Abstract

The invention relates to spin fishing devices and can be used for casting a lure (a wobbler, spoon lure or suspender) over a considerable distance in the casting direction, as well as for sinking the lure in the water column and lowering it to the bottom. A weight is suspended on a hook of the lure by U-shaped resilient member, the ends of which are joined together by a fastening means made from a water-soluble material, wherein the density of the weight is greater than the density of water. The invention makes it possible to increase the overall weight of fishing tackle in the air, thereby increasing the casting distance of the tackle, ensure that floating and diving lures alike sink rapidly or are lowered to the bottom, and prevent the weight from being lost in the air, thus increasing fishing efficiency.
