Abstract
An apparatus for sensing media density within a pipeline includes a main body having a flexible hose suspended therein, the main body is removably connected to a delivery pipe and a discharge pipe in series, in order to allow media to flow through the flexible hose. A sensor positioned within the main body determines a deflection of the hose and calculates the density of the media positioned within the hose.
