Abstract

本发明公开了一种资源分配的方法及装置,涉及通信领域,用以实现有效提升用户间的公平性,并进一步实现向各用户合理分配资源。所述方法包括:根据上一时刻的公平性参数、上一时刻的边均比以及预设临界值更新当前时刻的公平性参数,边均比为小区边缘平均吞吐量与系统平均吞吐量之比,公平性参数不小于零;根据上一时刻各个用户的用户平均吞吐量、当前时刻的公平性参数以及当前时刻下各个用户的信道条件获取最大化系统效用时的分配方案;按照所述最大化系统效用时的分配方案进行资源分配,以使得当前时刻的边均比相对于上一时刻的边均比趋于预设临界值。本发明方案适用于系统资源分配的场景。
