本发明涉及通信技术领域, 具体涉及激活方法、 激活装置及通信系统。
背景技术
随着通信技术的飞速发展,越来越多的用户通过终端与他人进行沟通。服 务提供商为了增强用户忠诚度, 也为用户提供了各种各样的服务。 例如, 为了 使用户在使用业务或服务时的疑问能够得到解决,服务提供商为用户提供了短 号服务, 用户在对业务或服务有任何疑问时都可以通过拨打短号寻求解决, 甚 至用户漫游到国外时,也可以拨打短号对业务进行咨询,但是用户需要在短号 前增加国家代码。 例如,服务提供商为了能够更精确地对不同的用户提供不同 的服务,可以为不同类型的用户提供不同的短号服务,例如本地用户一个短号, 漫游用户另一个短号, 国际漫游用户又是另一个短号等。 以上服务虽然给用户 的服务带来了方便,但是同时也给用户的使用带来了不便, 例如用户漫游国外 时需要在被叫号码前增加国家代码,例如用户需要记住不同的业务短号从而获 得不同业务的服务。
为了统一用户体验, 例如, 使用户不管在归属地还是在漫游地, 不管是在 国内还是在国外, 不管咨询的是哪类业务都可以直接拨同一个服务短号,现在 的一种呼叫方法可以使用户在国内和漫游到国外时拨打的服务短号一样,该呼 叫方法由漫游地核心网通过移动网增强逻辑的用户应用(CAMEL: Customized Applications for Mobile network Enhanced Logic )协议触发呼叫到归属地的业务 控制点 (SCP: Service Control Point ), 由归属地的 SCP判断并修改被叫号码 后, 漫游地核心网再根据修改后的被叫号码, 将呼叫路由到归属国。
由于上述的呼叫方法中漫游地核心网需要通过 CAMEL协议与归属地的 SCP进行交互, 因此在漫游地核心网和 /或归属地的 SCP不支持 CAMEL协议 时, 用户必须输入正确的号码才能够接续呼叫, 该过程中用户需要进行增加国 家代码等操作, 不仅增加了用户的操作繁瑣程度, 而且也增加了用户误操作的 可能性, 降低了用户体验, 将会影响用户的忠诚度。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了激活方法、激活装置及通信系统, 能够降低用户操作 被叫号码的繁瑣程度, 提高用户体验。
本发明一个实施例提供了一种激活方法, 包括: 接收终端的当前位置; 根 据所述当前位置判断是否需要激活所述终端上的应用程序;如果需要激活所述 应用程序, 生成激活消息; 向所述终端发送所述激活消息, 以使所述应用程序 被激活,使激活后的应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对需要修改的被叫号码 进行修改。
本发明另一个实施例提供了一种激活装置, 包括: 接收单元, 用于接收终 端的当前位置; 判断单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的当前位置判断是否需 要激活所述终端上的应用程序; 生成单元, 用于在所述判断单元判断需要激活 所述应用程序时, 生成激活消息; 发送单元, 用于向所述终端发送所述生成单 元生成的激活消息, 以使所述应用程序被激活,使激活后的应用程序能够根据 内置的改号规则对需要修改的被叫号码进行修改。
本发明另一个实施例提供了一种通信系统,包括本发明实施例提供的激活 装置, 所述激活装置与归属位置寄存器或信令监控设备连接。
从本发明实施例提供的以上技术方案可以看出,由于本发明实施例中激活 装置可以根据接收的当前位置判断是否需要激活终端上的应用程序,并且在判 断需要激活终端上的应用程序时可以生成激活消息,从而激活终端上的应用程 序, 使该应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对需要修改的被叫号码进行修改, 从而使用户不需要根据不同的位置或业务场景输入不同的被叫号码,减少用户 的拨号操作, 降低了用户操作被叫号码的繁瑣程度,相应地也减少了用户误操 作的可能, 从而可以提高用户的操作体验, 能够提高用户忠诚度。

在本发明的另一个实施例中, 接收的终端的当前位置来自信令监控设备, 该信令监控设备位于终端所归属的归属地网络,根据不同的业务场景, 该信令 监控设备在终端所归属的归属地网络的位置可能不同, 例如,在该信令监控设 备是监控国际漫游时, 该信令监控设备可以位于国际链路上; 在该信令监控设 备是监控国内漫游时,该信令监控设备可以位于国内漫游链路上。该实施例中, 接收的终端的当前位置是由信令监控设备在监控到来自终端的位置更新消息 后发送, 位置更新信息包括终端的当前位置, 该位置更新消息具体由终端向 HLR发送。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,接收的终端的当前位置也来自信令监控设备, 该实施例中,接收的终端的当前位置是由信令监控设备发送的, 具体是由信令 监控设备在监控到来自 HLR的插入用户数据 ( ISD: Insert Subscriber Data )消 息后发送给激活装置的。 其中, 该 ISD消息具体由 HLR在接收到与该 ISD消 息对应的来自终端的位置更新消息时,并成功进行了位置更新后向终端发送的。 该实施例中, 信令监控设备可以同时监控 ISD消息以及与该 ISD消息对应的 位置更新消息,其中,终端的当前位置来自与该 ISD消息对应的位置更新消息。 信令监控设备在监控到 ISD消息后再向激活装置发送终端的当前位置,可以确 保在 HLR成功对终端进行了位置更新后再向激活装置发送终端的当前位置。
102、 根据接收的当前位置判断是否需要激活终端上的应用程序。
具体的判断规则根据应用的业务场景不同会有不同, 例如, 在本发明的一 个实施例中,在终端国际漫游时需要激活终端上的应用程序, 此时可以根据当 前位置判断终端是否国际漫游, 如果该终端是国际漫游, 则确定需要激活该终 端上的应用程序; 否则, 确定不需要激活该终端上的应用程序。 在本发明的另 一个实施例中,在终端国内漫游时需要激活终端上的应用程序, 此时可以根据 当前位置判断终端是否国内漫游,如果该终端是国内漫游, 则确定需要激活该 终端上的应用程序; 否则, 确定不需要激活该终端上的应用程序。
103、 在判断需要激活终端上应用程序时, 生成激活消息。
激活消息携带预先设置的激活参数,该激活参数可以激活终端上的应用程 序。 在本发明的一个实施例中, 激活消息为一个短消息; 在本发明的另一个实 施例中, 激活消息为满足超文本传输协议( Hyper Text Transfer Protocol ) 的, 可以通过通用分组无线业务( GPRS: General Packet Radio Service )或者第三 代技术(3G: 3rd Generation )通道进行服务端与客户端的通信的消息。
104、 向终端发送激活消息, 以使终端上的应用程序被激活, 使激活后的 应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对需要修改的被叫号码进行修改。
其中,在本发明的一个实施例中,应用程序被激活可以是该应用程序可以 被执行, 只有在需要执行该应用程序时才直接执行该应用程序,使该应用程序 处于运行状态, 并且在不需要该应用程序执行时可以终止该应用程序的运行。 在本发明的另一个实施例中,应用程序被激活可以是该应用程序被执行, 即不 管是不是需要执行该应用程序该应用程序都处于运行状态。
在本发明的一个实施例中,终端上的应用程序可以位于手机自身的存储空 间或扩展的存储空间中。在本发明的另一个实施例中,在终端有用户识别( SIM: Subscriber Identity Module )卡时, 该应用程序也可以位于 SIM卡中。
其中,在本发明的一个实施例中, 激活后的应用程序能够根据内置的改号 规则对需要修改的被叫号码进行修改具体可以包括如下流程:用户在终端上发 起一个呼叫时, 处于运行状态的应用程序获取被叫号码; 应用程序根据内置的 改号规则判断被叫号码是否需要修改, 如果被叫号码需要进行修改,按照预置 的改号规则对被叫号码进行修改; 向网络侧网元发送呼叫请求, 呼叫请求包括 修改后的被叫号码, 以使网络侧网元根据修改后的被叫号码进行呼叫路由。其 中, 改号规则可以根据业务的不同而不同,也可以根据用户当前的位置不同而 不同; 例如, 一个运营商提供给用户的通用服务电话是 123456 , 用户归属地 的区号是 0755 , 用户归属国家的国家代码是 086; 用户在国内漫游时, 用户拨 打 123456, 改号规则可以是将 123456修改为 0755123456,使用户可以获得归 属地的服务;用户在国际漫游时,用户拨打 123456,改号规则可以是将 123456 修改为 086123456或 0860755123456; 为了使国际漫游用户可以获得更贴心的 服务, 该运营商为国际漫游用户设置了一个单独的服务号码 123456999, 则用 户在国际漫游时, 用户拨打 123456 , 改号规则可以是将 123456 修改为 086123456999。
其中, 网络侧网元根据业务场景的不同会有不同, 例如, 用户在拜访地漫 游时,网络侧网元可以是拜访地移动交换中心 /拜访地位置寄存器( VMSC/VLR: Visited Mobile Switching Center I Visited Location Register ); 用户在归属地时, 网络侧网元可以是移动交换中心 /归属地位置寄存器 (MSC/HLR : Mobile Switching Center I Home Location Register )。
从上可知,本实施例中激活装置可以根据接收的当前位置判断是否需要激 活终端上的应用程序,并且在判断需要激活终端上的应用程序时可以生成激活 消息,从而激活终端上的应用程序,使该应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对 需要修改的被叫号码进行修改,从而使用户不需要根据不同的位置或业务场景 输入不同的被叫号码, 减少用户的拨号操作, 降低了用户操作被叫号码的繁瑣 程度, 相应地也减少了用户误操作的可能, 从而可以提高用户的操作体验, 能 够提高用户忠诚度。 在本发明的另一个实施例中,激活装置还可以获取应用程序内置的改号规 则的更新信息; 进而向终端发送更新消息, 该更新消息包括获取的更新信息, 以使应用程序可以根据更新信息对应用程序内置的改号规则进行更新。 其中, 激活装置获取的该更新信息可以通过人工输入获得,也可以来自其他的网络设 备, 如 GMSC等。 从而使改号规则可以根据业务的更新而更新, 从而能够更 好地为用户提供服务, 减少用户的操作, 从而可以提高用户的操作体验, 能够 提高用户忠诚度。
图 2描述了本发明另一个实施例提供的激活方法的信令流程图, 包括:
201、 当终端位置发生变化时,终端会向 VMSC/VLR发送位置更新(UL: Update Location ) 消息。
其中,位置更新消息可以是移动应用部分( MAP: Mobile Application Part ) 协议消息。 位置更新消息中包括终端的当前位置。
202、 VMSC/VLR通过 GMSC向 HLR发送位置更新消息。
203、 HLR记录终端的当前位置后, 通过 GMSC向 VMSC/VLR发送 ISD 消息, 把用户信息传递给 VMSC/VLR。
204、 HLR将终端的当前位置发送给激活装置。
具体地, HLR可以使用 MAP协议直接将接收的位置更新消息转发给激活 装置, 使激活装置从位置更新消息中解析获得终端的当前位置。 当然, HLR 也可以通过其他消息直接将终端的当前位置发送给激活装置。
205、 激活装置根据终端的当前位置判断是否激活终端上的应用程序, 如 果要激活, 向 GMSC发送激活消息。
在激活消息为短消息时, 在本发明的另一个实施例中, 激活装置也可以通 过短消息点对点协议( SMPP: Short Message Peer to Peer )向短消息中心( SMSC: Short Message Service Center )发送短消息, SMSC再将短消息发送给终端。
206、 GMSC向 VMSC/VLR发送激活消息。
207、 VMSC/VLR 向终端发送激活消息, 以使终端上的应用程序被激活, 使激活后的应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对需要修改的被叫号码进行修 改。
从上可知,本实施例中激活装置可以根据接收的当前位置判断是否需要激 活终端上的应用程序,并且在判断需要激活终端上的应用程序时可以生成激活 消息,从而激活终端上的应用程序,使该应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对 需要修改的被叫号码进行修改,从而使用户不需要根据不同的位置或业务场景 输入不同的被叫号码, 减少用户的拨号操作, 降低了用户操作被叫号码的繁瑣 程度, 相应地也减少了用户误操作的可能, 从而可以提高用户的操作体验, 能 够提高用户忠诚度。
图 3描述了本发明另一个实施例提供的激活方法的信令流程图, 包括:
301、 当终端位置发生变化时, 终端会向 VMSC/VLR发送位置更新消息。
302、 VMSC/VLR通过 GMSC向 HLR发送位置更新消息。
303、 HLR记录终端的当前位置后, 通过 GMSC向 VMSC/VLR发送 ISD 消息, 把用户信息传递给 VMSC/VLR。
304、信令监控设备位于 GMSC的国际链路上,接入到需要监控的链路上。 信令监控设备监控链路上的 UL和 ISD消息,信令监控设备监控到某个用户的 位置更新消息和以及与该位置更新消息对应的 ISD消息时,表明用户位置更新 成功, 信令监控设备分析位置更新消息, 得到终端的当前位置, 再向激活装置 发送终端的当前位置。
305、 激活装置根据终端的当前位置判断是否激活终端上的应用程序, 如 果要激活, 向 GMSC发送激活消息。
306、 GMSC向 VMSC/VLR发送激活消息。
307、 VMSC/VLR 向终端发送激活消息, 以使终端上的应用程序被激活, 使激活后的应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对需要修改的被叫号码进行修 改。
从上可知,本实施例中激活装置可以根据接收的当前位置判断是否需要激 活终端上的应用程序,并且在判断需要激活终端上的应用程序时可以生成激活 消息,从而激活终端上的应用程序,使该应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对 需要修改的被叫号码进行修改,从而使用户不需要根据不同的位置或业务场景 输入不同的被叫号码, 减少用户的拨号操作, 降低了用户操作被叫号码的繁瑣 程度, 相应地也减少了用户误操作的可能, 从而可以提高用户的操作体验, 能 够提高用户忠诚度。 需要说明的是, 对于前述的各方法实施例, 为了筒单描述, 故将其都 表述为一系列的动作组合, 但是本领域技术人员应该知悉, 本发明并不受 所描述的动作顺序的限制, 因为依据本发明, 某些步骤可以采用其他顺序 或者同时进行。 其次, 本领域技术人员也应该知悉, 说明书中所描述的实 施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
再介绍本发明实施例提供的激活装置,图 4描述了本发明一个实施例提供 的激活装置的结构, 包括:
接收单元 401 , 用于接收终端的当前位置。
判断单元 402, 用于根据接收单元 401接收的当前位置判断是否需要激活 终端上的应用程序。
生成单元 403 , 用于在判断单元 402判断需要激活终端上的应用程序时, 生成激活消息。
发送单元 404, 用于向终端发送生成单元 403生成的激活消息, 以使终端 上的应用程序被激活,使激活后的应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对需要修 改的被叫号码进行修改。
从上可知,本实施例中激活装置可以根据接收的当前位置判断是否需要激 活终端上的应用程序,并且在判断需要激活终端上的应用程序时可以生成激活 消息,从而激活终端上的应用程序,使该应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对 需要修改的被叫号码进行修改,从而使用户不需要根据不同的位置或业务场景 输入不同的被叫号码, 减少用户的拨号操作, 降低了用户操作被叫号码的繁瑣 程度, 相应地也减少了用户误操作的可能, 从而可以提高用户的操作体验, 能 够提高用户忠诚度。
图 5描述了本发明一个实施例提供的激活装置的结构, 包括:
接收单元 501 , 用于接收终端的当前位置。
判断单元 502, 用于根据接收单元 501接收的当前位置判断是否需要激活 终端上的应用程序。
获取单元 505 , 用于获取改号规则的更新信息。
生成单元 503 , 用于在判断单元 502判断需要激活终端上的应用程序时, 生成激活消息;生成更新消息,该更新消息包括获取单元 505获取的更新信息。 发送单元 504, 用于向终端发送生成单元 503生成的激活消息, 以使终端 上的应用程序被激活,使激活后的应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对需要修 改的被叫号码进行修改; 向终端发送生成单元 503生成的更新消息, 以使终端 上的应用程序根据更新信息对改号规则进行更新。
从上可知,本实施例中激活装置可以根据接收的当前位置判断是否需要激 活终端上的应用程序,并且在判断需要激活终端上的应用程序时可以生成激活 消息,从而激活终端上的应用程序,使该应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对 需要修改的被叫号码进行修改,从而使用户不需要根据不同的位置或业务场景 输入不同的被叫号码, 减少用户的拨号操作, 降低了用户操作被叫号码的繁瑣 程度, 相应地也减少了用户误操作的可能, 从而可以提高用户的操作体验, 能 够提高用户忠诚度。进一步, 激活装置还可以获取应用程序内置的改号规则的 更新信息; 进而向终端发送更新消息, 该更新消息包括获取的更新信息, 以使 应用程序可以根据更新信息对应用程序内置的改号规则进行更新。从而使改号 规则可以根据业务的更新而更新,从而能够更好地为用户提供服务,减少用户 的操作, 从而可以提高用户的操作体验, 能够提高用户忠诚度。
本发明一个实施例还提供了通信系统,该通信系统包括本发明实施例提供 的激活装置, 该激活装置可以与 HLR或信令监控设备连接。
上述装置和系统内的各模块之间的信息交互、执行过程等内容, 由于与本 发明方法实施例基于同一构思, 具体内容可参见本发明方法实施例中的叙述, 此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,上述的程序可存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。 其中, 上述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体(ROM: Read-Only Memory )或随机存储记忆体(RAM: Random Access Memory )等。 例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其思想; 同时,对于本领域的一般 技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种激活方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收终端的当前位置;
根据所述当前位置判断是否需要激活所述终端上的应用程序;
如果需要激活所述应用程序, 生成激活消息;
向所述终端发送所述激活消息, 以使所述应用程序被激活,使激活后的应 用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对需要修改的被叫号码进行修改。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的激活方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 获取所述改号规则的更新信息;
向所述终端发送更新消息, 所述更新消息包括所述更新信息, 以使所述应 用程序根据所述更新信息对改号规则进行更新。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的激活方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述当前位置 判断是否需要激活所述终端上的应用程序包括:
根据所述当前位置判断所述终端是否国际漫游,如果所述终端是国际漫游, 确定需要激活所述终端上的应用程序;
根据当前位置判断所述终端是否国内漫游,如果所述终端是国内漫游,确 定需要激活所述终端上的应用程序。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一所述的激活方法, 其特征在于, 接收的所述终 端的当前位置来自归属位置寄存器;
接收的所述终端的当前位置来自信令监控设备,所述信令监控设备位于所 述终端归属的归属地网络。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的激活方法, 其特征在于, 接收的所述终端的当前 位置是由所述归属位置寄存器在接收到来自所述终端的位置更新消息后发送, 所述位置更新信息包括所述终端的当前位置。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的激活方法, 其特征在于, 接收的所述终端的当前 位置是由所述信令监控设备在监控到来自所述终端的位置更新消息后发送,所 述位置更新信息包括所述终端的当前位置。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的激活方法, 其特征在于, 接收的所述终端的当前 位置是由所述信令监控设备在监控到来自所述归属位置寄存器的插入用户数 据消息后发送,所述终端的当前位置从与所述插入用户数据消息对应的位置更 新消息中获得。
8、 如权利要求 1至 3任一所述的激活方法, 其特征在于, 所述激活消息 为短消息;
所述激活消息为满足超文本传输协议的,可以通过通用分组无线业务或者 第三代技术通道进行服务端与客户端的通信的消息。
9、 一种激活装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收终端的当前位置;
判断单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的当前位置判断是否需要激活所述 终端上的应用程序;
生成单元, 用于在所述判断单元判断需要激活所述应用程序时, 生成激活 消息;
发送单元, 用于向所述终端发送所述生成单元生成的激活消息, 以使所述 应用程序被激活,使激活后的应用程序能够根据内置的改号规则对需要修改的 被叫号码进行修改。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的激活装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
获取单元, 用于获取所述改号规则的更新信息;
所述生成单元,还用于生成更新消息, 所述更新消息包括所述获取单元获 取的更新信息;
所述发送单元,还用于向所述终端发送所述生成单元生成的更新消息, 以 使所述应用程序根据所述更新信息对改号规则进行更新。
11、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 9或 10所述的激活装 置, 所述激活装置与归属位置寄存器或信令监控设备连接。
