目前电视广告是根据广告媒体的受众人口统计学特征进行媒体组合和投放, 这种投放 方式是粗放式的, 而且其效果测量也往往是通过间接的手段进行, 极不精准。 并且现有的 电视广告属于不区分受众的广播类型, 许多人并非广告的目标消费者, 这种投放方式可能 造成大量广告费用的浪费。 而且, 在信息爆炸的今天, 人们接收到的信息超过了负荷, 对 于大量与自己无关的广告信息, 避尤不及, 更谈不上接收或接受。
发明人在实现本技术的过程中发现, 现有技术至少存在以下缺点: 现有的广告投放方 式是单向对消费者进行传播, 目标消费者即使对广告的商品产生兴趣, 却可能因为时间或 空间等因素的不方便造成无法对自己感兴趣的产品进行更深入的了解。 发明内容
提出了一种信息推送装置、 方法、 服务器及视频播放装置, 能够给用户推送用户感兴 趣信息的扩展信息, 提高了用户体验。
根据实施例, 一种信息推送装置, 包括: 第一接收单元, 用于接收视频播放装置截取 后发送的图像信息; 第一发送单元, 用于将所述图像信息发送至检索服务器, 指示所述检 索服务器检索所述图像信息的扩展信息; 第二接收单元, 用于接收所述检索服务器检索后 发送的所述图像信息的扩展信息。

需要说明的是, 所述图像信息不仅仅包括图片信息, 还包括文字信息及其它与图像、 文字有关的信息, 所述图像信息还可以是视频流信息, 并不能因为图片信息的名称而将其 仅仅限定为图片。
在本技术的一个实施例中, 所述截屏指令由所述视频播放装置 100 自己产生, 如可以 在满足预设条件 (所述预设条件可以是时间, 相关的图像信息等) 时产生所述截屏指令, 在这种情况下, 所述视频播放装置 100还可以包括:

所述图像信息中可能既包括文字信息, 又包括图片信息或其它信息。 因此, 可以基于 文字识别、 图片识别技术或其它方式从所述图像信息中提取关键信息。
如对于图像信息中的文字信息, 可以利用文字识别方法从所述图像信息中提取关键信 息 (如关键字)。
对于图像信息中的图片信息, 可以利用图片识别方法从所述图像信息中提取关键信息 (如图片)。
文字 /图片提取和识别是现有技术, 为了篇幅考虑, 本技术实施例对文字识别和图片识 别方法不进行具体描述, 参照相关现有技术的资料即可。
从所述图像信息中提取出关键信息后, 根据所述关键信息获取相应的扩展信息。 所述 图像信息的扩展信息是指基于图像信息扩展出的与所述图像信息有关的信息, 所述扩展信 息可以使用户获取比所述图像信息更多、 更全面的信息, 如图像信息是一辆车的广告, 则 图像信息的扩展信息可以是这辆车的详细参数、 详细介绍、 与这些车有关的图片集等, 也 就是说, 扩展信息是对图像信息 (基本信息) 的一个延伸。
在检索实现时, 如果所述关键信息是关键字, 则可以基于关键字匹配方法获取相应的 扩展信息。
如果所述关键信息是图片, 则以所述关键信息为基准图片, 基于图片匹配方法获取相 应的扩展信息。
当然, 在具体实现上并不仅限于以上实施例所例举的实现方式, 除了以上所例举的提 取关键信息以及根据关键信息获取扩展信息外, 还可以有其它的实现方法, 本技术对此不 进行任何的限定, 如可以基于文字搜索图片形成扩展信息, 基于图片搜索文字形成扩展信 息等, 也即文字的扩展信息并不仅限于文字, 还可以是图片、 文字与图片的结合或其它信

如对于原始 EPG信息中的文字信息, 可以利用文字识别方法从所述原始 EPG信息中提 取关键信息 (如关键字)。
对于原始 EPG信息中的图像信息, 可以利用图像识别方法从所述原始 EPG信息中提取 关键信息 (如图像)。
文字 /图像提取和识别是现有技术, 为了篇幅考虑, 本技术实施例对文字识别和图像识 别方法不进行具体描述, 参照相关现有技术的资料即可。
步骤 S730、 根据所述关键信息获取相应的增强信息。
从所述原始 EPG信息中提取出关键信息后, 根据所述关键信息获取相应的增强信息。 所述增强信息是指与所述关键信息相关的信息, 如可以是所述关键信息的扩展信息。
如果所述关键信息是关键字, 则可以基于关键字匹配方法获取相应的增强信息。
如果所述关键信息是图像, 则以所述关键信息为基准图像, 基于图像匹配方法获取相 应的增强信息。
当然, 在具体实现上并不仅限于以上实施例所例举的实现方式, 除了以上所例举的提 取关键信息以及根据信息获取增强信息外, 还可以有其它的实现方法, 本技术对此不进行 任何的限定, 如可以基于文字搜索图像形成增强信息, 基于图像搜索文字形成增强信息等, 也即文字的增强信息并不仅限于文字, 还可以是图像、 文字与图像的结合或其它信息, 图 像的增强信息也不仅限于图像, 还可以是文字、 或文字与图像的结合或其它形式的信息。
在具体实现上, 根据所述关键信息获取相应的增强信息, 可以通过关键字或基准图像 从服务器或互联网搜索与所述关键信息相关的信息, 从而形成相应的增强信息。
步骤 S740、 向终端传输所述增强信息。
向终端传输所述增强信息, 通过所述终端将所述增强信息提供给用户。
通过所述终端将所述增强信息提供给用户有具体实现上有多种实现方式, 其中一种实 现方式是在播放原始 EPG信息时同时将所述原始 EPG信息的增强信息提供给用户, 如当播 放到一辆车的图片时, 将增强信息 (如这辆车的文字或图像介绍) 提供给用户, 此时设置 好原始 EPG信息与增强信息的时间轴即可同步实现。 另外一种实现方式是将增加信息一直 显示给用户, 可以由用户进行选择。
在本技术的另一实施例中,所述步骤 S740前还可以根据所述原始 EPG信息和所述增强 信息生成扩展 EPG信息。
在这一实施例的技术方案中,将增强信息与原始 EPG信息结合起来, 当用户收看到 EPG 信息时, 相应的增强信息即可同步提供给用户。
当然, 所述增强信息与所述 EPG信息除了可以结合外, 还可以分开独立传输, 如以上 实施例所述的通过时间轴的方式实现 EPG信息与增强信息的同步。
本技术实施例技术方案能够根据原始 EPG信息为用户提供更多的增强信息, 能够满足 用户对信息的诉求, 从而提高了用户体验。
参照图 8, 示出了技术一种电子节目指南 EPG服务器实施例的结构示意图。 所述电子 节目指南 EPG服务器 800包括:
第一获取单元 810, 用于获取原始 EPG信息。
提取单元 820, 用于从所述原始 EPG信息中提取关键信息。
所述原始 EPG信息中可能既包括文字信息, 又包括图像信息或其它信息。 因此, 可以 基于文字识别、 图像识别技术或其它方式从所述原始 EPG信息中提取关键信息。
如对于原始 EPG信息中的文字信息, 可以利用文字识别方法从所述原始 EPG信息中提 取关键信息 (如关键字)。
对于原始 EPG信息中的图像信息, 可以利用图像识别方法从所述原始 EPG信息中提取 关键信息 (如图像)。
文字 /图像提取和识别是现有技术, 为了篇幅考虑, 本技术实施例对文字识别和图像识 别方法不进行具体描述, 参照相关现有技术的资料即可。
第二获取单元 830, 用于根据所述关键信息获取相应的增强信息。
从所述原始 EPG信息中提取出关键信息后, 根据所述关键信息获取相应的增强信息。
所述增强信息是指与所述关键信息相关的信息, 如可以是所述关键信息的扩展信息。
如果所述关键信息是关键字, 则可以基于关键字匹配方法获取相应的增强信息。
如果所述关键信息是图像, 则以所述关键信息为基准图像, 基于图像匹配方法获取相 应的增强信息。
当然, 在具体实现上并不仅限于以上实施例所例举的实现方式, 除了以上所例举的提 取关键信息以及根据信息获取增强信息外, 还可以有其它的实现方法, 本技术对此不进行 任何的限定, 如可以基于文字搜索图像形成增强信息, 基于图像搜索文字形成增强信息等, 也即文字的增强信息并不仅限于文字, 还可以是图像、 文字与图像的结合或其它信息, 图 像的增强信息也不仅限于图像, 还可以是文字、 或文字与图像的结合或其它形式的信息。
在具体实现上, 根据所述关键信息获取相应的增强信息, 可以通过关键字或基准图像 从服务器或互联网搜索与所述关键信息相关的信息, 从而形成相应的增强信息。
发送单元 840, 用于向终端传输所述增强信息, 通过所述终端将所述增强信息提供给 用户。

生成单元, 用于根据所述原始 EPG信息和所述增强信息生成扩展 EPG信息。
在这一实施例的技术方案中,将增强信息与原始 EPG信息结合起来, 当用户收看到 EPG 信息时, 相应的增强信息即可同步提供给用户。
当然, 所述增强信息与所述 EPG信息除了可以结合外, 还可以分开独立传输, 如以上 实施例所述的通过时间轴的方式实现 EPG信息与增强信息的同步。
参照图 9, 还示出了本技术一种终端第一实施例的结构示意图。 所述终端 900包括: 接收单元 910, 用于接收电子节目指南 EPG服务器发送的增强信息。
显示单元 920, 用于将所述增强信息提供给用户。
优选的, 所述显示单元在播放所述原始 EPG信息时将所述增强信息提供给用户。
另外, 所这显示单元也可以不同步播放所述 EPG信息和所述增强信息, 如在播放 EPG
信息之前即将所述增强信息提供给用户, 无论何种实现方式, 都应该在本技术的保护范围 之内。
可以理解, 所述终端除了包括所述接收单元和显示单元, 还应该包括其它组成部分, 如接收 EPG信息的单元, 播放 EPG信息的单元, 当然, 可以通过相同的单元实现接收 EPG 信息和增加信息的功能, 也可以通过同一单元实现播放 EPG信息和增强信息的功能, 本技 术对此不进行限定。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过 程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程 序在执行时, 包括如上述方法实施例的步骤, 所述的存储介质, 如: 磁碟、 光盘、 只读存 储记忆体 ( Read-Only Memory, ROM) 或随机存储记忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM) 等。 在本技术各方法实施例中, 所述各步骤的序号并不能用于限定各步骤的先后顺序, 对 于本领域普通技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动性的前提下, 对各步骤的先后变化也在 本技术的保护范围之内。
以上所述仅为本技术的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本技术, 凡在本技术的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本技术的保护范围之内。
Claims
1. 一种信息推送装置, 包括:
第一接收单元, 用于接收视频播放装置截取后发送的图像信息;
第一发送单元, 用于将所述图像信息发送至检索服务器, 指示所述检索服务器检索所 述图像信息的扩展信息;
第二接收单元, 用于接收所述检索服务器检索后发送的所述图像信息的扩展信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的信息推送装置, 还包括:
第二发送单元, 用于在用户对所述视频播放装置所播放的视频信息感兴趣时, 发送截 屏指令给所述视频播放装置, 所述截屏指令用于指示所述视频播放装置截取当前播放的图 像信息。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的信息推送装置, 还包括:
显示单元, 用于显示所述扩展信息。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的信息推送装置, 还包括:
处理单元, 用于对接收的所述图像信息进行处理。
5. 一种服务器, 包括:
检索单元, 用于根据关键信息进行检索, 获取所述关键信息的扩展信息;
第三发送单元, 用于将所述关键信息的扩展信息发送至所述信息推送装置。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的服务器, 还包括:
第三接收单元, 用于接收信息推送装置发送的图像信息作为所述关键信息。
7.根据权利要求 5所述的服务器, 还包括:
提取单元, 用于从电子节目指南中提取所述关键信息。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的服务器, 其中所述提取单元基于关键字匹配的方法从电子节 目指南中提取文字信息作为所述关键信息。
9.根据权利要求 7所述的服务器, 其中所述提取单元利用图像识别方法从电子节目指 南中提取所述关键信息。
10. 根据权利要求 6所述的检索服务器, 还包括:
第四发送单元, 用于将所述关键信息的扩展信息发送至视频播放装置。
11. 一种视频播放装置, 包括: 截取单元, 用于根据截屏指令截取当前播放的图像信息;
第五发送单元, 用于发送所述图像信息至信息推送装置。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的视频播放装置, 还包括:
生成单元, 用于生成所述截屏指令。
13. 根据权利要求 11所述的视频播放装置, 还包括:
第四接收单元, 用于接收所述信息推送装置发送的截屏指令。
14. 根据权利要求 7所述的视频播放装置, 还包括:
第五接收单元, 用于接收检索服务器发送的所述图像信息的扩展信息;
播放单元, 用于播放所述扩展信息。
15. 一种信息推送方法, 包括:
在用户对视频播放装置所播放的视频信息感兴趣时, 发送截屏指令给所述视频播放装 置, 所述截屏指令用于指示所述视频播放装置截取当前播放的图像信息;
接收所述视频播放装置截取后发送的所述图像信息;
将所述图像信息发送至检索服务器, 指示所述检索服务器检索所述图像信息的扩展信 息;
显示所述扩展信息。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的信息推送方法, 还包括:
对接收的所述图像信息进行处理。
17. 一种信息推送方法, 包括:
根据截屏指令截取当前播放的图像信息;
发送所述图像信息后接收所述图像信息的扩展信息;
显示所述扩展信息。
18. 根据权利要求 17所述的信息推送方法, 其中, 根据截屏指令截取当前播放的图像 信息前还包括:
生成所述截屏指令。
19. 根据权利要求 17所述的信息推送方法, 其中, 根据截屏指令截取当前播放的图像 信息前还包括:
接收信息推送装置发送的截屏指令。
