Abstract

提供一种用于建立移动终端的随机接入过程的随机接入方法、移动终端和移动通信系统。该方法包括：获取系统广播消息中的动态概率等级N和当前业务的接入业务等级（ASC)(S101)；根据所述动态概率等级N和当前业务的ASC计算所述当前业务的接入概率（S102)；将可用接入时隙对应的随机数依次与所述当前业务的接入概率比较，直至一个可用接入时隙对应的随机数小于或等于所述当前业务的接入概率为止，并在该可用接入时隙向基站发送一次接入前导码（S103)。利用本发明，能够避免当最高优先级接入业务需求比较大时，由于网络容量有限而造成的最高优先级接入业务同时失败的现象。
