技术领域
本发明属于电力信息采集领域,具体涉及一种基于 SCDMA宽带无线专网 技术的电力信息采集网。
背景技术
电力信息采集的准确、完整与及时是实现需求侧管理以及经营损益精细化 分析的基础与保证。 目前实现电力信息采集涉及低压电力线载波技术、 230M 无线微波技术、 无线公网技术、 PSTN以及光纤网技术。 综观这些技术, 存在 如下的缺陷:
1.低压电力线载波技术受配电网谐波干扰较大,通信速率低、信号衰减大, 采集很不稳定。
2.采用无线公网技术容易出现通信拥堵、信号无法覆盖以及随着装置数量 的快速增长费用也快速增长的问题。
3.无线微波技术采用 "一点多址"的通信方式, 该通信方式只能采用轮询方 式查询数据, 一对多数量在实际使用上受限制, 同时数传电台建设受城市建设 影响大, 建设好的数传网络很可能被城市中新增的高大建筑所阻挡,楼群对电 波的反射、 折射有着很大的影响, 而且天线会受大风影响, 导致传输中断等。
4.如果大量使用光纤, 虽然光纤速率高、 稳定, 但是光纤存在敷设通道受 限、 敷设与维护成本较高的因素。 而且光电转换器(光 MODEM )用在户夕卜, 受环境影响大, 故障率高。
5.公共电话网 (PSTN)存在误码率高、 易受雷击以及传输不稳等现象。
上述通信方式无法为地域宽广的电能信息数据采集任务提供稳定、可靠以 及经济的通信支撑, 因此无法做到实现电能信息完整、 准确、 及时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种经济、可靠、稳定的基于 SCDMA宽带无线专网 技术的电力信息采集网。 为实现上述目的, 本发明采用了以下技术方案: 本系统包括第一基站和第 二基站,所述第一基站和第二基站分别与其覆盖区域内的各类宽带无线用户终 端无线通信,将无线用户终端的业务信息接入到第一基站和第二基站, 所述第 一基站和第二基站分别与业务接入控制器相连,业务接入控制器与主控中心的 管理终端相连, 业务接入控制器对第一基站和第二基站进行管理控制, 以满足 用户终端的本区通信、跨区通信, 第一基站和第二基站通过业务接入控制器与 管理终端进行数据通信。
由上述技术方案可知,宽带无线专网技术能够大大提高现有配电网电力信 息采集的通信可靠性,传输速率可以满足电能信息采集的需求, 可以节省大量 的通信费用。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 本系统包括第一基站 2和第二基站 3 , 所述第一基站 2和第 二基站 3 分别与其覆盖区域内的各类宽带无线用户终端 1无线通信, 将无线 用户终端 1的业务信息接入到第一基站 2和第二基站 3 , 所述第一基站 2和第 二基站 3分别与业务接入控制器 4相连,业务接入控制器 4与主控中心的管理 终端 5相连, 业务接入控制器 4对第一基站 2和第二基站 3进行管理控制, 以 满足用户终端 1的本区通信、跨区通信, 第一基站 2和第二基站 3通过业务接 入控制器 4与管理终端 5进行数据通信。
各个无线用户终端 1在各自的数据基站所属区域内实施语音、 数据通信, 在不同数据基站系统之间实现跨区漫游语音数据通信;业务接入控制器 4通过 该网络电路, 与电力内部传输网互联,将业务接入控制器 4的设备运行信息传 输到主控中心, 从而实现主控中心对数据基站、 业务接入控制器 4的运行、 管 理、 维护、 控制。 宽带无线专网技术能够大大提高现有配电网电力信息采集的通信可靠性, 同时使传输速率由几百个 bit、 几千 bit, 提高到 64k-1.6Mbs, 可以满足电能信 息采集的需求, 节省了大量的通信费用。
由于该方案带宽高、 覆盖范围广, 同时又是专用网, 因此使过去电力信息 采集涉及的地域宽广造成的通信困难的问题不再存在,将大幅提高电能信息采 集的覆盖面, 完整的电能信息数据无疑为全面进行经营损益分析提供了可能。

1、一种基于 SCDMA宽带无线专网技术的电力信息采集网,其特征在于: 本系统包括第一基站 (2)和第二基站 (3), 所述第一基站 (2)和第二基站 (3)分别与 其覆盖区域内的各类宽带无线用户终端 (1)无线通信, 将无线用户终端 (1)的业 务信息接入到第一基站 (2)和第二基站 (3) , 所述第一基站 (2)和第二基站 (3)分别 与业务接入控制器 (4)相连,业务接入控制器 (4)与主控中心的管理终端 (5)相连, 业务接入控制器 (4)对第一基站 (2)和第二基站 (3)进行管理控制, 以满足用户终 端 (1)的本区通信、 跨区通信, 第一基站 (2)和第二基站 (3)通过业务接入控制器 (4)与管理终端 (5)进行数据通信。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的基于 SCDMA宽带无线专网技术的电力信息采 集网, 其特征在于: 所述的管理终端 (5)包括集抄系统、 负荷管理系统、 配变 监测系统、 关口表采集系统。
