根据现有技术, 接收 MBMS业务的用户设备 ( UE, 或称终端)可以处 于两种状态之一, 一种为 RRC ( Radio Resources Control, 无线资源控制)连 接态 ( RRC— CONNECTED , 简称为连接态) , 另一种为 RRC 空闲态 ( RRC— IDLE, 简称为空闲态) 。 根据 UE是否与网络侧建立 RRC链接, 可 以判断 UE是处于连接态还是处于空闲态。 具体的, 当 UE与网络侧建立了 RRC链接, 则 UE处于连接态; 反之, UE没有与网络侧建立 RRC链接, 则 UE处于空闲态。 现有技术中, 处于连接态的 UE, 网络侧将保留该 UE—系 列的配置与参数(例如: 上下文等); 而对于处于空闲态的 UE, 网络侧则保 留了该 UE相对较少的信息, 具体内容均为现有技术, 此处不再赘述。

本发明通过网络侧主动请求 UE上报 MBMS业务接收状态信息, UE根 据网络侧的请求上报该信息, 网络侧进行切换时, 可参考该 MBMS业务接收 状态信息, 保证 UE接收 MBMS业务的连续性。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。
工业实用性 本发明实施例中网络侧主动请求 UE上报 MBMS业务接收状态信息, UE 根据网络侧的请求上报该信息, 网络侧进行切换时, 可参考该 MBMS业务接 收状态信息, 保证 UE接收 MBMS业务的连续性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现多媒体广播多播业务连续性的上报方法, 包括:
网络侧向用户设备发送请求用户设备上报多媒体广播多播业务接收状态 信息的请求信息;
所述用户设备接收到所述请求信息后, 向所述网络侧上报多媒体广播多 播业务接收状态信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述用户设备是在收到所述请求信 息后, 立即上 所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态信息。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述用户设备通过如下方式上 报所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态信息:
所述用户设备在无线资源控制消息或媒体接入控制控制单元字段中携带 所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态信息, 将所述无线资源控制消息或媒体接 入控制控制单元字段发送给所述网络侧。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述网络侧通过如下方式发送所述 请求信息:
所述网络侧在无线资源控制消息或媒体接入控制控制单元字段中携带所 述请求信息 , 将所述无线资源控制消息或媒体接入控制控制单元字段发送给 所述用户设备。
5、如权利要求 1或 4所述的方法,其中,所述网络侧在进行切换判决前, 或者, 在收到所述用户设备上报的测量报告消息后向所述用户设备发送所述 请求信息。
6、 一种实现多媒体广播多播业务连续性的用户设备,
所述用户设备设置为: 接收到网络侧发送的请求用户设备上报多媒体广 播多播业务接收状态信息的请求信息时, 向所述网络侧上报多媒体广播多播 业务接收状态信息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的用户设备, 其中, 所述用户设备包括第一接收单 元、 生成单元和上 4艮单元, 其中: 所述第一接收单元设置为: 接收网络侧发送的请求用户设备上报多媒体 广播多播业务接收状态信息的请求信息;
所述生成单元设置为: 在所述第一接收单元接收到所述请求信息后, 生 成携带所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态信息的无线资源控制消息或媒体接 入控制控制单元字段;
所述上报单元设置为: 将所述无线资源控制消息或媒体接入控制控制单 元字段发送给所述网络侧。
8、 一种网络侧, 所述网络侧设置为: 向用户设备发送请求用户设备上报 多媒体广播多播业务接收状态信息的请求信息; 接收所述用户设备上报的多 媒体广播多播业务接收状态信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的网络侧, 其中, 所述网络侧包括: 请求单元、 发 送单元和第二接收单元, 其中:
所述请求单元设置为: 生成携带所述请求信息的无线资源控制消息或媒 体接入控制控制单元字段;
所述发送单元设置为: 将所述无线资源控制消息或媒体接入控制控制单 元字段发送给所述用户设备;
所述第二接收单元设置为: 接收所述用户设备上报的多媒体广播多播业 务接收状态信息。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的网络侧, 其中, 所述网络侧是设置为: 在 进行切换判决前, 或者, 在收到所述用户设备上报的测量报告消息后向所述 用户设备发送所述请求信息。
