宠物饮食碗 技术领域
本发明涉及家畜的伺喂装置, 特别是涉及宠物饮食的碗具。 技术背景
现有的宠物饮食碗通常采用陶瓷材料或工程塑料制作。 陶瓷材料的宠物饮食碗易清洗, 但底部容易打滑, 食料易打翻,宠物也容易将陶瓷碗打碎; 另外陶瓷碗外观单调, 造型变化有 限。 工程塑料的宠物饮食碗虽不易打碎、 打滑, 但整体轻飘, 容易被挪动位置, 而且难于清 洗, 宠物的爪子容易将塑料碗内面抓花。 盛放过加酸和加碱的食物后, 塑料碗还容易变色。 并且, 为了让宠物饮食碗有一定重量防止宠物打翻饮食碗, 势必要加厚碗壁, 令成本大幅上 升。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐用、 易清洁和制作简单的宠物饮食碗。
本发明采用的技术方案如下: 设计、制作一种宠物饮食碗, 包括用工程塑料制成的外壳、 陶瓷内胆以及紧密贴合在所述外壳和陶瓷内胆之间的弹性体。
所述弹性体和外壳贴合的一侧表面有平行的圆环状凸纹。
所述圆环状凸纹在所述弹性体的圆弧柱面上呈现为波浪形线条或平直线条。
所述弹性体为环形的带状物或呈碗状。
所述弹性体为环形的带状物时, 外壳的底面和陶瓷内胆的底面之间有胶粘层。
所述外壳底面有排气孔。
所述外壳外底面有环形防滑圈, 该防滑圈遮盖所述排气孔。 与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下技术效果:
1、 塑料外壳套在陶瓷内胆外面, 所述饮食碗不易破碎, 且隔热保温;
2、 整体稳重, 不易打滑, 宠物进食方便;
3、 易清洗干净, 宠物进食更安全卫生;
4、 表面不会被宠物抓花, 遇到加酸、 加碱食物不易变色, 经久耐用;
5、 外壳可以有多种多样的造型和变换不同色调。 附图说明

图 6是本发明宠物饮食碗外底部装有密封圈的立体示意图; 具体实施方式 以下结合优选实施例进行详细描述
如图 1所示, 一种宠物饮食碗包括用工程塑料制成的外壳 1、 陶瓷内胆 2以及紧密贴合 在所述外壳 1和陶瓷内胆 2之间的弹性体 3。该宠物饮食碗的制作如图 2所示, 先将弹性体 3 套在陶瓷内胆 2上, 再将套有弹性体 3的陶瓷内胆 2压入刚注塑成型脱模后的外壳 1内。 弹 性体 3可以缓冲陶瓷内胆 2与外壳 1之间因热胀冷縮引起的变形, 确保陶瓷内胆 2与外壳 1 结合牢固。
如图 3所示, 弹性体 3可以为环形的带状物, 仅与陶瓷内胆 2和外壳 1的圆周面贴合, 所述外壳 1的底面和陶瓷内胆 2的底面之间可以选择借助胶粘层 4固定。 又如图 4所示, 弹 性体 3也可以呈碗状, 与陶瓷内胆 2的外壁和外壳 1的内圆周面和底面均贴合。
如图 5所示, 所述弹性体 3和外壳 1贴合的一侧表面有平行的圆环状凸纹 31。 所述圆 环状凸纹 31在所述弹性体 3的圆弧柱面上呈现平直线条。 该圆环状凸纹 31还可以是波浪形 线条或其他形状线条。
在套有弹性体 3的陶瓷内胆 2压入外壳 1时,为了能将二者之间的空气排除,确保外壳 1安装到位, 如图 3、 图 4所示, 所述外壳 1底面有至少一处工艺排气孔 11。 如图 3、 图 4和 图 6所示, 所述外壳 1的外底面有环形防滑圈 12, 在套有弹性体 3的陶瓷内胆 2压入外壳 1 后, 最后将环形防滑圈 12装入外壳 1外底面上的凹槽内, 最好遮盖所述排气孔 11, 见图 3。 该防滑圈 12能增加外壳 1与地面之间的摩擦力, 防止宠物饮食碗打滑。
再如图 6所示, 外壳 1的表面设计了手指状造型。

Claims

1. 一种宠物饮食碗, 其特征在于: 包括用工程塑料制成的外壳 (1 )、 陶瓷内胆 (2) 以及紧 密贴合在所述外壳 (1 ) 和陶瓷内胆 (2) 之间的弹性体 (3)。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的宠物饮食碗, 其特征在于: 所述弹性体(3)和外壳(1 )贴合的一侧 表面有平行的圆环状凸纹 (31 ) 。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的宠物饮食碗, 其特征在于: 所述圆环状凸纹(31 )在所述弹性体(3) 的圆弧柱面上呈现为波浪形线条或平直线条。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的宠物饮食碗, 其特征在于: 所述弹性体 (3) 为环形的带状物。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的宠物饮食碗, 其特征在于: 所述外壳(1 ) 的底面和陶瓷内胆 (2) 的 底面之间有胶粘层 (4) 。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的宠物饮食碗, 其特征在于: 所述弹性体 (3) 呈碗状。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的宠物饮食碗, 其特征在于: 所述外壳 (1 ) 底面有排气孔 (11 ) 。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的宠物饮食碗,其特征在于:所述外壳(1 )外底面还有环形防滑圈(12)。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的宠物饮食碗, 其特征在于: 所述防滑圈(12)遮盖所述排气孔(11 ) 。
