Abstract

A fan module assembly, including a fan module having a housing, a fan cover mounted to the housing, a fan installed in the housing, and a motor assembly coupled to the fan cover; and a fixed magnetic body cooperating with the motor assembly, wherein the motor assembly has a rotary magnetic body cooperating with the fixed magnetic body, a motor cover mounted to the rotary magnetic body, and a rotating shaft passing through the motor cover and coupled to the rotary magnetic body and to the fan, and the fan cover is sealed from the motor cover. The fan cover and the motor cover are sealed while the rotating shaft is not sealed, so that even when the rotating shaft rotates at a high speed with a low torque, the fan module assembly can be operated without allowing exhaust gas to leak and the rotating shaft maintains rotational performance.
