本发明的目的, 就是针对现有技术所存在的不足, 而提供一种锥 体遥控注入装置的技术方案,该方案注入器的旋进推杆与步进电机之 间的连接关系,是采用步进电机上的花键套和旋进推杆上的花键滑块 配合的连接,这种连接可将步进电机的转动转换传递到注入器活塞的 推动, 实现对锥体注入所需材料。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的: 包括有一个底座, 在底座 的一端固定有注入器固定架,带有活塞和旋进推杆的注入器就固定在 注入器固定架内, 另外, 在底座的另一端还有一步进电机, 该步进电 机的步进电机出轴驱动注入器的旋进推杆,本方案的特点是所述的步 进电机是固定在底座上,在步进电机的步进电机出轴上固定有一轴线 与旋进推杆轴线同轴的花键套,在该花键套内有与花键套的花键相配 合的花键滑块, 所述的花键滑块则固定在旋进推杆上。本方案具体的 特点还有,所述的注入器固定架上有控制注入器装卸的注入器装卸旋 钮。
本方案的有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知,由于在该方案 中的步进电机是固定在底座上,在步进电机的步进电机出轴上固定有 一轴线与旋进推杆轴线同轴的花键套,在该花键套内有与花键套的花 键相配合的花键滑块, 所述的花键滑块则固定在旋进推杆上。这一结 构, 可将步进电机的转动转换传递到注入器活塞的推动, 实现了对锥 体的注入, 并且结构简单又不增加生产成本。 由此可见, 本实用新型 与现有技术相比, 具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步, 其实施的有 益效果也是显而易见的。
