背景技术
电链锯是一种传统的电动工具, 广泛应用于家庭木工、 园林维护、 森林伐木 等领域。 在使用链锯时, 其链板和链条经常需要从链锯上拆卸和安装, 以清理 链板、 更换链条或在工作后储存链锯。 在传统的结构和作业方式中, 需要将链 条先环绕在链板上, 然后将装好链条的链板放置到链锯上的相应位置; 此时需 要用手扶住链板和链条, 然后再将链锯的端盖安装到相应位置, 拧紧螺丝, 使 端盖压紧链板。 在这个安装过程中, 在装上链锯的端盖前, 链板和链条没有被 保持或固定在链锯上, 需要操作者扶持着链板和链条才能很好的完成这个工作。 为解决这个问题, 行业内也出现比如在链锯上的相应位置安装一块磁铁, 在安 装链板时将链板吸附在链锯上的方法。 但是, 采用磁铁的方式其缺陷在于: 1。 磁铁的价格比较贵; 2。 磁铁在将链板吸附到链锯上的一瞬间, 力量比较大且易 产生撞击的声音; 3.磁铁在将链板吸附到链锯上后, 其磁力比较大并由此产生 较大的摩擦力, 使对链板的横向移动需要比较大的力, 这不方便使用者对链板 的进行手动横向移动以预张紧链条。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种电链锯的链板安装改进结构, 采 用该安装结构操作者无需再扶持着链板和链条, 就可以安装链锯的端盖, 使得 链板和链条的安装更简便, 极大地改善了安装链板和链条时的方便性和舒适性。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种电链锯的链板安装 改进结构, 包括机壳本体, 安装在机壳本体上的链板, 其特征在于: 还包括设 在机壳本体上用于安装时保持链板稳定的链板保持机构。
优选的,所述链板保持机构包括末端安装在机壳本体上的 U型的弹性夹体, 弹性夹体的两弹性杆端部设有外翻边, 所述链板尾端壁面上设有一个用于卡装 弹性夹体的纵向开口长槽。 开口长槽有一定的长度, 为链板沿着开口长槽的长 度方向的移动提供一定的空间, 可以使用户移动链板并张紧链条。
改进的, 所述翻边外端通过圆弧边一过渡, 便于链板的开口长槽卡入。 改进的, 所述翻边内端通过圆弧边二过渡, 便于链板的开口长槽脱出。 改进的, 所述弹性夹体的两弹性杆端部翻边的外侧还设有一延长部, 安装 时穿过开口长槽, 便于用收摁压 u型弹性体, 更加便于链板的开口长槽卡入。
改进的, 所述延长部外壁面由里向外围渐缩结构。
优选的, 所述机壳本体包括机壳及安装在机壳上的机壳镶件, 所述 u型弹 性夹体安装在所述机壳镶件上。
所 u型弹性夹体末端轴向方向的外壁面设有卡装平台, 机壳镶件上设有与 所述设有卡装平台的弹性夹体末端对应的 u型卡槽, 所弹性夹体通过螺钉安装 在 u型卡槽内, U型卡槽底壁面及弹性夹体末端设有螺紋孔。
优选的, 所述链板通过端盖旋紧连接在机壳本体上。
本发明结构非常简单实用, 采用一个 u型的弹性夹体, 其封闭端固定在链 锯上, 弹性杆开口端朝向链锯外部。安装链板时将链板的一字型开口长槽卡入 u 型弹性夹上, 弹性夹就将链板保持住了。 弹性夹体的中部和链板的一字型开口 长槽是比较合适的弹性接触, 所以只需要很小的力就可以横向移动链板。 所以 本发明实现了成本低, 结构简单实用, 操作方便的目的。

具体实施方式
如图 1至图 5所示, 为本发明一种电链锯的链板安装改进结构, 包括机壳 本体, 安装在机壳本体上的链板 2, 链板通过端盖 3旋紧连接在机壳本体上, 还 包括设在机壳本体上用于安装时保持链板稳定的链板保持机构, 所述链板保持 机构包括末端 41安装在机壳本体上的 U型的弹性夹体 4, U型弹性夹体的两弹 性杆 42端部设有外翻边 43,所述链板 2尾端壁面上设有一个用于卡装弹性夹体 的纵向开口长槽 21, 所述翻边外端通过圆弧边一 44过渡, 所述翻边内端通过圆 弧边二 46过渡, 便于链板的开口长槽卡入。 本发明中, 所述机壳本体包括机壳 11及安装在机壳上的机壳镶件 12, 所述弹性夹体安装在所述机壳镶件 12上。 所弹性夹体 4末端轴向方向的外壁面设有卡装平台 45,机壳镶件 12上设有与所 述设有卡装平台的弹性夹体末端对应的 U型卡槽 121,所弹性夹体通过螺钉 5安 装在 U型卡槽内, U型卡槽底壁面及弹性夹体末端设有螺紋孔 6。
如图 6所示, 本发明中所述弹性夹体 4的两弹性杆端部翻边的外侧还可设 一延长部 47, 延长部外壁面由里向外围渐缩结构, 安装时穿过开口长槽, 便于 用收摁压 U型弹性体, 更加便于链板的开口长槽卡入。
本发明中的 U性的弹性夹体不限于 U型, 也可以诶类似与 V型或者通过分 体结构组合为类似 u型或 V型的结构。 这种简单的变化构思均应在本发明的保 护范围之内。

Claims

1、 一种电链锯的链板安装改进结构, 包括机壳本体, 安装在机壳本体上的链板 (1), 其特征在于: 还包括设在机壳本体上用于安装时保持链板稳定的链板保 持机构。
