进一步地, 对于后者, 本步骤之前还可以进一步包括 DHCP服务器获取 业务发放系统的标识信息的步骤。 具体地, DHCP服务器可以根据后台管理 系统下发的配置信息, 获取业务发放系统的标识信息; 或者还可以是根据管 理员输入的配置信息, 获取业务发放系统的标识信息。
步骤 103、上述机顶盒根据上述业务发放系统的标识信息,向上述业务发 放系统发送业务发放请求消息, 上述业务发放请求消息中包含上述机顶盒端 口信息;

步骤 105、上述机顶盒利用上述用户账户信息,进行与上述业务标识信息 对应的业务。
其中,上述步骤 103中机顶盒向业务发放系统发送的业务发放请求消息中 还可以进一步包含该机顶盒的标识信息, 例如: 机顶盒标识(STB ID )或媒 体访问控制 (Media Access Control, 简称 MAC )地址等, 以使上述业务发 放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用户账户信息的对应关系, 建立上述机顶盒的 标识信息与用户账户信息的对应关系, 以供后续进行管理与维护。
本实施例中, 通过机顶盒根据获取的业务发放系统的标识信息, 向业务 发放系统发送包含从家庭网关获取的该机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息的业务 发放请求消息, 使得机顶盒获取上述业务发放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用 户账户信息、 业务标识信息的对应关系发送的与上述机顶盒端口信息对应的 用户账户信息和业务标识信息,从而使得机顶盒能够利用上述用户账户信息, 进行与上述业务标识信息对应的业务, 能够避免现有技术中由于需要预先将 机顶盒与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息进行关联而导致的增加了信息关联的 难度和复杂度的问题。 采用本实施例提供的业务处理方法, 无需预先将机顶 盒与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息进行关联, 降低了信息关联的难度和复杂 度, 从而提高了业务处理效率。
图 2为本发明实施例二提供的业务处理方法的流程示意图,本实施例为上 一实施例的具体实施例, 如图 2所示, 本实施例的业务处理方法可以包括以下 步骤:
步骤 201、 家庭网关向接入设备发送 IP地址请求消息;
步骤 202、接入设备将家庭网关下的机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息添加在 上述 IP地址请求消息中, 并向 DHCP服务器发送;
步骤 203、 DHCP服务器对上述机顶盒端口信息进行验证;
具体地, DHCP服务器可以判断自身是否存储有上述机顶盒端口信息, 如果有, 则验证通过, 说明该机顶盒端口信息合法; 否则, 则验证未通过, 说明该机顶盒端口信息不合法。
如果 DHCP服务器通过步骤 202获取的 IP地址请求消息中未包含上述机 顶盒端口信息, DHCP服务器则拒绝为家庭网关分配 IP地址, 并向家庭网关 发送 IP地址响应消息, 该 IP地址响应消息中包含拒绝原因。
步骤 204、 DHCP服务器通过步骤 203对上述机顶盒端口信息进行验证通 过之后, 向家庭网关发送 IP地址响应消息, 该 IP地址响应消息中包含上述机 顶盒端口信息、 为家庭网关分配的 I P地址和预先配置的业务发放系统的标识 信息;
如果 DHCP服务器通过步骤 203对上述机顶盒端口信息进行验证未通过 之后 , 向家庭网关发送 IP地址响应消息 , 该 IP地址响应消息中包含拒绝原因。 步骤 205、 机顶盒向家庭网关发送 IP地址请求消息;
步骤 206、 家庭网关向机顶盒发送 IP地址响应消息, 该 IP地址响应消息中 包含获取的上述机顶盒端口信息、 为机顶盒分配的 IP地址和获取的上述业务 发放系统的标识信息;
步骤 207、机顶盒根据上述业务发放系统的标识信息,向业务发放系统发 送业务发放请求消息, 该业务发放请求消息中包含上述机顶盒端口信息; 可选地, 机顶盒向业务发放系统发送的业务发放请求消息中还可以进一 步包含该机顶盒的标识信息, 例如: STB ID或 MAC地址等。
步骤 208、业务发放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用户账户信息、业务标识 信息的对应关系, 向机顶盒发送与上机顶盒端口信息对应的用户账户信息和 业务标识信息;
可选地,如果通过步骤 207接收到的业务发放请求消息中包含机顶盒的标 识信息, 那么本步骤中的业务发放系统还可以进一步根据机顶盒端口信息与 用户账户信息的对应关系, 建立上述机顶盒的标识信息与用户账户信息的对 应关系。
步骤 209、机顶盒利用获取的上述用户账户信息,进行与获取的上述业务 标识信息对应的业务。
本实施例中, 通过机顶盒根据获取的业务发放系统的标识信息, 向业务 发放系统发送包含从家庭网关获取的该机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息的业务 发放请求消息, 使得机顶盒获取上述业务发放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用 户账户信息、 业务标识信息的对应关系发送的与上述机顶盒端口信息对应的 用户账户信息和业务标识信息,从而使得机顶盒能够利用上述用户账户信息, 进行与上述业务标识信息对应的业务, 能够避免现有技术中由于需要预先将 机顶盒与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息进行关联而导致的增加了信息关联的 难度和复杂度的问题。 采用本实施例提供的业务处理方法, 无需预先将机顶 盒与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息进行关联, 使得降低了信息关联的难度和 复杂度, 从而提高了业务处理效率。
需要说明的是: 对于前述的各方法实施例, 为了简单描述, 故将其都表 述为一系列的动作组合, 但是本领域技术人员应该知悉, 本发明并不受所描 述的动作顺序的限制, 因为依据本发明, 某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同 时进行。 其次, 本领域技术人员也应该知悉, 说明书中所描述的实施例均属 于优选实施例, 所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中, 对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重, 某个实施例中没有 详述的部分, 可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
图 3为本发明实施例三提供的机顶盒的结构示意图, 如图 3所示, 本实施 例的机顶盒可以包括第一获取模块 31、 第二获取模块 32、 业务请求模块 33、 第三获耳 莫块 34和业务处理模块 35。 其中, 第一获 莫块 31用于从家庭网关 获取该机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息; 第二获取模块 32用于获取业务发放系 统的标识信息; 业务请求模块 33用于根据第二获取模块 32获取的上述业务发 放系统的标识信息, 向上述业务发放系统发送业务发放请求消息, 上述业务 发放请求消息中包含第一获取模块 31获取的上述机顶盒端口信息; 第三获取 模块 34用于获取上述业务发放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用户账户信息、 业 务标识信息的对应关系发送的与上述机顶盒端口信息对应的用户账户信息和 业务标识信息; 业务处理模块 35用于利用第三获取模块 34获取的上述用户账 户信息, 进行与第三获取模块 34获取的上述业务标识信息对应的业务。
上述本发明实施例一、 二中机顶盒的功能均可以由本发明实施例提供的 机顶盒实现。
具体地, 本实施例中的第一获耳 莫块 31具体可以向上述家庭网关发送 IP 地址请求消息, 接收上述家庭网关发送的从 DHCP服务器获取的上述机顶盒 端口信息和为机顶盒分配的 I P地址。
具体地, 本实施例中的第二获耳 莫块 32具体可以从自身的配置信息中获 取业务发放系统的标识信息, 或者还可以接收上述家庭网关发送的从 DHCP 服务器获取的业务发放系统的标识信息。
本实施例中, 机顶盒通过业务请求模块根据第二获取模块获取的业务发 放系统的标识信息, 向业务发放系统发送包含第一获耳 莫块从家庭网关获取 的该机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息的业务发放请求消息, 使得第三获取模块 获取上述业务发放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息 的对应关系发送的与上述机顶盒端口信息对应的用户账户信息和业务标识信 息,从而使得业务处理模块能够利用第三获取模块获取的上述用户账户信息, 进行与第三获取模块获取的上述业务标识信息对应的业务, 能够避免现有技 术中由于需要预先将机顶盒与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息进行关联而导致 的增加了信息关联的难度和复杂度的问题。 采用本实施例提供的机顶盒, 无 需预先将机顶盒与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息进行关联, 使得降低了信息 关联的难度和复杂度, 从而提高了业务处理效率。
图 4为本发明实施例四提供的业务处理系统的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例的业务处理系统可以包括机顶盒 41、 家庭网关 42、 DHCP服务器 43 和业务发放系统 44。 其中:
机顶盒 41用于从家庭网关 42获取机顶盒 41对应的机顶盒端口信息, 获取 业务发放系统的标识信息, 根据上述业务发放系统的标识信息, 向业务发放 系统 44发送业务发放请求消息, 上述业务发放请求消息中包含上述机顶盒端 口信息, 获取业务发放系统 44根据机顶盒端口信息与用户账户信息、 业务标 识信息的对应关系发送的与上述机顶盒端口信息对应的用户账户信息和业务 标识信息, 以及利用上述用户账户信息, 进行与上述业务标识信息对应的业 务;
家庭网关 42用于从 DHCP服务器 43获取机顶盒 41对应的机顶盒端口信 自 ·
业务发放系统 44用于接收上述机顶盒发送的上述业务发放请求消息, 根 据机顶盒端口信息与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息的对应关系, 向上述机顶 盒发送与上述机顶盒端口信息对应的用户账户信息和业务标识信息。
上述本发明实施例一、 二中的机顶盒的功能均可以由本发明实施例提供 的业务处理系统中的机顶盒 41实现。
具体地, 本实施例中的家庭网关 42具体可以通过接入设备向 DHCP服 务器 43发送 IP地址请求消息,上述接入设备在上述 IP地址请求消息中添加 上述机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息, 接收 DHCP服务器 43在对上述机顶盒 端口信息进行验证通过之后发送的上述机顶盒端口信息和为上述家庭网关分 配的 IP地址。
进一步地, 本实施例中的业务发放系统 44还可以进一步建立上述机顶盒 端口信息与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息的对应关系。
进一步地, 机顶盒 41向业务发放系统 44发送的上述业务发放请求消息中 还可以进一步包含机顶盒的标识信息; 相应地, 业务发放系统 44还可以进一 步建立上述机顶盒的标识信息与用户账户信息的对应关系。
本实施例中, 通过机顶盒根据获取的业务发放系统的标识信息, 向业务 发放系统发送包含从家庭网关获取的该机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息的业务 发放请求消息, 使得机顶盒获取上述业务发放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用 户账户信息、 业务标识信息的对应关系发送的与上述机顶盒端口信息对应的 用户账户信息和业务标识信息,从而使得机顶盒能够利用上述用户账户信息, 进行与上述业务标识信息对应的业务, 能够避免现有技术中由于需要预先将 机顶盒与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息进行关联而导致的增加了信息关联的 难度和复杂度的问题。 采用本实施例提供的业务处理方法, 无需预先将机顶 盒与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息进行关联, 使得降低了信息关联的难度和 复杂度, 从而提高了业务处理效率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 质。 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种业务处理方法, 包括:
机顶盒从家庭网关获取机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息;
所述机顶盒获取业务发放系统的标识信息;
所述机顶盒根据所述业务发放系统的标识信息, 向所述业务发放系统发 送业务发放请求消息, 所述业务发放请求消息中包含所述机顶盒端口信息; 所述机顶盒获取所述业务发放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用户账户信 息、 业务标识信息的对应关系发送的与所述机顶盒端口信息对应的用户账户 信息和业务标识信息;
所述机顶盒利用所述用户账户信息, 进行与所述业务标识信息对应的业 务。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述方法还包括:
所述家庭网关从 DHCP服务器获取该机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 所述家庭网关从 DHCP服务器获取该机 顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息, 包括:
所述家庭网关通过接入设备向所述 DHCP服务器发送 IP地址请求消息, 所述接入设备在所述 IP地址请求消息中添加所述机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信 自 ·
所述家庭网关接收所述 DHCP服务器在对所述端口信息进行验证通过之 后发送的所述机顶盒端口信息和为所述家庭网关分配的 IP地址。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述机顶盒从家庭网关获取机顶盒对应 的机顶盒端口信息, 包括:
所述机顶盒向所述家庭网关发送 IP地址请求消息;
所述机顶盒接收所述家庭网关发送的从 DHCP服务器获取的所述机顶盒 端口信息和为所述机顶盒分配的 I P地址。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述机顶盒获取业务发放系统的标识信 息, 包括:
所述机顶盒从自身的配置信息中获取业务发放系统的标识信息; 或者 所述机顶盒接收所述家庭网关发送的从所述 DHCP服务器获取的业务发 放系统的标识信息。
6、根据权利要求 1至 5任一权利要求所述的方法,所述业务发放请求消息 中还包含所述机顶盒的标识信息, 以使所述业务发放系统建立所述机顶盒的 标识信息与用户账户信息的对应关系。
7、 一种机顶盒, 包括:
第一获取模块, 用于从家庭网关获取该机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息; 第二获耳 莫块, 用于获取业务发放系统的标识信息;
业务请求模块, 用于根据所述业务发放系统的标识信息, 向所述业务发 放系统发送业务发放请求消息, 所述业务发放请求消息中包含所述机顶盒端 口信息;
第三获取模块, 用于获取所述业务发放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用户 账户信息、 业务标识信息的对应关系发送的与所述机顶盒端口信息对应的用 户账户信息和业务标识信息;
业务处理模块, 用于利用所述用户账户信息, 进行与所述业务标识信息 对应的业务。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的机顶盒, 所述第一获取模块具体用于: 向所述家庭网关发送 IP地址请求消息, 接收所述家庭网关发送的从
DHCP服务器获取的所述机顶盒端口信息和为所述机顶盒分配的 IP地址。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的机顶盒, 所述第二获取模块具体用于: 从自身的配置信息中获取业务发放系统的标识信息; 或者
接收所述家庭网关发送的从 DHCP服务器获取的业务发放系统的标识信 自
10、 一种业务处理系统, 包括机顶盒、 家庭网关、 DHCP服务器和业务 发放系统, 其中:
所述机顶盒用于从所述家庭网关获取该机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息, 获取业务发放系统的标识信息, 根据所述业务发放系统的标识信息, 向所述 业务发放系统发送业务发放请求消息, 所述业务发放请求消息中包含所述机 顶盒端口信息;获取所述业务发放系统根据机顶盒端口信息与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息的对应关系发送的与所述机顶盒端口信息对应的用户账户信息 和业务标识信息, 利用所述用户账户信息, 进行与所述业务标识信息对应的 业务;
所述家庭网关用于从所述 DHCP服务器获取所述机顶盒对应的机顶盒端 口信息;
所述业务发放系统用于接收所述机顶盒发送的所述业务发放请求消息, 根据机顶盒端口信息与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息的对应关系, 向所述机 顶盒发送与所述机顶盒端口信息对应的用户账户信息和业务标识信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 所述家庭网关具体用于:
通过接入设备向所述 DHCP服务器发送 IP地址请求消息, 所述接入设备 在所述 IP地址请求消息中添加所述机顶盒对应的机顶盒端口信息, 接收所述
DHCP服务器在对所述机顶盒端口信息进行验证通过之后发送的所述机顶盒 端口信息和为所述家庭网关分配的 IP地址。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 所述业务发放系统还用于建立所述机 顶盒端口信息与用户账户信息、 业务标识信息的对应关系。
13、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的系统, 所述业务发放请求消息中还包 含所述机顶盒的标识信息; 所述业务发放系统还用于建立所述机顶盒的标识 信息与用户账户信息的对应关系。
