Abstract

본 발명은 질소 냉장고에 사용되는 식품 저장용기에 관한 것으로서, 산소에 의한 식품의 산화 및 변질을 방지하기 위한 질소냉장고에서 식품을 내부에 보관하되 질소를 효과적으로 투입하면서 내부의 산소를 포함하는 공기를 용이하게 배출할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.
