Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé conçu pour diminuer la consommation énergétique globale par l'utilisation d'un dispositif délocalisé ou d'un réseau sensoriel et d'informations ouvert, ledit procédé favorisant l'objectif de diminution de la consommation dans des unités de bâtiment ou des habitations individuelles. Ce réseau, modulable et autoconfigurable, effectue le contrôle, la surveillance et la maîtrise globale de l'efficacité énergétique et de l'isolation acoustique de bâtiments et d'habitations à l'aide de systèmes autonomes ou de cellules individuelles localisées dans chaque bâtiment ou habitation, composées de détecteurs (de température, d'humidité, de rayonnement électromagnétique et acoustique, et de compteurs du flux électrique et de combustible) et d'unités de traitement, de stockage et de communication. Ledit réseau peut transmettre les mesures à un centre de traitement de données (système central), et les cellules individuelles peuvent être la propriété de chacun des utilisateurs du réseau. Une caractéristique supplémentaire de cette invention repose sur le fait que le réseau mentionné peut être décentralisé et transparent sur l'ensemble des cellules individuelles et pour chacune d'entre elles (configuration point-à-point), et constituer un réseau neuronal fondé sur un programme partagé exécutable dans la cellule individuelle même ou par le biais d'un site Internet dans un centre de traitement, où chaque utilisateur du réseau peut obtenir des informations de sa cellule individuelle et accéder aux informations de toutes les cellules du réseau ou d'une partie desdites cellules, distinctes de sa cellule.
