聚碳酸酯生产规模的 日益扩大, 聚碳酸酯同聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯之间的价格差异在日益缩小。 本发明 中, PC / ABS合金质量指标参阅下表:

参阅图 5, 当夹子未装配时, 下夹片 40的自由端是 翘起, 而当夹子的 连接部 20与外壳 10卡合连接, 装配到媒体播放器上, 如 MP3时, 该夹子的尺 寸发生变化 (参阅图 1、 图 6 ), 即发生变形, 下夹片 40弹性抵靠到外壳 10上, 通过夹子材料的变形回弹, 获取夹紧力, 与上夹片 30达到咬合的功能。 此处, 夹子的变形量 y (即, 夹子底部跟底壳面的变形量)是以夹子的长度 X (下夹片 40和连接部 20的长度)为基准, 变形值范围为其长度的 1/15 - 1/10。 例如: 夹 子的长度为 33.27mm时, 其变形值范围为 2.21mm ~ 3.33mm, 本发明实施方式 的变形值为 2.86mm。
因此, 本发明媒体播放器用的夹子, 通过连接部、 上夹片以及下夹片一体 成型的方式, 将多个零件合为一个零件, 利用过定位使下夹片变形回弹产生夹 紧力与上夹片达到咬合, 实现夹子的夹持功能, 结构筒单, 使用方便, 改善了 非平面类型媒体播放器夹子, 由多个零件组装存在多零件的公差配合, 组装工 序复杂的缺点隐患。

权利要求
1. 一种媒体播放器用的夹子, 包括: 媒体播放器外壳, 与所述外壳卡合的 连接部, 上夹片, 以及自由端与所述外壳弹性抵靠的下夹片, 其特征在于, 所 述连接部、 上夹片以及下夹片一体成型; 该夹子通过过定位使下夹片变形回弹 后与所述上夹片咬合。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其特征在于, 所述外壳设 置有定位凹槽, 所述连接部上设置有与所述定位凹槽相配的凸槽。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其特征在于, 所述定位凹 槽的数量为 3个, 分别位于外壳的两侧和底面。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其特征在于, 所述夹子的 变形量是以夹子的长度为基准。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其特征在于, 所述夹子的 变形数值范围为夹子长度的 1/15 ~ 1/10。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其特征在于, 所述上夹片、 下夹片上分别设置有相对的凸块。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的媒体播放器用的夹子, 其特征在于, 所述上夹片、 下夹片和连接部的材质为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和聚碳酸酯。
