Abstract

Описаны способ и устройство для измерения энергии импульсов оптического излучения, с помощью которых уменьшается ошибка измерения, связанная с неопределенностью точного времени появления импульса между двумя дискретными отсчетами аналого-цифрового преобразователя. Полезный эффект достигается путем введения нормирующего преобразователя импульсов, формирующего импульсные электрические сигналы стандартной формы, которая не зависит от формы импульсов излучения, и соответствующей процедуры цифровой обработки сигналов.
