Abstract

The invention relates to a method for operating a solar-thermal waste heat steam generator (1) which comprises an evaporator (16), an economizer having a number of economizer heating surfaces (10, 14) and a bypass line (3) which is connected in parallel to a number of economizer heating surfaces (10) on the side of the moving fluid. The aim of the invention is to achieve a high degree of operational safety and reliability during the control of the solar-thermal waste heat steam generator (1). In order to achieve said aim, a variable for controlling or regulating the flow rate of the bypass line (3) is used, which is characteristic of the thermal energy supplied to the solar-thermal waste heat steam generator.
