Abstract

Device and method for diagnosing short circuits in AC electric motors, which device is composed of a set of three identical resistances arranged in a star, forming a floating neutral, a voltage sensor which measures the zero sequence voltage, and an electronic system which makes it possible to carry out frequency processing on the voltage signal, taking into account the rotational speed of the motor.
