2202: 应用服务器根据该请求创建会议成功后, 向指定的客户端发起会 议呼叫请求,并将响应会议呼叫请求的客户端添加到创建会议的会议成员中;
2203: 应用服务器收到客户端发起的会场订阅请求后, 将会议信息和会 议成员信息发送到相应的客户端。 图 3表示的是运用本发明的方法实施例在多媒体会议中实现即时消息聊 天的信令交互流程, 包括:
步骤 1 : 会议创建者(或会议主持者)向应用服务器发起创建 IM多媒体 会议请求;
步骤 2: 应用服务器根据该会议请求创建会议成功;
步骤 3~6: 应用服务器根据会议请求中携带的被邀请参见会议的客户端 信息呼叫相应的客户端,将返回应答的客户端添加到创建会议的会议成员中; 被呼叫的客户端参加到创建会议中进行会议业务;
会议成员至少包括业务定制客户端, 也可以包括普通通信终端; 其中定 制客户端包括 PC客户端、 可定制多媒体业务的电视终端以及其它可进行网 上多媒体业务的手机终端中的一种或多种; 普通通信终端包括普通的固定电 话终端、 移动电话终端中的一种或多种。
业务定制客户端可以与应用服务器通过标准协议进行通信, 以便参与会 议过程中进行即时消息聊天。
应用服务器向客户端发起的会议呼叫中带有多媒体会议的标识, 以便业 务定制客户端可以识别出此呼叫为一个多媒体会议呼叫, 业务定制客户端接 听后即主动向应用服务器发起对会场的订阅请求, 以便获取到当前会议的成 员记录信息。
步骤 7~10: 应用服务器收到客户端发起的会场订阅请求后, 将会议信息 和会议成员信息发送到相应的客户端;
应用服务器将会议成员信息发送给客户端时, 会议成员信息中含有标识 表示该会议成员为业务定制客户端还是普通通信终端, 以便业务定制客户端 可以识别出当前会议成员中哪些成员是有能力接收即时消息的。
步骤 11 :业务定制客户端在会议过程中向应用服务器发送 IM聊天请求, 并得到应用服务器的 IM聊天响应;
步骤 12、 13: 该业务定制客户端随后将 IM聊天消息发送到应用服务器, 由应用服务器根据 IM聊天请求中携带的被邀请参加 IM聊天的其它业务定制 客户端信息, 将 IM聊天消息转发给相应的业务定制客户端; 则业务定制客 户端在应用服务器的控制下进行 IM聊天业务。
业务定制客户端向应用服务器发起即时消息聊天请求时, 可以指定一个 或多个会议成员,则应用服务器只向指定的会议成员发送即时消息聊天消息; 或者也可以不指定接收成员, 应用服务器向所有的会议成员发送即时消息。
这样, 在多媒体会议过程便中可以向会议成员同时提供私人即时消息聊 天、 多人即时消息聊天、 会议即时消息群聊的功能。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现, 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

上述实施方式能够在多媒体会议系统中实现会议成员间的私人即时消 , 聊天、 多人即时消息聊天和会议即时消息群聊的功能, 从而丰富了多媒体会 议业务的应用场景, 提高了业务的用户体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种多媒体会议成员实现消息交互的方法,涉及参与多媒体会议业 务的应用服务器和多个客户端, 该方法包括:
设置所述多媒体会议业务下的即时消息聊天功能;
所述应用服务器创建多媒体会议成功后, 根据所述客户端发起的会场订 阅请求将会议信息和会议成员信息返回给相应的客户端;
所述应用服务器收到作为会议成员的客户端发送的即时消息聊天请求 后, 将所述客户端发送的即时消息向相应的其它客户端转发。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法,其中, 所述客户端至少包括业务定制 客户端, 其中包括个人计算机客户端、 可定制多媒体业务的电视终端以及其 它可进行网上多媒体业务的手机终端中的一种或多种;
所述应用服务器收到作为会议成员的业务定制客户端发送的即时消息聊 天请求后, 将业务定制客户端发送的即时消息向相应的其它业务定制客户端 转发。
3、 按照权利要求 2所述的方法,其中, 所述客户端还包括普通通信终 端, 所述普通通信终端包括普通的固定电话终端、 移动电话终端中的一种或 多种。
4、 按照权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法,其中, 所述应用服务器创 建多媒体会议成功后, 根据所述客户端发起的会场订阅请求将会议信息和会 议成员信息返回给相应的客户端的步骤包括:
会议创建者客户端发起多媒体会议创建请求, 请求中指定参加所述会议 的会议成员客户端信息;
所述应用服务器根据所述请求创建所述会议成功后, 向指定的客户端发 起会议呼叫请求, 并将响应会议呼叫请求的客户端添加到创建会议的会议成 员记录中;
所述应用服务器收到会议成员客户端发起的会场订阅请求后, 将会议信 息和会议成员信息返回给所述会议成员客户端。
5、 按照权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述将业务定制客户端发送的即时消息向相应的其它业务定制客户端转 发的步骤包括: 所述应用服务器向所述即时消息聊天请求中指定的一个或多 个所述业务定制客户端转发所述即时消息; 或者, 应用服务器向所有的所述 业务定制客户端转发所述即时消息。
6、 一种多媒体会议成员实现消息交互的系统 ,包括通过通信网络参与 多媒体会议业务的应用服务器和多个客户端, 其中:
所述客户端设置为: 在所述多媒体会议业务过程中向所述应用服务器发 送会场订阅请求, 并根据所述应用服务器返回的会议成员信息向所述应用服 务器发送邀请其它客户端参加即时消息聊天请求;
所述应用服务器设置为: 收到所述即时消息聊天请求后, 将所述客户端 发送的即时消息向相应的其它客户端转发。
7、 按照权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述通信网络包括核心网、 局域网或广域网中的一种或多种; 其中核心 网包括 IP多媒体子系统核心网和 /或软交换核心网;
所述客户端至少包括业务定制客户端, 其中包括个人计算机客户端、 可 定制多媒体会议业务的电视终端以及其它可进行网上多媒体业务的手机终端 中的一种或多种; 向所述应用服务器发送所述即时消息聊天请求的所述客户 端为所述业务定制客户端;
所述应用服务器是设置为将业务定制客户端发送的即时消息向相应的其 它业务定制客户端转发。
8、 按照权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述客户端还包括普通通信终端, 所述普通通信终端包括普通的固定电 话终端、 移动电话终端中的一种或多种。
9、 按照权利要求 6至 9任一项所述的系统, 其中,
所述客户端还设置为作为会议主持者发起多媒体会议创建请求, 请求中 指定参加会议的客户端信息;
所述应用服务器还设置为: 根据所述创建请求创建会议成功后, 向指定 的客户端发起会议呼叫请求, 将应答所述会议呼叫请求的客户端添加到创建 会议的会议成员记录中; 在收到所述客户端发送的所述会场订阅请求后, 将 会议信息和所述会议成员信息发送给相应的客户端。
10、 按照权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述应用服务器是设置为以如下方式将业务定制客户端发送的即时消息 向相应的其它业务定制客户端转发: 向所述即时消息聊天请求中指定的一个 或多个所述业务定制客户端转发所述即时消息; 或者, 向所有的所述业务定 制客户端转发所述即时消息。
11、 一种应用服务器, 其包括:
订阅单元, 其设置为: 创建多媒体会议成功后, 根据客户端发起的会场 订阅请求将会议信息和会议成员信息返回给相应的客户端;
转发单元, 其设置为: 接收到作为会议成员的客户端发送的即时消息聊 天请求后, 将所述客户端发送的即时消息向相应的其它客户端转发。
12、 按照权利要求 11所述的应用服务器, 其中,
所述转发单元是设置为: 向所述即时消息聊天请求中指定的一个或多个 所述业务定制客户端转发所述即时消息; 或者, 向所有的所述业务定制客户 端转发所述即时消息。
13、 一种客户端, 其包括:
会场订阅单元, 其设置为: 在多媒体会议业务过程中向应用服务器发送 会场订阅请求;
邀请单元, 其设置为: 根据所述应用服务器返回的会议成员信息向所述 应用服务器发送邀请其它客户端参加即时消息聊天的请求; 以及
即时消息发送单元, 其设置为: 向所述应用服务器发送即时聊天消息。
14、 按照权利要求 13所述的客户端, 所述客户端至少包括业务定制客 户端, 其中包括个人计算机客户端、 可定制多媒体会议业务的电视终端以及 其它可进行网上多媒体业务的手机终端中的一种或多种; 向所述应用服务器 发送所述即时消息聊天请求的所述客户端为所述业务定制客户端。
15、 按照权利要求 14所述的客户端,所述客户端还包括普通通信终端, 所述普通通信终端包括普通的固定电话终端、移动电话终端中的一种或多种。
