将下载触发到下载引擎的步骤中, 所述要下载内容的终端根据所述伪 URL中包含的所述下载引擎的地址, 将下载触发到所述下载引擎。
所述内容的真实 URL包含内容相关信息;
获取所述内容的真实 URL并根据获取到的真实 URL将内容下载到所述 要下载内容的终端的步骤包括: 所述下载引擎根据所述伪 URL包含的所述下 载引擎的地址和内容相关信息的标识码, 获取所述内容的真实 URL, 并才艮据 获取到的真实 URL 中的内容相关信息, 将内容下载到所述要下载内容的终 端。 该方法还包括: 所述下载引擎将内容下载到所述要下载内容的终端之前, 将所述内容相 关信息发送给鉴权扣费实体, 请求所述鉴权扣费实体对所述要下载内容的终 端触发的下载进行鉴权; 以及

所述伪 URL包含所述下载引擎的地址和内容相关信息的标识码。 综上所述, 本发明通过为下载的内容生成伪 URL, 隐藏内容相关信息, 避免了盗链和链接地址过长问题的发生, 本发明的方法方便灵活、 经济有效, 充分利用现网资源, 不用增加新的网元设备, 解决了赠送下载、 推荐下载、 管理员营销下载和用户短信点播下载等场景中盗链和 URL显示过长的问题。 附图概述

本实施方式中向要下载内容的终端发送的 URL链接不再是真正的 URL, 而是由 WEB门户、 WAP门户、 短信门户或管理员门户生成的伪 URL。 同时 各个门户站点在数据库中记录该伪 URL和真正的 URL的对应关系信息。 当 有终端进行推荐、 赠送、 短信点播或者管理员智能营销时, 将伪 URL发送给 要下载内容的终端, 要下载内容的终端点击伪 URL链接时, 重定向到下载引 擎, 下载引擎到数据库查询该伪 URL和真实 URL的对应关系, 获取真正的 URL, 并对真正的 URL进行解析, 触发计费业务, 计费业务对用户的下载行 为进行鉴权并计费。 鉴权或者计费成功后返回下载引擎成功消息, 由下载引 擎进行下载处理, 允许或者拒绝用户进行文件的下载。
本实施方式还公布了一种下载系统, 该系统包括: 门户站点、 数据库, 下载引擎以及鉴权扣费实体, 其中, 门户站点包括 WEB门户、 WAP门户、 短信门户和管理员门户等, 能够按照一定的规则生成伪 URL; 数据库记录伪 URL和真实 URL的对应关系信息; 下载引擎根据伪 URL查询对应的真实 URL, 解析真实 URL并触发鉴权扣费实体; 鉴权扣费实体对要下载内容的终 端的下载请求进行鉴权, 如果鉴权通过则向下载引擎返回消息, 由下载引擎 进行下载操作。 下面结合附图对本实施方式的方法及系统进行详细说明。
实施例 1:
图 1所示为本实施方式的实现内容下载的方法, 包括如下步骤:
S101: 在数据库中建立供下载的内容(简称内容)的真实 URL和伪 URL 的对应关系信息表, 并配置伪 URL的失效时间项;
S102: 门户站点在接收到触发下载的请求后,为下载的内容生成伪 URL, 并将伪 URL和所对应的真实 URL在数据库中的对应关系信息表中进行记录, 同时记录伪 URL的失效时间;
对于不同的门户站点, 处理方式如下所述:
推荐用户通过 WEB门户或 WAP门户等推荐下载内容, WEB门户或 WAP 门户生成伪 URL, 并将伪 URL和所对应的真实 URL在数据库中的对应关系 信息表中进行记录, 同时记录伪 URL的失效时间;
推荐用户也可以通过 WEB门户或 WAP门户赠送下载内容, WEB门户 或 WAP门户生成伪 URL, 并将伪 URL、 所对应的真实 URL和伪 URL的失 效时间在数据库中的对应关系信息表中进行记录。
要下载内容的终端可以通过短信门户点播下载内容; 短信门户生成伪 URL , 并将伪 URL、 所对应的真实 URL和伪 URL的失效时间在数据库中的 对应关系信息表中进行记录。
管理员进行短信营销推荐时, 管理员门户生成伪 URL, 并将伪 URL、 所 对应的真实 URL和伪 URL的失效时间在数据库中的对应关系信息表中进行 记录。
S103: 门户站点将伪 URL发送给要下载内容的终端;
伪 URL包含下载引擎的地址和内容相关信息的标识码。
S104: 当要下载内容的终端点击伪 URL链接进行下载操作时,根据用户 的赠送、 推荐、 营销短信的伪 URL的链接, 定向到下载引擎, 下载引擎到数 据库根据伪 URL查询真实 URL; 要下载内容的终端根据伪 URL中包含的下载引擎的地址,将下载触发到 所述下载引擎, 使下载引擎获取到内容的伪 URL。
S105:下载引擎对真实 URL进行解析,并通过计费鉴权接口将真实 URL 发送给鉴权扣费实体, 向鉴权扣费实体发起计费鉴权请求;
真实 URL包含内容相关信息, 内容相关信息包括: 内容的地址及内容的 信息 +SP的信息 +CP的信息 +推荐操作的标志 +用户 A的用户 ID+用户 B的用 户 ID等。
S 106: 鉴权扣费实体根据内容相关信息对要下载内容的终端的下载进行 鉴权, 并将鉴权结果返回给下载引擎, 下载引擎根据鉴权结果进行下载处理; S107: 当终端成功下载文件后, 下载引擎触发鉴权扣费实体, 鉴权扣费 实体进行计费处理, 并将伪 URL对应的记录删除;
当超过伪 URL的失效时间后, 由专门的任务删除上述的伪 URL所对应 的记录。
优选地, 为了保证数据库中失效的伪 URL及时删除, 数据库表结构增加 记录失效时间的字段, 数据库表结构可以设计如下:

当下载引擎判断用户使用伪 URL进行下载成功之后,下载引擎触发鉴权 扣费实体, 鉴权扣费实体进行计费的同时, 删除数据库中的对应记录; 或者 在超过失效时间后如果还没有下载, 则由任务删除该记录。
在步骤 S102中, 4叚设用户 A向用户 B推荐下载内容, 为了能够标识推 荐用户推荐的内容, 统计 SP和 CP的累计下载量, 同时也为了保证只有接受 推荐的用户才能下载内容等,门户站点需要将下载引擎的地址 +内容相关信息 送给下载引擎,由下载引擎将上述信息送给鉴权扣费实体或者其他计费网元, 完成鉴权和计费等操作。 内容相关信息包括: 内容的地址及内容的信息 +SP 的信息 +CP的信息 +推荐操作的标志 +用户 A的用户 ID+用户 B的用户 ID等, 其中, 用户 B是接受推荐的用户, 也就是要下载内容的用户。 由于包含了要 下载内容的用户的信息, 该消息被转发后, 到鉴权扣费实体进行鉴权时如果 赠送用户和接受用户的对应关系错误, 此下载行为将被拒绝。
在本实施例中, 将需要隐藏的内容相关信息, 比如内容的地址及内容信 息、 SP的信息、 CP的信息、 推荐操作的标志、 用户 A的用户 ID和用户 B 的用户 ID等用一字符串来替代, 该字符串可以称为内容相关信息的标识码, 该内容相关信息的标识码拼接在下载引擎的地址之后, 形成用户下载操作的 伪 URL。
更进一步的, 上述的内容相关信息的标识码可以釆用多种方式生成, 但 是要保证每个下载行为对应的字符串必须唯一。 优选地, 可以釆用时间戳 + 消息源的网元编号 +随机数字的方式。 其中, 时间戳可以精确到秒。 消息源的 网元编号指的是 WEB门户、 WAP门户、 短信门户和管理门户等的编号。 比 如 WEB门户是 001 , WAP门户是 002、 短信门户是 003、 管理门户是 004。
当用户进行推荐、 赠送、 短信点播、 管理员营销的时候, 发送给终端用 户链接的方式包括如下:
站内消息, 适用于 WEB、 WAP门户的推荐、 赠送操作和管理员的智能 营销。
邮件发送, 适用于 WEB、 WAP门户的推荐、 赠送和管理员的智能营销。
PUSH短信发送, 适用于 WEB、 WAP门户的推荐、 赠送和管理员的智能 营销和用户短信门户点播操作。
实施例 2:
如图 2所示, 本实施方式的系统包含: 门户站点、 数据库、 下载引擎和 计费鉴权实体, 其中, 门户站点包含 WEB门户、 WAP门户、 短信门户和管 理门户等。
WEB 门户: 提供用户用 PC接入系统的操作界面和功能, 用户可以在 WEB门户上面通过站内消息、 邮件和 push短信等方式给其他用户进行推荐、 赠送等操作。 在用户进行推荐、 赠送的时候, WEB门户生成伪 URL, 并记录 到数据库。
WAP门户: 提供用户用移动终端接入系统的操作界面和功能, 用户可以 在 WAP门户上面通过站内消息、 邮件和 push短信等方式给其他用户进行推 荐、 赠送等操作。 在用户进行推荐、 赠送的时候, WAP门户生成伪 URL, 并 记录到数据库。
短信门户: 用户可以发送特定的字符串到短信门户的接入码, 以接入短 信门户, 实现短信点播功能。 比如用户编辑 download gamel , 发送到接入码 12345678。 短信门户收到消息后, 返回用户含有伪 URL的 push短信链接, 并在数据库记录伪 URL和真实 URL的对应关系。 当用户点击该链接的时候, 则下载 gamel。
管理门户: 本实施例中, 管理员通过管理门户进行智能营销, 管理员通 过管理门户编辑包含伪 URL的站内消息、 邮件和 push短信等发送给要下载 内容的终端, 并将 URL和真实 URL的对应关系记录在数据库。 终端用户通 过点击该伪 URL, 实现下载的功能。
数据库: 记录用户的基本信息、 账户信息、 消费记录、 内容的真实 URL 和伪 URL的对应关系信息等。
下载引擎: 实现真实 URL和伪 URL的对应关系查询, 解析真实 URL, 触发计费鉴权业务, 用户下载管理等功能。
计费鉴权实体: 实现用户下载行为的鉴权和计费功能, 对成功下载的真 实 URL和伪 URL的对应关系进行删除。
实施例 3:
如图 3所示, 以用户 A通过 WEB门户向用户 B推荐下载内容的流程为 例, 对本实施方式的实现内容下载的方法进行说明, 包括:
S301 : 用户 A在 WEB门户发起推荐操作, 选择推荐内容, 填写推荐的 用户信息, 提交到 WEB门户;
S302: WEB门户生成推荐内容的伪 URL,并将真实 URL和伪 URL提交 给数据库; S303:数据库记录真实 URL和伪 URL的对应关系信息及记录失效时间, 并返回记录成功消息到 WEB门户;
S304: WEB门户通知用户 B: 用户 A推荐下载内容给用户 B, 消息携带 伪 URL;
S305: WEB门户提示用户 A推荐成功;
S306: 用户 B看到用户 A推荐的内容后, 点击伪 URL的链接, 进行下 载操作;
S307: 下载引擎收到下载请求后, 根据伪 URL到数据库查询真实 URL 及失效时间;
S308: 数据库返回真实 URL及失效时间;
S309: 下载引擎解析真实 URL, 并通过与鉴权计费实体的接口将真实 URL发送给鉴权计费实体, 触发计费鉴权;
S310: 鉴权计费实体根据真实 URL对下载行为进行鉴权, 判断是否允许 下载, 并将鉴权结果送给下载引擎;
S311 : 下载引擎判断鉴权结果, 允许下载则进行下载处理;
S312: 用户 B的下载处理;
S313: 下载引擎判断下载操作是否成功, 若成功则再次触发鉴权计费实 体, 进行计费确认;
S314: 鉴权计费实体根据请求进行计费和扣费操作, 并通知数据库删除 该伪 URL对应的己录;
S315: 数据库删除该条伪 URL对应的记录;
S316: 计费鉴权业务返回下载引擎计费成功;
S317: 下载引擎提示用户下载成功。
通过上述步骤实现了下载链接中关键信息的隐藏, 防止了盗链。 而且将 冗长的 push短信内容进行了简化, 实现了用户的良好体验。
实施例 4: 如图 4所示, 以用户 A通过短信点播的方式点播下载的流程为例, 对本 实施方式的实现内容下载的方法进行说明, 包括:
S401 : 用户 A发送特定的短信内容到特定的接入码, 用户的短信被转到 短信门户;
S402: 短信门户生成伪 URL, 并将真实 URL和伪 URL提交数据库;
S403: 数据库记录真实 URL和伪 URL的对应关系信息及失效时间, 并 返回记录成功消息到短信门户;
S404: 短信门户通知用户 A通过点击伪 URL进行下载操作;
S405: 用户 A点击伪 URL的链接, 发起下载操作请求;
S406: 下载引擎收到下载请求后, 下载引擎根据伪 URL到数据库查询真 实 URL及失效时间;
S407: 数据库返回真实 URL及失效时间;
S408: 下载引擎解析真实 URL, 并通过与鉴权计费实体的接口将真实 URL发送给鉴权计费实体, 触发计费鉴权;
S409: 鉴权计费实体根据真实 URL对下载行为进行鉴权, 判断是否允许 下载, 并将鉴权结果送给下载引擎;
S410: 下载引擎判断计费鉴权结果, 允许下载则进行下载处理;
S411 : 用户 A的下载处理;
S412: 下载引擎判断下载操作是否成功, 若成功则再次触发鉴权计费实 体, 进行计费确认;
S413: 鉴权计费实体根据请求进行计费和扣费操作, 并通知数据库删除 该条伪 URL对应的记录。
S414: 数据库删除该条伪 URL对应的记录;
S415: 计费鉴权业务返回下载引擎计费成功;
S416: 下载引擎提示用户下载成功。
通过上述步骤实现了下载链接中关键信息的隐藏, 防止了盗链。 而且将 冗长的 push短信内容进行了简化, 实现了用户的良好体验。 按照以上方法和步骤, 可以很方便地解决推荐、 赠送、 短信点播和管理 员智能营销过程中下载链接盗链和 push短信过长的问题。 该业务实现方法方 便灵活、 经济有效, 充分利用现网资源, 不用增加新的网元设备, 保护了移 动互联网下载业务中运营商、 用户、 SP和 CP等角色的合法利益, 提升了用 户体验, 具有很高的经济价值和技术价值。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块、 各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们的多个模块或者步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。

与现有技术相比, 本发明通过为下载的内容生成伪 URL, 隐藏内容相关 信息, 避免了盗链和链接地址过长问题的发生, 同时解决了赠送下载、 推荐 下载、管理员营销下载和用户短信点播下载等场景中盗链和 URL显示过长的 问题。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现内容下载的方法, 包括:
门户站点在接收到触发下载的请求后, 为将被下载的内容生成伪统一资 源定位符 (URL),建立所述伪 URL与所述内容的真实 URL之间的对应关系信 息, 并将所述伪 URL发送给要下载内容的终端;
所述要下载内容的终端根据所述伪 URL将下载触发到下载引擎; 以及 所述下载引擎根据所述伪 URL查询所述伪 URL与所述内容的真实 URL 之间的对应关系信息, 获取所述内容的真实 URL, 并根据获取到的真实 URL 将内容下载到所述要下载内容的终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述伪 URL包含所述下载引擎的 地址和内容相关信息的标识码。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
将下载触发到下载引擎的步骤中, 所述要下载内容的终端根据所述伪 URL中包含的所述下载引擎的地址, 将下载触发到所述下载引擎。

所述内容的真实 URL包含内容相关信息;
获取所述内容的真实 URL并根据获取到的真实 URL将内容下载到所述 要下载内容的终端的步骤包括: 所述下载引擎根据所述伪 URL包含的所述下 载引擎的地址和内容相关信息的标识码, 获取所述内容的真实 URL, 并根据 获取到的真实 URL 中的内容相关信息, 将内容下载到所述要下载内容的终 端。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 还包括:
所述下载引擎将内容下载到所述要下载内容的终端之前, 将所述内容相 关信息发送给鉴权扣费实体, 请求所述鉴权扣费实体对所述要下载内容的终 端触发的下载进行鉴权; 以及 所述鉴权扣费实体根据所述内容相关信息, 对所述要下载内容的终端触 发的下载进行鉴权。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 还包括:
所述下载引擎在将内容成功下载到所述要下载内容的终端后 , 触发所述 鉴权扣费实体进行扣费; 以及
所述鉴权扣费实体进行计费和扣费操作,并删除所述伪 URL与真实 URL 的对应关系信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
所述门户站点在建立所述伪 URL与所述内容的真实 URL的对应关系信 息时, 记录所述伪 URL的失效时间; 以及
若所述下载引擎在所述失效时间到达时, 仍未将内容下载到所述要下载 内容的终端, 则删除所述伪 URL对应的记录。

所述下载引擎设置成:在所述要下载内容的终端根据所述伪 URL将下载 触发到所述下载引擎后, 根据所述伪 URL查询所述伪 URL与所述内容的真 实 URL的对应关系信息, 获取所述内容的真实 URL, 并根据获取到的真实 URL将内容下载到所述要下载内容的终端。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述伪 URL包含所述下载引擎的 地址和内容相关信息的标识码。
