Abstract

The invention incorporates a "raised" Safety Collar that is actually forged in to the blasting device (Fig 4, 16) to prevent ejection of said device from its holding fixture (Fig 2, 9). The invention also incorporates "angled" discharge nozzle that allows the discharge to aerodynamically flow over the raised safety collar.
