Abstract

La présente invention concerne un flan (101) destiné à former un récipient (126). Le flan (101) est pourvu d'une couche substrat et d'une couche film. Une partie de la couche film s'étend au-delà de la couche substrat pour constituer une zone de film non supporté (122a, 122b, 122c) de manière que lorsqu'un récipient (126) est formé à partir du flan (101), la zone de film non supporté (122a, 122b, 122c) puisse envelopper et étancher les sommets (130, 132, 134, 136) situés aux angles d'une ouverture du récipient (126). L'invention a trait également à un procédé permettant de former le récipient (126), et au récipient (126) une fois formé.
