Abstract

Procédé et installation de production d'hélium liquide comportant un dispositif de réfrigération/liquéfaction (1 ) comprenant un circuit (2) de travail soumettant un fluide de travail enrichi en hélium à un cycle thermodynamique pour produire de l'hélium liquide, le circuit (2) comprenant au moins un organe (3) de compression du fluide de travail et plusieurs échangeurs (4) de chaleur, l'installation comprenant plusieurs conduites (5) de récupération de fluide ayant des extrémités amont respectives destinées à être raccordées sélectivement à des réservoirs (6) respectifs, l'installation comprenant une première conduite (7) collectrice ayant une extrémité amont reliée aux conduites (5) de récupération et une extrémité aval reliée à un organe (8) récepteur susceptible d'alimenter le circuit (2) de travail en fluide de travail, l'installation étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une seconde (9) et une troisième (10) conduites collectrices ayant chacune une extrémité amont reliée aux conduites (5) de récupération et une extrémité aval reliée au circuit (2) de travail, les extrémités aval des seconde (9) et troisième (10) conduites collectrices étant raccordées à des positions distinctes déterminées du circuit (2) de travail correspondants respectivement à des niveaux de température distincts du fluide de travail dans le circuit (2) de travail.
