Abstract

The present invention relates to a novel 1-cystein peroxiredoxin promoter derived from Oryza sativa L., to a recombinant vector comprising the promoter, and to a transgenic plant using the recombinant vector. The 1-cystein peroxiredoxin promoter according to the present invention may express high amounts of a target protein in cultured cells derived from a pseudo-embryo, an aleurone layer, and an embryo, and thus may be effectively used in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields.
