Description

一种远程获取锁网信息的方法及终端 技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端锁网技术领域, 尤其涉及一种获取锁网信息的方 法及终端。 背景技术
随着通信市场的竟争越来越激烈, 一些移动运营商为了更好的发展客 户, 有时会进行价格补贴, 以低于成本的价格将移动终端出售给客户, 甚 至免费赠送给客户。 与此同时, 移动运营商则要求这些移动终端只能使用 该移动运营商的网络, 或者只能使用该移动运营商的 SIM卡。 为了满足运 营商的该需求, 目前已经发展出了一套成熟规范的锁网锁卡技术机制。 比 较常用的锁网方法是: 将锁网信息通过下载线直接写到终端。 具体而言, 计算机先生成一个锁网文件, 然后通过下载线将此文件写入到终端的固定 区域。 每次开机时, 终端都会检测此固定区域的锁网信息, 如果有锁网信 息, 就提取出数据与 SIM卡中的锁网信息进行比较, 从而判别此卡是否为 非法卡, 进行确定是否可以使用此 SIM卡从而达到锁网目的。
由上述可知, 现有的技术方案存在以下两个缺点: 一是操作比较麻烦, 需要人工对批量手机进行锁网; 二是维护比较困难, 不便于更新锁网信息, 无形中增加了锁网成本和锁网周期。 为了解决上述技术问题, 发明人发现 了一种远程获取锁网信息的方法及终端, 使得移动终端锁网操作较为方便, 同时也使得锁网信息的更新和维护比较便捷。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的目的在于提供了一种远程获取锁网信息的方法及 终端, 以解决终端锁网操作和更新维护的技术问题。 本发明的技术方案实 现如下:
一种远程获取锁网信息的方法, 包括:
移动终端接收网络侧发送的鉴别信息和加密后的锁网信息;
所述鉴别信息所指示的移动终端接收解析所述锁网信息。
上述方案中, 所述鉴别信息为终端版本号、 终端设备制造商号和终端 国际移动设备身份码 ( International Mobile Equipment Identity, IMEI ) 的任 意组合。
上述方案中, 所述锁网信息为用户身份识别卡中国际移动用户设别码 ( International Mobile Subscriber Identity , IMSI )信息的全部或者一部分。
上述方案中, 移动终端解析所述锁网信息为:
对所述加密的锁网信息进行解密;
将解密后的锁网信息进行存储。
本发明还提供了一种远程获取锁网信息的终端, 包括:
接受装置, 用于接受接收网络侧发送的鉴别信息和加密后的锁网信息; 确定装置, 用于根据所述鉴别信息确定是否解析所述锁网信息; 解密装置, 对所述加密的锁网信息进行解密;
存储装置, 用于存储解密后的锁网信息。
这样, 通过本发明的技术方案, 得以解决移动终端锁网操作和更新维 护的技术问题。 从而使得移动终端锁网操作较为方便, 同时也使得锁网信 息的更新和维护比较便捷。 附图说明

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明。
图 1是本发明远程获取锁网信息的方法流程图, 该方法包括以下步驟: 步驟 1 , 移动终端接收网络侧发送的鉴别信息和加密后的锁网信息。 具体地, 网络侧服务器可以通过广播消息的形式将鉴别信息和加密后 的锁网信息发送给移动终端, 至于发送信息的条件可以由网络侧自行设定, 并无任何限制。鉴别信息可以为终端版本号、终端设备制造商号和终端 IMEI 号的任意组合, 可以是版本号和制造商号的组合, 也可以是版本号和终端 IMEI号的组合, 也可以是制造商号和 IMEI号的组合, 还可以是三者的组 合。 在具体的实现过程中, 可以通过在网络侧的广播消息中添加选择指令 来确定上述组合, 如选择指令为 011 , 即表示选择了制造商号和 IMEI的组 合。 这里需要说明的是, 终端版本号、 终端设备制造商号和 IMEI号这三种 信息都是要预先存储在网络服务器侧和终端侧的, 以便根据选择指令的内 容能灵活地确定鉴别信息的内容。锁网信息为用户身份识别卡中 IMSI号信 息的全部或者一部分,其中比较常用的为 IMSI号中的移动国家号码(MCC, Mobile Country Code )和移动网络号码( MNC, Mobile Network Code )。 网 络侧对锁网信息进行加密可以采用现有技术中的 RSA算法进行加密。
步驟 2, 鉴别信息所指示的移动终端解析锁网信息;
具体地, 移动终端接收到鉴别信息和锁网信息后, 判断鉴别信息和终 端自身的鉴别信息是否一致, 如果一致, 则解析锁网信息; 否则并不做任 何处理。
解析锁网信息的具体过程为: 对加密的锁网信息进行解密, 解密算法 与加密算法相对应; 将解密后的锁网信息进行存储, 即存储到终端安全区 域或者覆盖旧的锁网信息。 这样终端就可以利用锁网信息来进行锁网操作 了, 此后的步驟为现有技术, 这里不再赘述。 图 2是本发明远程获取锁网信息的终端示意图。 该终端包括: 接受装置, 用于接受接收网络侧发送的鉴别信息和加密后的锁网信息; 确定装置, 用于根据鉴别信息确定是否解析锁网信息;
解密装置, 用于在确定需要解析后对加密的锁网信息进行解密; 存储装置, 用于存储解密后的锁网信息。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步驟 可以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者 分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执 行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来 执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模 块或步驟制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特 定的硬件和软件结合。

移动终端接收网络侧发送的鉴别信息和加密后的锁网信息;
所述鉴别信息所指示的移动终端解析所述锁网信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的远程获取锁网信息的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述鉴别信息为终端版本号、 终端设备制造商号和终端国际移动设备身份码
( IMEI ) 号的任意组合。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的获取远程锁网信息的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述锁网信息为用户身份识别卡中国际移动用户设别码(IMSI )号信息的全 部或者一部分。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的远程获取锁网信息的方法, 其特征 在于, 解析所述锁网信息为:
对所述加密的锁网信息进行解密;
将解密后的锁网信息进行存储。
5、 一种远程获取锁网信息的终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接受装置, 用于接受接收网络侧发送的鉴别信息和加密后的锁网信息; 确定装置, 用于根据所述鉴别信息确定是否解析所述锁网信息; 解密装置, 用于在确定需要解析后对所述加密的锁网信息进行解密; 存储装置, 用于存储解密后的锁网信息。
