子频道媒体流管理模块收到马赛克业务请求后, 发送子频道媒体流的 下发请求给频道管理模块, 频道管理模块将子频道媒体流发送给马赛克业 务管理模块进行处理, 解码模块对处理后的子频道媒体流进行解码, 并生 成马赛克电视输出信号, 发送给显示模块进行显示。
上述方法中, 所述发送给频道管理模块进行管理为:
头端编码模块将生成的主频道媒体流和与该主频道媒体流对应的子频 道媒体流发送给频道管理模块, 频道管理模块为主频道分配主频道信息, 包括主频道的频道号和主频道媒体流的组播地址, 为每个子频道分配子频 道信息, 包括子频道的频道号和子频道媒体流的组播地址, 并将主频道信 息与主频道媒体流绑定, 将子频道信息与子频道媒体流绑定。

请求关闭马赛克小视频时, 频道管理模块停止发送子频道媒体流, 马 赛克业务管理模块关闭对应的小视频窗口。

本发明提供的实现马赛克电视业务的方法及系统, 头端编码模块生成 主频道媒体流和对应的子频道媒体流, 并发送给频道管理模块进行管理; 子频道媒体流管理模块收到马赛克业务请求后, 发送子频道媒体流的下发 请求给频道管理模块, 频道管理模块将子频道媒体流发送给马赛克业务管 理模块进行处理, 解码模块对处理后的子频道媒体流进行解码, 并生成马 赛克电视输出信号, 发送给显示模块进行显示, 采用频道管理方式对马赛 克电视业务中的子频道媒体流和主频道媒体流进行统一管理; 同时, 头端 编码模块不需要再对媒体流做复用处理, 机顶盒中不需要再做解复用处理, 降低头端设备的复杂度, 降低投入成本; 此外, 可以灵活的进行任意小视 频窗口的内容的更换; 综上, 本发明可以简单、 灵活的的实现 IPTV系统中 的马赛克电视业务。 附图说明

下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明再做进一步的详细说明。

基于上述系统, 本发明还提供一种实现马赛克电视业务的方法, 图 2 是本发明实现马赛克电视业务的方法的流程示意图, 如图 2所示, 并结合 图 3 , 该方法包括以下步驟:
步驟 201 , 头端编码模块生成主频道媒体流和对应的子频道媒体流, 并 发送给频道管理模块进行管理;
具体的, 头端编码模块对一路频道输入源进行编码时, 可同时生成两 路媒体流, 一路是标准尺寸的媒体流(与频道输入源具有相同尺寸), 本发 明中称为主频道媒体流,其中,主频道指的是 IPTV系统中常规的播放频道; 另一路是小尺寸的媒体流(输入源尺寸的 1/n ), 本发明称为子频道媒体流, 其中, 本实施例中, n可以是 2、 或 4、 或 8, 子频道指的是与主频道播放 内容相同,但画面尺寸被压缩为输入源尺寸的 1/n的附加频道; 头端编码模 块将生成的主频道媒体流和与该主频道媒体流对应的子频道媒体流发送给 频道管理模块;
频道管理模块对主频道媒体流和子频道媒体流进行管理, 即为主频道 分配主频道信息, 包括主频道的频道号和主频道媒体流的组播地址, 为每 个子频道分配子频道信息, 包括子频道的频道号和子频道媒体流的组播地 址, 并将主频道信息与主频道媒体流绑定, 将子频道信息与子频道媒体流 绑定。
频道管理属于 IPTV系统常规频道管理的子集,两者的管理机制基本一 换时不会被切换到子频道; IPTV系统常规情况下均提供该管理机制, 即提 供机制可以实现控制频道列表中的某些频道在某些状态下不可访问, 例如, 用户未订购频道。
步驟 202, 子频道媒体流管理模块收到马赛克业务请求后,发送子频道 媒体流的下发请求给频道管理模块;
具体的, 机顶盒会为用户提供一个交互模块, 该交互模块提供功能操 作按钮, 用户通过相关的功能操作按钮可以激活马赛克业务, 在激活马赛 克业务后, 在该交互模块上用户可以选择需要的马赛克电视的主频道, 该 交互模块根据用户选择的主频道, 发送携带主频道的频道号的马赛克业务 请求给机顶盒的子频道媒体流管理模块; 这里, 用户选择多个主频道, 马 赛克业务请求中携带多个主频道的频道号; 其中, 实际应用中, 交互模块 可以利用超文本标记语言 (HTML, Hyper Text Mark-up Language ) 页面实 现;
机顶盒登录 IPTV业务系统时, IPTV业务系统从频道管理模块获取主 频道信息和子频道信息, 并转发给机顶盒, 机顶盒的子频道媒体流管理模 块对主频道信息和子频道信息进行保存, 并保存主频道与子频道的对应关 系; 例如, 头端编码模块对频道 1〜频道 100的输入源进行编码时, 同时输 出两路媒体流, 一路是主频道, 即频道 1〜频道 100, 另一路是子频道, 即 频道 1001〜频道 1100,主频道与子频道的对应关系是 1000+m,这里 m代表 主频道序号, 此时系统中共有 200 个频道, IPTV 业务系统设置频道 1001~1100属于不可见的特殊频道, 即用户切换频道时, 只能在频道 1〜频 道 100间进行切换, 不会切换到频道 1001〜频道 1100;
子频道媒体流管理模块收到马赛克业务请求后, 对该请求进行解析, 得到主频道的频道号, 根据该频道号在预先保存的主频道与子频道的对应 关系中, 找到与该主频道的频道号对应的子频道, 进一步找到与子频道对 应的子频道媒体流的组播地址; 例如, 主频道的频道号是 10, 则与其对应 的子频道的频道号可以是 1010, 反之亦然; 子频道媒体流管理模块发送子 频道媒体流的下发请求给频道管理模块, 其中, 子频道媒体流的下发请求 中携带找到的所有子频道媒体流的组播地址。
步驟 203 ,频道管理模块将子频道媒体流发送给马赛克业务管理模块进 行处理;
具体的, 频道管理模块收到子频道媒体流管理模块发送的子频道媒体 流的下发请求后, 由于预先已经将子频道信息与子频道媒体流绑定, 因此 可以根据子频道媒体流的下发请求中携带的子频道媒体流的组播地址, 找 到与子频道媒体流的组播地址对应的子频道媒体流 , 频道管理模块将所有 找到的子频道媒体流发送给机顶盒的马赛克业务管理模块;
IPTV业务系统预先设置马赛克电视业务的功能控制, 即设置一个画面 包括的小视频窗口的数量、 每个小视频窗口的窗口大小、 每个小视频窗口 的显示位置、 每个小视频窗口对应的子频道的频道号; 马赛克业务管理模 块收到频道管理模块发送的所有子频道媒体流后, 首先通过解码模块提供 的控制接口, 对解码模块的工作模式进行初始化, 然后为每个子频道媒体 流的组播地址创建一个视频接收任务, 为每个任务创建一个媒体流的数据 接收緩沖区, 该数据接收緩沖区可以独立处理接收到的子频道媒体流; 马 赛克业务管理模块通过数据接收緩沖区接收子频道媒体流,并根据 IPTV业 务系统设置的马赛克电视业务的功能控制, 将控制信令和多个子频道媒体 流发送给解码模块。
步驟 204,解码模块对处理后的子频道媒体流进行解码, 并生成马赛克 电视输出信号, 发送给显示模块进行显示;
具体的, 解码模块根据马赛克业务管理模块预先初始化的工作模式, 对收到的多个子频道媒体流进行解码, 并根据控制信令中的每个小视频窗 口的窗口大小、 每个小视频窗口的显示位置、 每个小视频窗口对应的子频 道的频道号, 对解码后的子频道媒体流进行组合, 形成马赛克电视输出信 号, 将该马赛克电视输出信号发送给显示模块, 显示模块根据马赛克电视 输出信号显示视频; 其中, 显示模块显示出马赛克电视业务模式可以参考 图 4和图 5, 图 4是本发明中马赛克电视业务模式一的示意图, 图 5是本发 明马赛克电视业务模式二的示意图。
步驟 205 ,请求关闭马赛克小视频时, 频道管理模块停止发送子频道媒 体流, 马赛克业务管理模块关闭对应的 d、视频窗口;
具体的, 当用户通过交互模块请求关闭某个马赛克小视频时, 子频道 媒体流管理模块根据用户选择的需要关闭的马赛克小视频, 发送子频道媒 体流的停止发送请求给频道管理模块, 其中, 该请求中携带该马赛克小视 频对应的子频道的频道号, 子频道媒体流管理模块同时还发送通知给马赛 克业务管理模块, 该通知中携带该马赛克小视频对应的子视频的频道号; 频道管理模块收到子频道媒体流的停止发送请求后, 停止发送与该请 求中携带的子视频的频道号对应的子频道媒体流; 马赛克业务管理模块收 到通知后, 关闭与通知中携带的子视频的频道号对应的 d、视频窗口。 步驟 206,请求切换新的马赛克小视频时, 频道管理模块发送新的子视 频道媒体流给马赛克业务管理模块, 马赛克业务管理模块将新的子频道媒 体流合成到马赛克电视画面中;
具体的, 在步驟 205 的基础上, 还可以开启关闭的小视频窗口, 用于 显示新的子频道媒体流, 达到切换新的马赛克小视频的目的, 具体如下: 当用户通过交互模块请求切换新的马赛克小视频时, 例如对某路小视频窗 口的内容进行切换, 子频道媒体流管理模块根据用户选择的新的马赛克小 视频, 发送子频道媒体流的下发请求给频道管理模块, 其中, 该请求中携 带该新的马赛克小视频对应的子频道的频道号, 频道管理模块将与该频道 号对应的新的子频道媒体流发送给马赛克业务管理模块, 马赛克业务管理 模块将收到的新的子频道媒体流合成到正在显示的马赛克电视画面中。
步驟 207,请求将马赛克小视频切换成大视频时, 频道管理模块发送主 频道媒体流给马赛克业务管理模块, 马赛克业务管理模块控制主视频与马 赛克小视频组合显示;
具体的, 当用户通过交互模块请求将某个马赛克小视频切换到大视频 时, 子频道媒体流管理模块根据用户选择的需要切换的马赛克小视频的频 道号发送给机顶盒的主频道媒体流管理模块, 主频道媒体流管理模块发送 主频道媒体流的发送请求给频道管理模块, 其中, 该请求中携带该马赛克 小视频对应的主频道的频道号, 频道管理模块将与该主频道的频道号对应 的主频道媒体流发送给马赛克业务管理模块, 马赛克业务管理模块将收到 的主频道媒体流合成到正在显示的马赛克电视画面中, 控制主视频与马赛 克小视频组合显示; 这里, 显示模块显示出的马赛克小视频与大视频的组 合显示的示意图如图 4所示。

本发明中, 头端编码模块生成主频道媒体流和对应的子频道媒体流, 并发送给频道管理模块进行管理; 子频道媒体流管理模块收到马赛克业务 请求后, 发送子频道媒体流的下发请求给频道管理模块, 频道管理模块将 子频道媒体流发送给马赛克业务管理模块进行处理, 解码模块对处理后的 子频道媒体流进行解码, 并生成马赛克电视输出信号, 发送给显示模块进 行显示, 因此, 采用频道管理方式对马赛克电视业务中的子频道媒体流和 主频道媒体流进行统一管理; 同时, 头端编码模块不需要再对媒体流做复 用处理, 机顶盒中不需要再做解复用处理, 降低头端设备的复杂度, 降低 投入成本; 此外, 可以灵活的进行任意小视频窗口的内容的更换; 综上, 本发明可以简单、 灵活的的实现 IPTV系统中的马赛克电视业务。

1、 一种实现马赛克电视业务的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 头端 编码模块、 频道管理模块、 子频道媒体流管理模块、 马赛克业务管理模块、 解码模块、 显示模块; 其中,
