背景技术
激光具有亮度高, 方向性强, 单色性好的特点, 尤其是 650nm 的红色激光在照射人体血管时, 利用光化学效应, 能使人局部血管扩 张, 血流加快, 细胞活力加强, 从而达到治疗疾病的目的; 用低强度 激光照射人体治疗部位具有无痛, 无菌, 筒便, 安全, 强度可调和适 用范围广的特点。 单色红激光的能量很低, 功率均为 2-7mW, 目前 应用最多的波长是 650nm,激光的波长决定了激光在组织中的渗透深 度和渗透强度。激光的生物效应机理及医学的临床应用已经被各国所 接受并确认其有真实的疗效。
现有公开技术中的多种半导体激光治疗仪中, 主要有鼻腔照射 式, 腕部桡动脉照射式, 由于现有治疗仪存在照射血管定位不方便, 激光器易老化, 激光照射效率低, 受塑胶壳体及内部空间狭小影响, 激光二极管散热速度慢, 激光管输出激光不稳定, 激光管易老化, 使 用寿命短,使激光管成为一种易损配件。现有治疗仪都有充电输入接 口, 外置激光器功能输出接口, 接口是分别独立使用的, 各接口执行 各自的功能, 混插及插错造成机器不能正常工作, 给中老年人使用带 来不便, 最大的安全隐患则是激光误照射使用者的眼睛, 给眼睛的健 康带来了很多的威胁。 市面上的半导体激光治疗仪内部设有锂电池, 在电池亏电的时候需要用交流适配器进行充电,需要在室内有插座有 电源的地方才能完成,对于行动不便的老人使用存在一定的不安全因 素。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种智能安全型表式激光治疗仪,可以 克服上述多方面的不足,机身激光器智能化不会照射人眼,接口不必 担心插错插头, 激光照射定位装置易于定位提高照射效率。
所述智能安全型表式激光治疗仪,包括带有显示屏的前壳和带有 激光照射器的底壳, 所述底壳的激光照射器, 包括位于中部的内关穴 照射器和一侧由底壳边缘开始斜向排列的一列桡动脉照射器,在壳体 内自带有电池和电路板,电路板带有微处理器,并连接有激光器组件, 其特征是: 在机壳内的激光器组件与底壳之间设有感应接触片, 在底 壳上斜向排列的一列桡动脉照射器的外端设有激光照射定位装置,在 壳体上装有复用接口, 通过复用接口和外置式鼻照射激光器连接, 所 述外置式鼻照射激光器的连线中部设有一个导线定位夹。
所述感应接触片通过导线连接到触摸识别电路,并在触摸识别电 路的输出端有导线连接到微处理器的输入接口。
所述复用接口是三极插座,三极插座的三极分别连接充电电路正 极接口、激光输出电路输出端和公共端, 三极插座对应连接多极插头 及分离外置设备,分离外置设备包括电源适配器与外置式鼻照射激光 器。 所述三极插座配有防尘橡胶塞。
所述电源适配器包括一个太阳能充电器。
所述壳体是全金属的前壳与底壳。
在所述感应接触片的外侧设有防尘镜片。
本实用新型机身激光器由于带有接触感应装置,不仅在使用安全 上实现了智能化, 更避免了激光未接触皮肤而盲目输出, 节省能源提 高了使用效率。接插口复用设计免除了插错接口的隐患, 激光照射定 位装置使得桡动脉和内关穴的照射治疗操作筒单, 有效率也大为提 高。 外置式鼻照射激光器的导线定位夹, 可有效的防止照射位置发生 位移而影响治疗效果, 同时能方便使用者的使用。金属外壳提高了散 热率, 延长了激光器使用寿命。 配有太阳能充电器, 在治疗仪内部锂 电池亏电时, 可在户外充电, 更加环保, 低碳, 安全。 桡动脉和内关 穴激光器组件前面设有防尘镜片, 可防尘、 防水。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明: 如图 1、 2 中所示智能 安全型表式激光治疗仪,包括带有显示屏 1的前壳 2和带有激光照射 器的底壳 12 , 所述底壳 12的激光照射器, 包括位于中部的内关穴照 射器 14和一侧由底壳边缘开始斜向排列的一列桡动脉照射器 13 , 在 壳体内自带有电池 7和电路板 3 , 电路板以微处理器为核心, 电路板 连接有激光器组件 4, 在机壳内的激光器组件 4与底壳 12之间设有 感应接触片 10。所述感应接触片 10通过导线连接到触摸识别电路 20, 并在触摸识别电路 20的输出端有导线连接到微处理器的输入接口。 在所述感应接触片 10的外侧设有防尘镜片 9。
结合图 4的电路结构框图, 当患者带好激光治疗仪后, 感应接触 片 10即会将人体信号送到相应的触摸识别电路 20,触摸识别电路 20 将分析结果送到微处理器,微处理器会在激光输出指令被按下和人体 信号已接收到的情况下, 延迟 3秒, 如果上述两项条件依然同时成立 则输出激光, 在激光输出过程中, 一旦其中一个条件终止则关断激光 的输出。 因此保证了所发出的激光不会在非使用状态照射, 因此也不 会照射到人眼, 保证了使用者的人眼不会被误射。
在底壳 12上斜向排列的一列桡动脉照射器 13的外端设有激光照 射定位装置 11。 在图 1、 2中可以看到, 激光照射定位装置 11标示 出了激光桡动脉照射器 13的位置, 因此可以在佩戴治疗仪时, 可以 很方便的依此标记对准所要照射的桡动脉和内关穴, 配合固定腕带 8 的使用,方便筒单的把治疗仪内置的桡动脉和内关穴激光器组件 4定 位照射到桡动脉和内关穴的血管上, 防止盲照和低效。 不用像过去那 样把治疗仪反复翻看对准,在使用过程中无法知道照射位置是否偏移 了。 定位装置提高了照射治疗的准确度和照射效率, 方便了使用。
如图 5所示, 在壳体上装有复用接口 6。 所述复用接口 6是三极 插座 21 , 三极插座的三极分别连接充电电路正极接口 22、 激光输出 电路输出端 23和公共端 25 , 三极插座 21对应连接三极插头及分离 外置设备, 分离外置设备包括电源适配器 26、 外置式鼻照射激光器 16。 复用接口可选用 1个及多个。
插充电器时可以当输入接口使用,插外置式鼻照射激光器时可当 输出接口使用, 可混插。 有效防止了因插错接口给设备带来的损坏。 在图 1中还可以看见, 所述三极插座 21配有防尘橡胶塞 28。
如图 3所示,治疗仪通过复用接口 6和外置式鼻照射激光器连接, 所述外置式鼻照射激光器的连线中部设有一个导线定位夹 17。
改进设置的导线定位夹 17给导线提供了一个中间支撑, 可夹在 衣服纽扣处或上衣口袋处,防止了导线过长而导致对鼻腔激光头形成 的下拉力下滑, 方便了使用。 作为一种实施例, 所述电源适配器 26包括一个太阳能充电器。 太阳能充电器通过复用接口可以给治疗仪充电, 适合随时使用, 安全 方便。
所述壳体是全金属的前壳 2与底壳 12。 提高了激光器的散热效 率, 延长其使用寿命。
