Abstract

The present invention relates to a leaking current shut-off device for preventing malfunction due to a surge, the device being adapted to be able to supply stable power to a load by sensing whether a sensed current is a temporary surge or noise or is a leak current caused by leaking current, and by supplying power if a temporary surge or noise is involved and shutting off power only when leaking of current of a substantial kind is involved.
