Abstract
Kit for preparing gastronomic menus or the like, characterized in that it comprises at least one portable container, such as a case or the like, a plurality of ingredients for preparing gastronomic menus which are intended to be held into said case or the like, by providing instructions accessible to the consumer purchasing the case which are intended to allow the menu to be prepared by using the ingredients held into the case or the like, it being made, in an easy and rapid manner by the consumer himself/herself.
Description
KIT FOR PREPARING GASTRONOMIC MENUS OR THE LIKE, IN AN EASY AND RAPID MANNER, BY THE CONSUMER HIMSELF/HERSELF.
The present invention relates to a kit for preparing gastronomic menus or the like, by the consumer himself/herself .
The aim of the invention is to allow a consumer, even with completely no experience of cooking, to prepare, in an easy and rapid manner, a gastronomic menu, by using the ingredients provided into a container or case according to the invention, which is purchased in advance, avoiding him/her to go finding, at the several suppliers, all the various ingredients composing the selected gastronomic menu and really minimizing the use of few components (not necessary anyway) that are easily available in his/her own home for accomplishing the menu.
This aim is achieved, according to the invention, by providing a kit for preparing gastronomic menus or the like, characterized in that it comprises at least one portable container, such as a case or the like, a plurality of ingredients for preparing gastronomic menus intended to be held into said case or the like, by providing instructions accessible to the consumer purchasing the case which are intended to allow the menu to be prepared by using the ingredients held into the case or the like, in an easy and rapid manner by the consumer himself/herself .
The inventive concept at the base of the invention is the possibility for the consumer to prepare in an easy and rapid manner a menu, all the ingredients being at his/her disposal into a single container.
In addition the instructions facilitate the assembly of the ingredients, and guide the purchaser in preparing the meals as well by specifying rules, cooking time, the matching of the several ingredients, the sequence for serving the different courses, that have to be followed in order to achieve a perfectly made proper menu.
Thus one of the main advantages of the present invention really is the fact of providing a kit whose components are sufficient to prepare gastronomic menus.
A variant embodiment provides the amount of alcoholic beverages provided inside the case to be such not to overcome the blood alchol content provided by law provisions, on the basis of the amounts of food provided into the case that the purchaser and/or consumer can eat.
These and other features of the invention and advantages deriving therefrom will be more clear from a preferred embodiment among the advantageous and several embodiments of the invention, which is shown by way of example, therefore it is not limitative, in the annexed tables wherein:
fig.l is a perspective view of a case, it being a part of the kit according to an embodiment of the invention, in the open condition and still without the ingredients for preparing gastronomic menus
fig.2 is a perspective view of the box-like part of the case intended to hold said ingredients;
fig.3 is a front view of the case of fig.l, showing a DVD with instructions for preparing gastronomic menus, it being a part of the kit according to one embodiment of the invention;
fig.4 is a perspective view of the same case, shown with the several ingredients of the selected gastronomic menu.
With reference to the shown embodiment, the kit comprises a portable container being shaped like a case 10, with an openable cover 11 and a holding box-like part 12 having a plurality of compartments 13, within which the several ingredients I (food) and I' (beverages) enclosed into the respective wrappings and/or containers are housable.
The case 10 can be provided as openable and closable, in any suitable manner, on at least one side and in the shown embodiment the cover 11 is openable at the front and it is closable remaining in the closed position by the side flanges of the edge of the cover 11 penetrating into the sides of the case 10, but any other different means suitable for this purpose can be provided according to variant embodiments not shown.
In the shown embodiment, the case 10 has a parallelpiped shape, but it can be provided in other different shapes and arrangements, for instance cubic, cylindrical, etc., made of any suitable material, for example cardboard, plastic, wood, etc., of any color or combinations of different colors, showing any
inscriptions, and/or words and/or pictures.
The case 10 can be provided or not with cutouts 14 of any shape, number and arrangement, preferably at the several ingredients.
According to one embodiment the several constituent ingredients (food and beverages) are packed enclosed into the respective wrappings and/or containers.
According to not shown embodiments, the case 10 or the like can be provided as made of transparent material, such to make the several ingredients I and I' held into the case 10 completely visible to the outside .
Said case 10 has means for the transport by hand, which can be one or more handles, hidden or not, and as regards the shown embodiment they are the hidden handle 15.
According to a further embodiment not shown the portable container can be provided also with a bag shape, made of transparent material or not.
The constituent ingredients comprising both the components I (pasta, biscuits, dressings, sauces, creams, etc..) for preparing gastronomic menus I' to be matched with prepared dishes, can be provided as a wide type range such to allow different gastronomic menus to be prepared, such that various needs and tastes of the consumer can be met, such to allow dishes even according to local, regional and national gastronomic traditions to be prepared.
The kit according to the invention can be provided
in different type versions intended to meet the several use needs, by providing the case 10 in different variants, with reference to the constituent ingredients I and I' , which are intended not only to allow a complete gastronomic menu (starter, first course, second course, dessert) to be prepared with or without beverages I' , but also the single service variants (single courses) to be prepared, according to embodiments not shown, for example only sweet food, only savoury food, only first course, only second course, only starter, only dessert, with or without beverages I' etc... such that any use needs, even contingent ones, can be met, by changing in compliance therewith the shape of the container and the number and type of the relevant constituent ingredients I (food) and I' (beverages) of the container itself.
Instructions intended to allow menus to be prepared by using the constituent ingredients I and I' held into the case 10 or the like, accessible to the consumer purchasing said case 10, namely, for example, cooking time, sequence of preparing steps, other various teachings about how preparing the several dishes, including starters, sauces, dressings, desserts etc.. and the matching of wines or other beverages etc., can be provided in the digital format (for example a CD, DVD, etc..) , or on an magnetic storage media written and readable in any computer language (videocassettes , etc..) or they can be simply provided even on paper media, by providing if necessary for all these instructions (audio visual or paper type)
suitable seats or compartments on or in the container 10, or they can be printed and shown into or outside the portable container 10.
According to one embodiment the instructions can be provided as made according to any combination of said solutions (digital format and/or magnetic storage medium and/or paper medium and/or printed into and/or outside the container) .
As regards the shown embodiment said instructions are a DVD denoted by 16 that can be housed into a suitable support 17 into a compartment 13 of the case 10.
From what described above it is clear that the invention is not limited to the embodiment just described and shown only by way of non limitative example, but it comprises also designs with the same utility by using the same inventive concept.
Therefore it is understood that the invention can be changed and modified, as a whole or as regards individual details, depending on specific needs and on manufacturing and use conditions, within the technical and functional equivalents all this without departing from the inventive concept described above and claimed below.
Claims
1. Kit for preparing gastronomic menus or the like, characterized in that it comprises at least one portable container, such as a case or the like (10) , a plurality of ingredients (I, I') for preparing gastronomic menus which are intended to be held into said case (10) or the like, by providing instructions accessible to the consumer purchasing the case which are intended to allow the menu to be prepared by using the ingredients (I, I') held into the case (10) or the like, it being made, in an easy and rapid manner by the consumer himself/herself .
2. Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the several constituent ingredients (food and beverages) are packed enclosed into the respective wrappings and/or containers.
3. Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the several constituent inrredients are provided housable into respective compartments (13) obtained into said case (10) of the like.
4. Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the portable container, such as a case or the like (10) , can be provided in a box-like arrangement openable or closable, in any suitable manner, at least at one side.

Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the portable container, such as a case (10) or the like, can be provided in any shape or arrangement, for example parallelpiped, cubic, cylindrical, etc., made of any suitable material, for example cardboard, plastic, wood, etc., of any color or combinations of different colors showing any inscriptions, and/or words and/or pictures.
6. Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the portable container, such as a case (10) or the like, can be provided or not with cutouts (14) of any shape, number and arrangement, preferably at the several ingredients.

Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the portable container, such as a case (10) or the like, can be provided according to one embodiment as made of transparent material, such to make the several ingredients held into the case completely visible to the outside.
8. Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the portable container, such as a case (10) or the like, has grasping means for the transport by hand.
9. Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to claim 8, characterized in that the grasping means for the transport by hand of the portable container, such as the case (10) or the like, can be one or more handle (15), hidden or not.
10. Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that according to one embodiment, the portable container can be provided also with a bag shape, made of transparent material or not.

Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the constituent ingredients (food and beverages) can be provided as a wide type range such to allow different gastronomic menus to be prepared, such that various needs and tastes of the consumer can be met, such to allow dishes even according to local, regional and national gastronomic traditions to be prepared.

Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it can be provided in different type versions intended to meet the several use needs, by providing the case (10) in different variants, with reference to the constituent ingredients (I, I' ) , which are intended not only to allow a complete gastronomic menu (starter, first course, second course, dessert) to be prepared with or without beverages I' , but also the single service variants (single courses) to be prepared, for example only sweet food, only savoury food, only first course, only second course, only starter, only dessert, with or without beverages I' etc... such that any use needs , even contingent ones , can be met, by changing in compliance therewith the shape of the container (10) and the number and type of the relevant constituent ingredients (I, I') (food and beverages) of the container itself.

Kit for preparing gastronomic menus according to any one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that instructions, accessible to the consumer purchasing said case (10) , intended to allow menus to be prepared by using the constituent ingredients held into the case or the like (cooking time for food, sequence of preparing steps, other various teachings about how preparing the several dishes, including starters, sauces, dressings, desserts etc.. and the matching of wines or other beverages etc..) can be provided in the digital format (for example a CD, DVD, etc..) , or on any magnetic storage media written and readable in any computer language (videocassettes , etc..) or they can be simply provided even on paper media, by providing if necessary for all these instructions (audio visual or paper type) suitable seats or compartments on or in the container (10) , or they can be printed and shown into or outside the portable container (10) or they can be provided according to any combination of said solutions (digital format and/or magnetic storage medium and/or paper medium and/or printed into and/or outside the container) .
14. Kit for preparing gastronomic menus or the like, in an easy and rapid manner, by the consumer himself/herself, completely or partially stibstantially as described and for the above purposes.
