Abstract
La présente invention appartient au domaine de la thérapie par rayonnements. En particulier, l'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de thérapie guidée par imagerie, notamment de radiothérapie. Selon l'invention, l'appareil thérapeutique et le dispositif d'enregistrement d'images sont suivis et des données de position relative de l'appareil thérapeutique par rapport au dispositif d'enregistrement d'images sont déterminées. Les données de position du patient relatives à l'anatomie dudit patient sont extraites et une image tridimensionnelle de référence du patient est créée. En outre, des images dudit appareil thérapeutique sont enregistrées en continu à l'aide d'un dispositif d'enregistrement d'images. L'image tridimensionnelle de référence est superposée aux images enregistrées et celles-ci sont affichées, une assistance étant apportée à un utilisateur lors du positionnement d'un patient par rapport audit appareil thérapeutique pour la session de traitement.
