本发明涉及移动通信领域, 具体涉及一种设备切换方法及装 置。 背景技术
MBMS ( Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service , 多媒体广播 组播业务)用于为无线小区中的用户提供多媒体广播和组播服务, 该 MBMS业务在进行多小区传输时需要支持 MBSFN ( Multimedia Broadcast Single Frequency Network, 组播单频网)传输方式。 参 见图 1 ,图 1给出了 MBMS业务区与 MBSFN同步区的关系, MBMS 业务区域由一个或多个业务标识组成, 每个标识映射至一个或多 个 MBSFN区域。
当接收 MBMS业务的 UE ( User Equipment, 用户设备 )在不 同的 MBSFN 区域进行移动、 或在同一 MBSFN 区域内移动到 MBSFN区域边界时, 源基站可能要对 UE进行区域切换。
目前,源基站主要是从 UE的测量报告中选择一个信号质量较 好的小区, 然后将 UE切换到该选择的小区上。
上述切换过程, 可能导致 UE的 MBMS业务的中断。 例如, 源基站根据 UE的测量报告, 切换的目标小区可能是小区 2、 小区 3 , 假设小区 2支持 MBMS业务, 小区 3不支持, 源基站可能将 UE切换到小区 3 , 这样就将导致 UE的 MBMS业务的中断。 发明内容 为了解决上述问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种设备切换方法 及装置。 所述技术方案如下:

本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是: 本发明通 过获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息,并根据 MBMS业务配置信息 及用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息为用户设备选择目标小区, 将用 户设备切换到目标小区的技术方案的实现, 使得用户设备能够切 换到适合的目标小区。
下面, 结合附图详细介绍上述设备切换方法, 所述方法的执 行主体包括基站或网络节点等, 本发明对此并不做具体限定。 参 见图 3 , 所述方法具体如下:
步骤 201 : 基站获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
其中, MBMS业务配置信息至少包括: 组播单频 MBSFN 区 域 ID、 小区信息、 MBMS业务标识、 MBMS会话标识和 MBMS 业务区域标识; 其中, 小区信息包括: 组播单频 MBSFN区域预留 小区信息和组播单频 MBSFN区域非预留小区信息。
具体地, 基站获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息包括如下方式 之一:
方 式一 、 从无 线接入 网 络侧 的 集 中 节 点 MCE ( Multi-Cell/Multicast Coordination Entity, 逻辑实体)处获得邻小 区 MBMS业务配置信息;
在对该方式进行具体说明之前, 需要知道的是, 在 LTE ( Long Term Evolution,长期演进)系统的 MBMS业务的逻辑架构中, MCE 为 RAN ( Radio Access Network, 无线接入网络) 侧的集中节点, 负责 MBSFN资源的分配; M2接口为 MCE与基站间的逻辑接口, 用来传送小区 MBMS业务配置信息, 本实施例中称 M2接口为第 三通信接口。
由上可知, 可以通过第三通信接口 M2, 从 MCE中获得邻小 区的 MBMS配置信息; 包括: 向无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE 发起第三通信接口建立请求消息,接收 MCE返回的邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息;
或者, 向无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE发起基站配置更新 消息, 接收 MCE返回的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 接收无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE发起的 MCE配 置更新消息 MCE中携带的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息。

步骤 201-3:基站 eNB接收并保存该第三通信接口 M2建立响 应消息中返回的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
其中, 接收无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE发起的 MCE配 置更新消息 MCE中携带的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息包括如下 步骤:
步骤 201-4: 邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息发生改变时, 基站 eNB向 MCE发起基站配置更新消息,该基站配置更新消息中携带 有自身存储的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
步骤 201-5: MCE接收到基站配置更新消息后, 保存该基站 配置更新消息中携带的邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息, 并向基站 eNB返回基站配置更新确认消息;
步骤 201-6: 基站 eNB接收到该基站配置更新确认消息后,根 据该基站配置更新确认消息中携带的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息 更新自身存储的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息并保存;
或者
步骤 201-7: 当邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息发生改变时, MCE 向基站 eNB发起 MCE配置更新消息;
步骤 201-8: 基站 eNB接收到该 MCE配置更新消息后, 根据 该 MCE配置更新消息中携带的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息更新 自身存储的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
步骤 201-9: 基站 eNB向 MCE返回 MCE配置确认消息, 通 知 MCE发送的 MCE请求更新的应用层数据被成功执行。
方式二、从第一通信接口中获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息, 其中, 该第一通信接口具体为人工操作接口 OAM (Operation Administration and Maintenance,操作、 管理和维护)。 具体 口下: 步骤 201-10: 邻小区在建立或更新邻小区 MBMS业务配置信 息时, 基站 eNB 向第一通信接口 OAM发送邻小区关系报告 NR report消息;
步骤 201-11 : 第一通信接口 OAM在接收到该 NR report消息 后, 向基站 eNB返回建立 /更新邻小区信息 Add/Update NR消息; 步骤 201-12: 基站 eNB接收到该 Add/Update NR消息后, 根 据该 Add/Update NR消息中携带的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息保 存邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息或更新自身存储的邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息;
方式三、 从第二通信接口的建立或更新过程中获取邻小区
MBMS业务配置信息;
步骤 201-13:基站 eNBl向邻小区基站 eNB2发起第二通信接 口 X2建立请求消息;
步骤 201-14: 邻小区基站 eNB2接收到 X2建立请求消息后, 保存该第二通信接口 X2建立请求消息中携带的管理小区 MBMS 业务配置信息, 并向基站 eNBl返回第二通信接口 X2建立响应消 步骤 201-15: 基站 eNBl接收到第二通信接口 X2建立响应消 息后, 保存该第二通信接口 X2 建立响应消息中携带的管理小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者
步骤 201-16: 邻小区基站 eNBl向基站 eNB2发起基站配置更 新消息;
步骤 201-17: 基站 eNB2收到基站配置更新消息后,根据该基 站配置更新消息中携带的基站所有增加或者修改的 MBMS业务配 置信息更新自身存储的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
步骤 201-18:基站 eNB2向邻小区基站 eNBl发送基站配置更 新确认消息,通知邻小区基站 eNBl发送的基站配置更新的应用层 数据被成功执行。
步骤 202: 基站判断是否要对用户设备 UE进行区域切换, 如 果是, 则执行步骤 203 , 否则, 不进行任何处理;
具体地, 根据射频信号强度、 载干比、 基站与用户设备的相 对位置以及误码率来判断是否对用户设备进行区域切换; 例如, 当基站检测到信号强度低于预设阈值时,就对用户设备 UE进行区 域切换, 本实施例对此不做限定。
步骤 203:基站根据 UE上报的测量报告、 RRM( Radio Resource Management, 无线资源管理) 算法、 MBMS业务接收信息及邻小 区 MBMS业务配置信息来为 UE选择一个目标小区;
具体包括:
步骤 203-1A:基站选择邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息与 MBMS 业务接收信息相匹配的小区作为目标小区;
步骤 203-2A: 基站判断该目标小区的信号质量是否高于预设 值, 如果是, 执行步骤 204, 否则, 执行步骤 203-3A; 步骤 203-3A: 基站从 UE上报的测量报告中为用户设备选择 一个高于预设值的小区作为目标小区, 其中, UE上报的测量报告 中包含小区信号质量指标;
或者
步骤 203-1B: 基站根据 UE上报的测量报告为用户设备选择 信号质量高于预设值的小区作为待切换小区, 其中, UE上报的测 量报告中包含小区信号质量指标;
步骤 203-2B: 基站从待切换小区中选择邻小区 MBMS业务配 置信息与 MBMS业务接收信息相匹配的小区作为目标小区; 如果 基站从待切换小区中找不到邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息与 MBMS 业务接收信息相匹配的小区, 则从待切换小区中选择一个小区作 为目标小区;
步骤 204: 基站将用户设备切换到目标小区;
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是: 本发明通 过获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息,并根据 MBMS业务配置信息 及用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息为用户设备选择目标小区, 将用 户设备切换到目标小区的技术方案的实现, 使得用户设备能够切 换到适合的目标小区; 如将用户设备切换到支持 MBMS业务的小 区上, 从而保证用户设备 MBMS业务的连续性, 或者, 将用户设 备切换到信号质量较高的小区上, 从而保证用户设备的单播业务。
实施例 2
参见图 4, 一种设备切换装置, 该装置具体与实施例 1中的基 站或网络节点相对应, 本发明实施例对此并不#文具体限定。 该装 置 30包括: 获取模块 301、 选择模块 302和切换模块 303;
获取模块 301 , 用于获取邻小区多媒体广播组播 MBMS业务 配置信息;
选择模块 302, 用于根据获取模块 301获取的 MBMS业务配 置信息及用户设备 MBMS 业务接收信息为用户设备选择目标小 区; 切换模块 303 ,用于将用户设备切换到选择模块 302选择的目 标小区上。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是: 本发明通 过获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息,并根据 MBMS业务配置信息 为用户设备选择目标小区, 将用户设备切换到目标小区的技术方 案的实现, 使得用户设备能够切换到适合的目标小区。
下面,结合附图对上述设备切换装置进行详细说明,参见图 5 , 该装置 40包括: 获取模块 401、 判断模块 402、 选择模块 403和 切换模块 404;
获取模块 401 , 用于获取邻小区多媒体广播组播 MBMS业务 配置信息;
第一获取单元, 用于从无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE处获 得邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 第二获取单元, 用于从第一通信接口中获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 第三获取单元, 用于从第二通信接口的建立或更新过 程中获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息。
其中, 第一获取单元, 具体用于向无线接入网络侧的集中节 点 MCE发起第三通信接口建立请求消息, 接收 MCE返回的邻小 区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 第一获取单元, 具体用于向无线接入网络侧的集中节 点 MCE发起基站配置更新消息, 接收 MCE返回的邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息;
或者, 第一获取单元, 具体用于接收无线接入网络侧的集中 节点 MCE发起的 MCE配置更新消息 MCE中携带的邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息。
其中, 第二获取单元, 具体用于向第一通信接口发送邻小区 关系报告消息, 接收所述第一通信接口返回的邻小区 MBMS业务 配置信息。 其中, 第三获取单元, 具体用于向邻小区基站发起第二通信 接口建立请求消息, 接收所述邻小区基站返回的邻小区 MBMS业 务配置信息;
或者, 第三获取单元, 具体用于接收邻小区基站发起基站配 置更新消息中携带的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息。
在具体实现时, 第一通信接口为人工操作接口 OAM、 第二通 信接口为 X2接口、 第三通信接口为 M2接口。
判断模块 402, 用于判断用户设备是否发生切换。
具体地,判断模块 402,用于根据 UE上报的测量报告及 RRM 算法对 UE进行切换判决; 其中, UE上报的测量报告中包含小区 信号质量指标, 在所获得的小区信号质量低于预定阈值的时候, 认为 UE将要发生切换。
选择模块 403 , 用于根据获取模块 401获取的 MBMS业务配 置信息及用户设备 MBMS 业务接收信息为用户设备选择目标小 区;
具体地, 选择模块包括 403:
第一选择单元, 用于选择所述邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息与 所述用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息相配的小区为目标小区;
判断单元, 用于判断所述目标小区的信号质量是否小于预设 值。
第二选择单元, 当判断单元的判断结果为是时, 选择一个信 号质量高于所述预设值的小区作为目标小区;
或者
第三选择单元, 选择信号质量高于预设值的小区的作为待切 换小区;
第四选择单元, 从所述待切换小区中选择所述邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息与所述用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息相配的小区为 目标小区;
第五选择单元, 如果所述待切换小区中不存在所述邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息与所述用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息相配的 小区, 则从所述待切换小区中选择一个小区作为目标小区。
切换模块 404,用于将用户设备切换到选择模块 403选择的目 标小区。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是: 本发明通 过获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息,并根据 MBMS业务配置信息 为用户设备选择目标小区, 将用户设备切换到目标小区的技术方 案的实现, 使得用户设备能够切换到适合的目标小区; 如将用户 设备切换到支持 MBMS业务的小区上, 从而保证用户设备 MBMS 业务的连续性, 或者, 将用户设备切换到信号质量较高的小区上, 从而保证用户设备的单播业务。 以上实施例提供的技术方案中的全部或部分内容可以通过软 件编程实现, 其软件程序存储在可读取的存储介质中, 存储介质 例如: 计算机中的硬盘、 光盘或软盘。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种设备切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取邻小区多媒体广播组播 MBMS业务配置信息;
根据所述邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息及用户设备 MBMS业务接 收信息为所述用户设备选择目标小区;
将所述用户设备切换到所述目标小区。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取邻小区 多媒体广播组播 MBMS业务配置信息包括:
从无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE处获得邻小区 MBMS业务配 置信息;
或者, 从 OAM接口中获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息; 或者, 从 X2接口的建立或更新过程中获取邻小区 MBMS业务 配置信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 从无线接入网络 侧的集中节点 MCE处获得邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息包括:
向无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE发起 M2接口建立请求消息, 接收 MCE返回的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 向无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE发起基站配置更新消 息, 接收 MCE返回的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 接收无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE发起的 MCE配置 更新消息 MCE中携带的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从 OAM接 口中获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息包括:
向 OAM接口发送邻小区关系报告消息, 接收所述 OAM接口返 回的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从 X2接口 的建立或更新过程中获取邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息包括:
向邻小区基站发起 X2接口建立请求消息, 接收所述邻小区基站 返回的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 接收邻小区基站发起基站配置更新消息中携带的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述邻 小区 MBMS业务配置信息及用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息为用户设 备选择目标小区包括:
选择所述邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息与所述用户设备 MBMS业 务接收信息相配的小区为目标小区;
判断所述目标小区的信号质量是否小于预设值, 如果是, 则选择 一个信号质量高于所述预设值的小区作为目标小区;
或者
选择信号质量高于预设值的小区的作为待切换小区;
从所述待切换小区中选择所述邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息与所 述用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息相配的小区为目标小区; 如果所述 待切换小区中不存在所述邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息与所述用户设 备 MBMS业务接收信息相配的小区, 则从所述待切换小区中选择一 个小区作为目标小区。
7、 一种设备切换装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 获取模块、 选择模块和切换模块;
所述获取模块, 用于获取邻小区多媒体广播组播 MBMS业务配 置信息;
所述选择模块, 用于根据所述 MBMS业务配置信息及用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息为所述用户设备选择目标小区;
所述切换模块, 用于将所述用户设备切换到所述目标小区。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块包 括:
第一获取单元, 用于从无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE处获得 邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 第二获取单元, 用于从 OAM接口中获取邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息;
或者, 第三获取单元, 用于从 X2接口的建立或更新过程中获取 邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一获取单 元, 具体用于向无线接入网络侧的集中节点 MCE发起 M2接口建立 请求消息, 接收 MCE返回的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 所述第一获取单元, 具体用于向无线接入网络侧的集中节 点 MCE发起基站配置更新消息,接收 MCE返回的邻小区 MBMS业 务配置信息;
或者, 所述第一获取单元, 具体用于接收无线接入网络侧的集中 节点 MCE发起的 MCE配置更新消息 MCE中携带的邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二获取单 元,具体用于向 OAM接口发送邻小区关系报告消息,接收所述 OAM 接口返回的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第三获取单 元, 具体用于向邻小区基站发起第二通信接口建立请求消息,接收所 述邻小区基站返回的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息;
或者, 所述第三获取单元, 具体用于接收邻小区基站发起基站配 置更新消息中携带的邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述选择模块包 括:
第一选择单元, 用于选择所述邻小区 MBMS业务配置信息与所 述用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息相配的小区为目标小区;
判断单元, 用于判断所述目标小区的信号质量是否小于预设值; 第二选择单元, 当所述判断单元的判断结果为是时, 选择一个信 号质量高于所述预设值的小区作为目标小区;
或者
第三选择单元,选择信号质量高于预设值的小区的作为待切换小 区;
第四选择单元, 从所述待切换小区中选择所述邻小区 MBMS业 务配置信息与所述用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息相配的小区为目标 小区;
第五选择单元,如果所述待切换小区中不存在所述邻小区 MBMS 业务配置信息与所述用户设备 MBMS业务接收信息相配的小区, 则 从所述待切换小区中选择一个小区作为目标小区。
