As a result, the concentration of the microbubbles MB is likely to increase, and the ability to decompose and remove contaminants can be exhibited in a short time after the piezoelectric vibrator 1 is driven.
- the concentration of the microbubble MB can be increased in such a short time, when the state of the water flowing in the pipe Pi deteriorates (for example, when the concentration of a predetermined contaminant is higher than a certain level). ) Can also be controlled to drive the piezoelectric vibrator 1. Even in this case, the purification device B can decompose and remove the contaminants contained in the water flowing through the pipe Pi in a short time. - the microbubble MB is pulled toward the pipe Pi by applying a positive DC current to the pipe Pi (see FIG. 5). Since the micro bubbles MB are pulled toward the pipe, most of the micro bubbles MB generated in the piezoelectric vibrator 1 adhere to the deposit Dp adhering to the inner surface of the pipe Pi, and the deposit Dp is removed from the inner surface of the pipe Pi. While peeling, it decomposes (see FIG. 6).
- the purification device C is configured to adsorb most of the generated microbubbles MB on the inner surface of the pipe Pi, so that the bacteria Sb is hardly generated and the deposit Dp is easily deposited on the inner surface of the pipe Pi.

That is, when the foreign object Ob adheres to the piezoelectric vibrator 1 or the support member, the effect of the purification device is reduced.
- the filter 6 is disposed on the upstream side of the piezoelectric vibrator 1 so that the foreign object Ob that obstructs the operation of the piezoelectric vibrator 1 does not approach the piezoelectric vibrator 1 (see FIG. 9).
- the piezoelectric vibrator 1 can stably generate the microbubbles MB, and the bacteria Sb and the deposits are decomposed into harmless minute substances by the microbubbles MB.
- the filter 6 is coarse enough to be caught by the foreign matter Ob, so that clogging hardly occurs and the frequency of replacement of the filter 6 can be reduced. Abstract
Description
圧電材料として、例えば、LiNbO3(ニオブ酸リチウム)、PZT(チタン酸ジルコン酸鉛)等を挙げることができる。
