图 2为本发明实施例的在窄带智能网业务中实现宽带放音的方法的流程 图; 以及 图 3为本发明应用示例的在窄带智能网业务中实现宽带放音的方法的流 程图。
本发明的较佳实施方式 为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 下文中将结合附图 对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申 请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。 如图 1所示,本实施例在窄带智能网业务中使用宽带 IP放音的系统主要 包括以下几个部分: 窄带网络, 其主要包括: 移动交换中心(Mobile Switch Center , MSC ) 、 归属位置寄存器 ( Home Location Register, HLR ) 、 以及智能网业务控制点 ( Service Control Point, SCP )设备。 本发明实施例中的窄带网络指 CDMA 网络或 GSM网络。 宽带网络, 其主要包括: 软交换( Soft Switch, SS )、媒体服务器(Media Sever, MS ) 、 以及宽带业务应用服务器( Application Server, AS ) 窄带网络和宽带网络通过网关(包括信令网关( Signaling Gateway, SG ) /媒体网关 ( Media Gateway, MG ) )连接。 本实施例中, 窄带网络用户发起呼叫以接入窄带网络, MSC在呼叫到达 时向 HLR发送路由询问信息 ( Send Routing Information, SRI ) , 根据 HLR 返回的 SRI应答消息中的签约信息, 向 SCP发起触发业务请求, 并解析 SCP 返回消息, 将呼叫路由至宽带网络(NGN ) 。 SCP执行窄带业务逻辑, 并指 示 MSC接续新的被叫号码。 SS收到窄带网络的呼叫路由请求, 向 AS发送触发业务请求, 触发宽带 放音业务。 AS执行宽带放音业务逻辑, 建立和 MS的链路并指示 MS进行放 音操作。 MS用来提供媒体资源, 对用户进行放音。 本实施例中, SS和 AS之间釆用 SIP, MS和 AS之间釆用 SIP或 MGCP。 窄带网络和宽带网络通过网关 (SG/MG )连接。 SG完成以 SS7为主的传统 电话信令与信令传送( Signaling Transport, SIGTRAN )协议的 IP电话信令 之间消息的相互转换。 MG完成分组交换网络的宽带媒体流语音信号和电路 域的中继语音信号的转换。 图 2为本发明实施例的在窄带智能网业务中实现宽带放音的方法的流程 图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括下面步骤: S10、 窄带网络在呼叫流程中, 若判断需要对窄带网络用户进行宽带放 音, 则将被叫号码转换为宽带放音接入码, 然后将呼叫接续到宽带网络;
S20、 宽带网络接续到呼叫后, 根据所述宽带放音接入码对所述窄带网 络用户进行放音。 根据本发明,可以釆用宽带网络中现有的设备来实现窄带业务中的放音, 即满足了运营商希望釆用宽带 IP放音以达到提高传输质量的要求,又可以减 小运营商的投资成本。 本实施例还提供了一种移动交换中心, 其设置为: 在呼叫流程中, 根据相应的签约信息触发业务控制点设备; 以及 接收业务控制点在接收到移动交换中心的触发后, 根据呼叫消息判断需 要对所述窄带网络用户进行宽带话音时, 向所述移动交换中心通知的由被叫 号码转换得到的宽带放音接入码; 以及 根据所述宽带放音接入码将呼叫接续到宽带网络, 以使所述宽带网络根 据所述宽带放音接入码对所述窄带网络用户进行放音。 本实施例中, 所述宽带放音接入码包括: 宽带放音业务接入码和放音信 息, 所述放音信息包括: 放音语种和相应的音号。 本实施例还提供了一种业务控制点设备, 其设置为: 接收移动交换中心在呼叫流程中根据相应的签约信息的触发; 根据呼叫消息判断是否需要对所述窄带网络用户进行宽带话音, 若是, 则将被叫号码转换为宽带放音接入码, 并将宽带放音接入码通知到所述移动 交换中心, 以使所述移动交换中心根据所述宽带放音接入码将呼叫接续到宽 带网络, 实现所述宽带网络根据所述宽带放音接入码对所述窄带网络用户进 行放音。 本实施例中, 所述宽带放音接入码包括: 宽带放音业务接入码和放音信 息, 所述放音信息包括: 放音语种和相应的音号。 本实施例还提供了一种软交换, 其设置为: 接续到窄带网络的呼叫后, 若解析出宽带放音接入码的前缀为话音业务 接入码, 则向应用服务器发送放音业务请求, 以实现根据所述宽带放音接入 码对所述窄带网络用户进行放音。 本实施例还提供了一种应用服务器, 其设置为: 接收软交换在接续到窄带网络的呼叫后, 若解析出宽带放音接入码的前 缀为话音业务接入码, 向应用服务器发送的放音业务请求; 触发宽带放音业务解析所述宽带放音接入码; 以及 向媒体服务器发送放音请求, 其中, 所述放音请求包括从所述宽带放音 接入码解析出的放音信息, 以使所述媒体服务器接收到所述放音请求后, 根 据所述放音信息调用相应的音频文件对所述窄带网络用户进行放音。 本实施例中, 所述宽带放音接入码包括: 宽带放音业务接入码和放音信 息, 所述放音信息包括: 放音语种和相应的音号。 本实施例, 所述窄带网络为全球移动通讯系统网络或码分多址网络。
图 3为本发明应用示例的在窄带智能网业务中实现宽带放音的流程图, 实现方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 1 , 窄带网络用户呼叫被叫终端, 呼叫接入到窄带网络中, MSC接 收到呼叫请求后, 到 HLR中查询路由信息, 根据 HLR返回的应答消息中的 签约信息, 触发至 SCP。 其中, 窄带网络用户指 CDMA网络用户或 GSM网 络用户。 步骤 2, SCP执行窄带业务逻辑, 判断在接续呼叫前需要对主叫用户放 音并结束呼叫时, 对被叫号码进行转换, 将被叫号码变换为: 宽带放音业务 接入码 ( Service Access Code, SAC ) +放音语种 (三位) +音号(固定音号), 并通知 MSC接续这个新被叫号码。 步骤 3 , MSC收到 SCP的通知消息后, 解析被叫号码, 根据 SAC路由 到 SS。 步骤 4, SS分析此被叫前缀为宽带放音业务接入码, 通过 SIP向 AS发 送触发放音业务请求, 触发宽带放音业务。 步骤 5, 宽带放音业务解析被叫号码, 解析出放音语种和放音音号, 通 过 SIP或 MGCP发送请求消息到 MS, 申请媒体资源, 建立媒体链路, 发送 放音请求消息到 MS, 指示 MS对主叫用户进行放音操作。 步骤 6, MS放音结束后释放媒体资源, 释放呼叫。 具体地, MS 根据放音语种和放音音号调用预存的相应的音频文件对主 叫用户进行放音。 除了上述实施例外, 本发明适用于在各种呼叫流程中, 需要对窄带网络 用户进行宽带放音的各种场景, 实现方案以上述实施例中描述的方案相似, 这里就不再一一赘述。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例, 当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本 发明作出各种相应的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明 所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性 本发明可以釆用宽带网络中的现有设备实现窄带业务中的放音, 既满足 了运营商希望釆用宽带 IP放音已达到提高传输质量的要求,又减小了运营商 的投资成本。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种在窄带智能网业务中实现宽带放音的方法, 该方法包括: 窄带网络在呼叫流程中若判断需要对窄带网络用户进行宽带放音, 则将 被叫号码转换为宽带放音接入码, 然后将呼叫接续到宽带网络; 以及 所述宽带网络接续到呼叫后, 根据所述宽带放音接入码对所述窄带网络 用户进行放音。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述窄带网络若判断需要对窄带网 络用户进行宽带放音, 则将被叫号码转换为宽带放音接入码, 然后将呼叫接 续到宽带网络的步骤包括: 移动交换中心在呼叫流程中,根据相应的签约信息触发业务控制点设备; 所述业务控制点设备若根据呼叫消息判断需要对所述窄带网络用户进行 宽带话音, 则将被叫号码转换为宽带放音接入码, 并将宽带放音接入码通知 所述移动交换中心; 以及 所述移动交换中心根据所述宽带放音接入码将呼叫接续到宽带网络。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述宽带网络接续到呼叫后, 根据 所述宽带放音接入码对所述窄带网络用户进行放音的步骤包括: 软交换接续到呼叫后, 若解析出所述宽带放音接入码的前缀为话音业务 接入码, 则向应用服务器发送放音业务请求; 所述应用服务器接收到放音业务请求后, 触发宽带放音业务解析所述宽 带放音接入码, 然后向媒体服务器发送放音请求, 其中, 所述放音请求包括 从所述宽带放音接入码解析出的放音信息; 以及
所述媒体服务器接收到所述放音请求后, 根据所述放音信息调用相应的 音频文件对所述窄带网络用户进行放音。
4、如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述应用服务器向媒体服务器发送 放音请求的步骤包括: 所述应用服务器通过会话发起协议或媒体网关控制协议向媒体服务器发 送放音请求。
5、 如权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述宽带放音接入码包 括: 宽带放音业务接入码和放音信息, 所述放音信息包括: 放音语种和相应 的音号。
6、 一种在窄带智能网业务中实现宽带放音的系统, 该系统包括: 窄带网络, 其设置为: 在呼叫流程中, 若判断需要对窄带网络用户进行 宽带放音, 则将被叫号码转换为宽带放音接入码, 然后将呼叫接续到宽带网 络; 以及 所述宽带网络, 其设置为: 接续到呼叫后, 根据所述宽带放音接入码对 所述窄带网络用户进行放音。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中, 所述窄带网络包括: 移动交换中心, 其设置为: 在呼叫流程中, 根据相应的签约信息触发业 务控制点设备; 以及接收到所述业务控制点设备通知的宽带放音接入码后, 根据所述宽带放音接入码将呼叫接续到所述宽带网络; 以及 所述业务控制点设备, 其设置为: 若根据呼叫消息判断需要对所述窄带 网络用户进行宽带话音, 则将被叫号码转换为宽带放音接入码, 将宽带放音 接入码通知所述移动交换中心。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中, 所述宽带网络包括: 软交换, 其设置为: 接续到呼叫后, 若解析出所述宽带放音接入码的前 缀为话音业务接入码, 则向应用服务器发送放音业务请求; 所述应用服务器, 其设置为: 接收到所述放音业务请求后, 触发宽带放 音业务解析所述宽带放音接入码, 然后向媒体服务器发送放音请求, 其中, 所述放音请求包括从所述宽带放音接入码解析出的放音信息; 以及 所述媒体服务器, 其设置为: 接收到所述放音请求后, 根据所述放音信 息调用相应的音频文件对所述窄带网络用户进行放音。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中, 所述宽带放音接入码包括: 宽带放 音业务接入码和放音信息, 所述放音信息包括: 放音语种和相应的音号。
10、 如权利要求 6-9中任一项所述的系统, 其中, 所述窄带网络为全球 移动通讯系统网络或码分多址网络。
11、 一种移动交换中心, 其设置为: 在呼叫流程中, 根据相应的签约信息触发业务控制点设备; 以及 接收业务控制点在接收到移动交换中心的触发后, 根据呼叫消息判断需 要对所述窄带网络用户进行宽带话音时, 向所述移动交换中心通知的由被叫 号码转换得到的宽带放音接入码; 以及 根据所述宽带放音接入码将呼叫接续到宽带网络, 以使所述宽带网络根 据所述宽带放音接入码对所述窄带网络用户进行放音。
12、 一种业务控制点设备, 其设置为: 接收移动交换中心在呼叫流程中根据相应的签约信息的触发; 根据呼叫消息判断是否需要对所述窄带网络用户进行宽带话音, 若是, 则将被叫号码转换为宽带放音接入码, 并将宽带放音接入码通知到所述移动 交换中心, 以使所述移动交换中心根据所述宽带放音接入码将呼叫接续到宽 带网络, 实现所述宽带网络根据所述宽带放音接入码对所述窄带网络用户进 行放音。
13、如权利要求 12所述的业务控制点设备, 其中, 所述宽带放音接入码 包括: 宽带放音业务接入码和放音信息, 所述放音信息包括: 放音语种和相 应的音号。
14、 一种应用服务器, 其设置为: 接收软交换在接续到窄带网络的呼叫后, 若解析出宽带放音接入码的前 缀为话音业务接入码时, 向应用服务器发送的放音业务请求; 触发宽带放音业务解析所述宽带放音接入码; 以及
向媒体服务器发送放音请求, 其中, 所述放音请求包括从所述宽带放音 接入码解析出的放音信息, 以使所述媒体服务器接收到所述放音请求后, 根 据所述放音信息调用相应的音频文件对所述窄带网络用户进行放音。
15、如权利要求 14所述的应用服务器,其中,所述宽带放音接入码包括: 宽带放音业务接入码和放音信息, 所述放音信息包括: 放音语种和相应的音 号。
