运营商对集团采购的手机有绝对控制权。他们通常通过SIMLock(简称:卡锁)技术,限制用户在使用设备的时候插入其他运营商的SIM卡。SIM LOCK顾名思义就是在终端上限定某些SIM卡的使用,这种限定是根据运营商的需求来实现的,在保护自身利益的同时,禁止其他运营商的SIM卡(Subscriber IdentityModule,用户身份识别模块)在自己发放的终端上使用,达到限制竞争对手的目的。
双卡双待和多卡多待技术出现后,运营商市场对该技术的有效使用缺乏深入灵活的理解。目前对手机内功能的控制的做法,全部基于标准的3GPP/3GPP2的SIMLock规范,对手机内的一切资源使用采用一刀切的方法;要么所有功能都能被用户使用,要么只开启拨打紧急通话的功能。
另一方面,现有技术的移动终端在由运营商控制的移动市场内,用户有在从一家运营商的服务更换到另一家的时候,想保留部分原电话号码所带功能就不容易实现,给用户造成不便。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种多卡移动终端及其SIM卡数据转存方法,其使用移动终端增加了新功能:在主SIM卡未被锁定,副SIM卡被锁定的情况下,能将副SIM卡中的数据转存储出来,供主SIM卡使用某些数据,为用户提供了方便。

C、当主SIM卡未被锁时,读取副SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码,进入步骤D;

一种多卡移动终端,包括设置在该移动终端内的主SIM卡和副SIM卡,其中,其还包括:
第一读取模块,用于读取主SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码;
第一检测与判断模块,用于检测卡锁条件,将读取到的主SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对,判断主SIM卡是否被锁;
第二读取模块,用于当主SIM卡未被锁时,读取副SIM卡移动国家码和移动网络码;
第二检测与判断模块,用于检测卡锁条件,将读取到的副SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对;判断副SIM卡是否被锁定;
第一提示模块,用于当主SIM卡未被锁,副SIM卡被锁时,提示用户是否从副SIM卡内复制短信数据;
读取与存储模块,用于依次逐条读取副SIM卡内的短信数据;并将该读取的短信数据存入本移动终端的短信功能模块,并标识该短信数据来自副SIM卡。

设置模块,用于在移动终端内预先设置运营商白名单,该运营商白名单包括符合在该移动终端运行且不被卡锁的移动国家码和移动网络码表;
所述的多卡移动终端,其中,其还包括:
检查模块,用于依次逐条检查来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码,是否与主SIM卡内的联系人列表和/或移动终端电话本内的号码相同;
第二提示模块,用于提示用户保存该来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码至本移动终端的电话本;
所述的多卡移动终端,其中,其还包括:
数据读取判断模块,用于判断副SIM卡短信数据是否读取完毕。
本发明所提供的多卡移动终端及其SIM卡数据转存方法,由于采用了在主SIM卡未被锁定,副SIM卡被锁定的情况下,能将副SIM卡中的数据转存储出来,供主SIM卡使用某些数据,通过主SIM卡SIMLOCK(卡锁)副SIM卡,将副SIM卡中的短信数据及发件人数据转存到手机上供主SIM卡使用,本方法的实现有利于满足用户需求,有利于来自异网的新用户在基本不影响使用的条件下完成服务的切换,为用户提供了方便。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种多卡移动终端及其SIM卡数据转存方法,其中,本发明实施例中出现的一些技术关键词解释如下:
SIMlock:移动网络锁,本发明中简称卡锁,用于限制移动通讯设备使用特定运营商的网络;
MCC:Mobile Country Code,移动国家码,MCC的资源由国际电联(ITU)统一分配和管理,唯一识别移动用户所属的国家,共3位,中国为460;
MNC:Mobile Network Code,移动网络码,共2位,用于标识移动用户所属的网络;
EF:Elementary File,SIM卡内数据存储的基本文件;
TP-DA:Transfer Layer Protocol-Destination Address,代表数据传输的目标地址。
TP-OA:Transfer Layer Protocol-Original Address,代表数据传输的原地址。
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的一种多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,首先需要在移动终端内预先设置运营商白名单,该运营商白名单包括符合在该移动终端运行且不被卡锁的移动国家码和移动网络码表。即本发明方法的实现基础是在移动终端如手机内预置运营商白名单,通常由运营商指定的其认可的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码)表。对于不在白名单内的SIM卡,进行相关功能的限制,如不能打电话,发短信,GPRS上网等,或者直接锁死手机。
在具体实施时,本发明方法中需对移动终端做些如下设置:
1、需对多卡移动终端多SIM卡槽的主、副身份进行定义。主SIM卡槽插入符合SIMLock条件的SIM卡,移动终端才能正常运行;如果主SIM卡槽未插入符合条件的SIM卡,即使副SIM卡槽插入了符合条件的SIM卡,设备依然被锁死。
2、设置主SIM卡未被锁定,副SIM卡被锁定。3、本发明中通过禁用不符合要求的SIM卡的一些功能,虽然副SIM卡不符合要求,当本发明能实现,系统底层依然可以读取副SIM卡上的数据如SIM卡电话本和短信息,注意这和用户能读取SIM数据是有本质区别的。
如图1所示,本发明实施例的多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,主要包括步骤:
步骤101、开始,进入102;
步骤102、读取主SIM卡的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码),进入103;其中,该读取主SIM卡的MCC和MNC为读取SIM卡数据的一般行为,在此不再赘述。
步骤103、检测SIMLock(卡锁)条件,将读取到的主SIM卡的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码)与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对。即检测主SIM卡内的MCC和MNC是否在移动终端内预先设置的运营商白名单中的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码)表上。对于不在白名单内的SIM卡,会被锁,会进行相关功能的限制,如不能打电话,发短信,GPRS上网等,或者直接锁死手机。对于在白名单内的SIM卡,则正常运行。然后进入步骤104。
步骤104、判断主SIM卡是否被锁,当是时,进入步骤110;当否时进入步骤105;
步骤041、则执行一般SIMLock(卡锁)操作流程,锁死整个设备,并提示用户输入解锁信息,进入步骤130结束本流程。
步骤105、当主SIM卡未被锁时,读取副SIM卡的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码),进入步骤106。
步骤106、检测SIMLock(卡锁)条件,将读取到的副SIM卡的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码)与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对;即检测副SIM卡内的MCC和MNC是否在移动终端内预先设置的运营商白名单中的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码)表上。对于不在白名单内的SIM卡,会被锁,会进行相关功能的限制,如不能打电话,发短信,GPRS上网等,或者直接锁死手机。对于在白名单内的SIM卡,则正常运行。然后进入步骤107。
步骤107、判断副SIM卡是否被锁定,当否时,则直接进入步骤130结束本流程;当是时,则进入步骤108。
步骤108、提示用户是否从副SIM卡内复制短信数据,并等待用户输入确认,进入步骤109。
步骤109、检测是否接收到用户的确认操作,当接收用户的选择不从副SIM卡内复制短信数据,即选择否,进入步骤130结束本流程;当接收用户的选择从副SIM卡内复制短信数据,则进入步骤120。
步骤120、依次逐条读取副SIM卡内的短信数据;即依次逐条读取副SIM卡内数据存储的基本短信文件。例如依次读取副SIM卡内一条条短信记录,也即SIM卡内的一个个EFsms文件。其中EF为:Elementary File,是SIM卡内数据存储的基本文件,SMS为短信。并进入S121。
步骤121、将上述该读取的短信数据存入本移动终端的短信功能模块,并标识该短信数据来自副SIM卡,进入步骤122。
步骤122、依次逐条检查上述短信来源号码是否在主SIM卡和本机现有电话本内?进入步骤123。
步骤123、依次逐条检查上述来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码,是否已存在主SIM卡内的联系人列表和/或移动终端电话本内?当是时,则直接完成本次短信息读取,并进入步骤125;当否时,则进入步骤124。
譬如,检查该短信发件人号码,即该EFsms内的TP-OA(Original Address)域是否在主SIM卡内的联系人列表和/或移动终端手机电话本内,其中,EFsms 为SIM卡内数据存储的基本短信文件,TP-OA(Original Address)域代表数据传输的原地址(Transfer Layer Protocol-Original Address)。
步骤124、检查上述来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码不存在主SIM卡内的联系人列表和/或移动终端电话本内,则提示用户保存该来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码至本移动终端的电话本。并根据用户选择执行相应后续操作,如保存、修改等,本发明不做赘述。然后转入步骤125
步骤S125、判断副SIM卡短信数据是否读取完毕,当否时,则返回步骤120,当是时,进入步骤130。
步骤130、结束本流程。
由上可见,本发明实施例的一种多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,在主SIM卡未被锁定,副SIM卡被锁定的情况下,能将副SIM卡中的数据转存储出来,供主SIM卡使用某些数据,为用户提供了方便,有利于满足用户需求,以及帮助运营商抢夺客户,帮来自异网的新用户在基本不影响使用的条件下完成服务的切换。
基于上述实施例的多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,本发明实施例还提供了一种多卡移动终端,包括设置在该移动终端内的主SIM卡和副SIM卡,如图2所示,第一实施例多卡移动终端还包括:
设置模块201,用于在移动终端内预先设置运营商白名单,该运营商白名单包括符合在该移动终端运行且不被SIMLock(卡锁)的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码)表;具体如上所述。
第一读取模块210,用于读取主SIM卡的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码);具体如上所述。
第一检测与判断模块220,用于检测SIMLock(卡锁)条件,将读取到的主SIM卡的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码)与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对,判断主SIM卡是否被锁;具体如上所述。
第二读取模块230,用于当主SIM卡未被锁时,读取副SIM卡MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码);具体如上所述。
第二检测与判断模块240,用于检测SIMLock(卡锁)条件,将读取到的副SIM卡的MCC(移动国家码)和MNC(移动网络码)与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对;判断副SIM卡是否被锁定;具体如上所述。
第一提示模块250,用于当主SIM卡未被锁,副SIM卡被锁时,提示用户是否从副SIM卡内复制短信数据;具体如上所述。
读取与存储模块260,用于依次逐条读取副SIM卡内的短信数据;并将该读取的短信数据存入本移动终端的短信功能模块,并标识该短信数据来自副SIM卡,具体如上所述。
进一步地,如图3所示,本发明第二实施例的多卡移动终端,除了包括上述第一实施例的功能模块还,其还包括:
检查模块270,用于依次逐条检查来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码,是否与主SIM卡内的联系人列表和/或移动终端电话本内的号码相同;具体如上所述。
第二提示模块280,用于提示用户保存该来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码至本移动终端的电话本;具体如上所述。
数据读取判断模块290,用于判断副SIM卡短信数据是否读取完毕,具体如上所述。
综上所述,本发明所提供的多卡移动终端及其SIM卡数据转存方法,由于采用了在主SIM卡未被锁定,副SIM卡被锁定的情况下,能将副SIM卡中的数据转存储出来,供主SIM卡使用某些数据,通过主SIM卡SIMLOCK(卡锁)副SIM卡,将副SIM卡中的短信数据及发件人数据转存到手机上供主SIM卡使用,本方法的实现有利于满足用户需求,有利于来自异网的新用户在基本不影响使用的条件下完成服务的切换,为用户提供了方便。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    A、读取主SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码;
    B、检测卡锁条件,将读取到的主SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对,判断主SIM卡是否被锁,当是时,则执行一般卡锁流程,当否时,则进入步骤C;
    C、当主SIM卡未被锁时,读取副SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码,进入步骤D;
    D、检测卡锁条件,将读取到的副SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对;判断副SIM卡是否被锁定,当否时,则直接结束本流程,当是时,则进入步骤E;
    E、提示用户是否从副SIM卡内复制短信数据,当接收用户的选择为否时,则结束本流程,当接收用户的选择为是时,则进入步骤F;
    F、依次逐条读取副SIM卡内的短信数据;并将该读取的短信数据存入本移动终端的短信功能模块,并标识该短信数据来自副SIM卡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A之前还包括步骤:a、在移动终端内预先设置运营商白名单,该运营商白名单包括符合在该移动终端运行且不被卡锁的移动国家码和移动网络码表。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,其特征在于,所述步骤F之后还包括步骤:
    G、依次逐条检查来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码,是否与主SIM卡内的联系人列表和/或移动终端电话本内的号码相同;当是时,则直接完成本次短信息读取,当否时,则进入步骤H;
    H、提示用户保存该来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码至本移动终端的电话本。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,其特征在于,所述步骤H之后还包括步骤:
    I、判断副SIM卡短信数据是否读取完毕,当否时,则返回步骤D,当是时,则结束本流程。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,其特征在于,所述步骤F中的依次逐条读取副SIM卡内的短信记录进一步包括:依次逐条读取副SIM卡内数据存储的基本短信文件。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述多卡移动终端的SIM卡数据转存方法,其特征在于,所述步骤G中的依次逐条检查来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码,是否与主SIM卡内的联系人列表和/或移动终端电话本内的号码相同具体包括:检查来自副SIM卡的基本短信文件内的数据传输的原地址域是否在主SIM卡内的联系人列表和/或手机电话本内。
  7. 一种多卡移动终端,包括设置在该移动终端内的主SIM卡和副SIM卡,其特征在于,其还包括:
    第一读取模块,用于读取主SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码;
    第一检测与判断模块,用于检测卡锁条件,将读取到的主SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对,判断主SIM卡是否被锁;
    第二读取模块,用于当主SIM卡未被锁时,读取副SIM卡移动国家码和移动网络码;
    第二检测与判断模块,用于检测卡锁条件,将读取到的副SIM卡的移动国家码和移动网络码与移动终端内预先设置白名单中的数据进行比对;判断副SIM卡是否被锁定;
    第一提示模块,用于当主SIM卡未被锁,副SIM卡被锁时,提示用户是否从副SIM卡内复制短信数据;
    读取与存储模块,用于依次逐条读取副SIM卡内的短信数据;并将该读取的短信数据存入本移动终端的短信功能模块,并标识该短信数据来自副SIM卡。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多卡移动终端,其特征在于,其还包括:
    设置模块,用于在移动终端内预先设置运营商白名单,该运营商白名单包括符合在该移动终端运行且不被卡锁的移动国家码和移动网络码表。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多卡移动终端,其特征在于,其还包括:
    检查模块,用于依次逐条检查来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码,是否与主SIM卡内的联系人列表和/或移动终端电话本内的号码相同;
    第二提示模块,用于提示用户保存该来自副SIM卡的短信发件人号码至本移动终端的电话本。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多卡移动终端,其特征在于,其还包括:
    数据读取判断模块,用于判断副SIM卡短信数据是否读取完毕。
