In order to solve said inconvenience, the invention integrally forms a rear lamp and a fender by embedding a drawer-type fender in a rear lamp structure such that the fender is taken out while the bicycle travels on a road with dirty water, thereby protecting the rear lamp and preventing any physical contamination by preventing the splashing of sewage water.
